Eddie Morales Jr was the electrician sent by Mr Mighty Electric. He is fantastic! Very capable and polite. Super honest as well. He identified the problem as minor and quickly fixed it. The day before another electrician had proposed major and expensive repairs to fix the same issue.

Mr.Mighty Electric was amazing!!!One day, I realized I had a tripped circuit breaker for my bedroom. I googled and looked at the reviews of the electricians around my area. I was pretty skeptical about Mr.Mighty Electrics because some customers complained about them. Though, I needed a electrician to take a look at my circuit breaker asap and they were the highest rated company compared to any other company in the Pilsen area - so I took a chance on them. I am so glad I did.On the day of the appointment, Mr.Mighty Electronics made sure to let me know what time they were coming and they arrived on time. Eddie Morales, the electrician I worked with, was able to figure out the issue within 2 seconds and explain what happened. He was able to walk me through why this happens and help me understand of what are the next best steps. The resolution was to replace the circuit breaker for my bedroom and they had one already in hand - no need to wait for them to go to a store to grab one. Before he did anything, he was very clear of the price of the replacement. I really appreciated this because I know some companies would work on the issue without giving you a quote at the beginning and then you end up with a big bill that you werent expecting. Once I was able to agree to the replacement, they were able to replace the circuit breaker super quickly and my bedroom lights / electronics were able to turn back on!They were swift, efficient, and super kind. If you ever need a electrician to fix your circuit breaker, definitely go to Mr.Mighty Electric!!! I will definitely be going back to them!

The electrician, Edgar, was incredibly professional and completed the work in about an hour.

There is still work to do - however I am beyond impressed by the professionalism, thoughtfulness and follow through this company exhibits. My experience has been a 10 from the pint of the first call , to the very thorough and detailed evaluation by Mr Morales. This far if i could give them a ten, I would!Follow up- we ended up having a lot more work done than we had initially planned on ( all necessary) . My first impression was correct , this is a GREAT company to work with and I am really impressed with the work that Eddie and his assistant Jose executed. They were terrific and I feel so much better about the safety of our building! Hire this company, you will not be sorry!

Eddie from Mr. Mighty electricians was very punctual and knowledgeable. He located the electrical problem and explained to us the different options to solve it and the different price options. He also explained to us why our circuit breaker was off and showed us how to reset it properly. We really liked working with this company. They respond quickly, send you reminders, you already know in advance the name of the technician that is coming to your house, they are very punctual, and their prices are reasonable.

Great home electrician! Mr. Mighty provides courteous text reminders and they show up on time! I had an electrical panel recently replaced at my house and the installation looks great! The team was very courteous of my schedule during the install and left the room looking very clean. The team of Ed and Manny were very easy to talk to, explained all work very thoroughly, and answered all of my dumb questions. Scheduling the work was very easy, they finished ahead of schedule, and bent over backwards to attend to all my feedback. Five stars, would recommend.

Called Mr. Mighty and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to install two light fixtures in the ceiling upgrade a light switch to a smart switch. I was updated on the arrival time of the electrician via email and text. Eddie was prompt and gave me the price of the work before he started. They were not cheap however based on reviews of other electricians the prices were similar when you compare the costs of dispatch fees and prices for work. I definitely recommend Mr. Mighty due to their availability and quality of work.

Love this company . Third time using them. This time as the last time it was an emergency and my power was out and my meter box was damaged. After sending pics to the tech I was told that the Electric company would have to replace after the electric company told me it was my responsibility. They took the extra step to call the company with me by three way and demanded a different outcome. Within 30 min of calling they were here to fix the issue and Mr. Mighty was on standby to complete if electric company could not. The customer service was 10 stars. I recognized the charges up front and their was honesty in their response and charges. I appreciate that very much. Will always use them.

These guys are great. Have had a remodel project lingering for months and any time I called other electricians they gave me the run around. Mr. mighty We’re different, the had availability right away and installed a new bathroom fan and redirected exposed conduit to a hidden wall. Recommend 1000%. He quickly located the problem in my panel that had caused part of my electric power to go out and repaired it, installed two GFCI outlets in the bathroom, and disconnected another unused switch. They may not be the cheapest electricians, but I trust their work, they are easy to schedule, and very easy to work with.

Fantastic Service! Eddy And Jesus came on time. I have been loosing power on and off. When ComEd came to see what’s going on, they told me I had to have a lot of exterior electrical done (grounding rod, move power lines). The guys did everything that was needed and went above and beyond. Eddy answered all of my calls and got in the phone with ComEd himself. The work was done promptly and they cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this business!

They arrived on time and was able to immediately perform the job. I called Mighty Electric this morning at 8AM because my house lost power in the middle of the night, which left me with no heat.They immediately dispatched someone, even with a full schedule and limited slots available. A technician named Eddie came and within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue and even explained to Comed that there was both a partial power and meter issue. While Comed worked to figure out their issues, he went to work getting power and heat back on, as he expressed concern about my pipes freezing in the 15 degree weather! It is only noon and my heat is back on and he is off servicing his next client. Thanks so much Eddie and the mighty electric team for not letting me freeze!
