Its Christmas Eve, and the Hot Water Heater has gone out to the second & third floor tenants. We turned to Home Depot and these guys were GREAT! Home Depot sent Kevin Loden & Tim Joiner from DRF. They drained the old Hot Water Heater and put it in the alley, corrected the old (really old) plumbing, rebuilt the duct work, installed the new Hot Water Heater, checked out the other two Hot Water Heaters and explained how everything worked. We have perfect hot water on every floor on CHRISTMAS EVE!!!I cant say enough about these guys! They know their Trade and they are the BEST!
