In two visits they accomplished everything on my list with precision, expertise and absolute consideration for the space, the pets, myself and the aesthetics of everything they did. Curtain rods and light fixtures, installed, mirrors and storage units mounted, locks changed, and so much more. The crew are polite, focused, friendly, prompt and professional.

At the suggestion of the company we purchased a bed through, BIG helpers came to both move and then assemble a Murphy bed in our home. Communication from Toni in the office was great during the hiring process. The installation team was prompt and took proper care to keep our floors and walls from any damage throughout the entire installation. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have used their services. They are now my first choice in mind when I need handyman services. I needed a large and unwieldy platform bed lifted, a rug placed underneath, and then repositioned to a very specific spot in the room; as well as antique chest of drawers moved to another room. They were easy to reach and schedule an appointment with. When the four-person crew arrived, they were respectful of my space by removing their shoes. The crew worked efficiently and gingerly to move the bed, place the carpet, and reposition the bed. That same quality was reflected in their moving of the chest of drawers through a narrow space and a tight corner. I highly recommend you consider contracting with them for your handyman needs. The first time I contracted with them was for the assembly and installation of a murphy bed, which they did with skill and attention to detail.

Our Murphy bed delivery and installation was very smooth. Big Helpers arrived within the 30 min window, carried all bed parts up the elevators with care, and installed the whole bed within the 3-4 hours they estimated. Both workers were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use them for other projects.

Big Helpers installed my murphy bed from BredaBed.com. I selected installation services when I placed my bed order and Big Helpers was the company contracted (I did not choose them initially.) They were fantastic! The communication team was great in advance and day of, the installers were careful, professional and friendly. They even used my vacuum to clean some wood shavings behind the bed from drilling into the wall. They did a really great job and Im very happy with the service.

My mom needed to have some kitchen stools assembled, and due to the circumstances of her recent move it had to be a last-minute thing. I contacted a few furniture assembly places for a price estimate. Big Helpers was the first to get back to me, and they were able to squeeze us in despite the time crunch. Their estimate was the most fair of the estimates we received as well. The manager/owner with whom I communicated was very responsive, courteous, and thorough, informing me of everything I needed to know and think about in advance. Due to strict rules of the building, we needed to work out a particular arrangement and she was more than accommodating of this. Jeremy, the handyman who would be the one to assemble our furniture, was accommodating as well. On the appointed day and time, Jeremy arrived promptly and quickly got to work. He got the job done within the estimated time and he did it very well. He was courteous and friendly as well. We were VERY happy with the experience of working with Big Helpers from start to finish, and we will use them again the next time we need any furniture assembled. Highly recommended!

Big Helpers is an AMAZING company. I first got in contact with Toni, the office manager, in May about assembling all of my furniture in June once I moved back to Chicago. She was extremly professional, very nice, and helpful. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. The two guys that assembled my furniture, and it was a lot of pieces, did an excellent job. So much so that I scheduled another appointment for them to hang up all of my artwork and floating shelves. I plan to continue to use them for any future home needs and refer them to all of my family/friends. Big Helpers is a lovely company that works with integrity and care. Thank you, Big Helpers!

Big Helpers was the installer for my Breda-Bed murphy bed. The communication was helpful throughout with emails and calls. The day of install they were delayed (Toni, I wasnt yelling at you, my phone connection was going in and out and I didnt know if you could hear me cus I wasnt hearing you)! Well anyway, they carried the bed in and they were such pleasant guys and got straight to work and had my bed put together in no time. Would have taken us at least triple the time to piece that baby together. But it was not Big Helpers first rodeo and they had a method and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very respectful of our house and well worth the professional install in my opinion. Thank you Big Helpers for being as your name implies!!!

We hired BIG Helpers at the recommendation of BredaBeds. We ordered a murphy bunk bed kit thinking we could build it ourselves. After the 700 lb pallet was delivered, we changed our minds and are so thrilled that we hired BIG Helpers. Their techs (Talay, Bugay, and Matt) showed up 10 minutes early (11 am appointment) and got right to work. They did a great job, were very pleasant, and they were super professional.

Ive been using Big Helpers for a long time and have always had a positive experience. I found them on Google when I needed furniture assembly services a couple years ago, and was impressed by their professionalism from how they handled my call in the office to the services performed in my home. I was delighted to learn they offer so many different services! In addition to assembling all my furniture, they installed a gorgeous back splash in my kitchen, painted my living room, built my kids swingset and I even use their housekeepers when I am having a special event! They recently helped me out of a jam and have proven themselves to be a BIG help indeed! Everyone there is awesome! I recommend them to my friends and they always make me proud.
