They were fast, thorough, and professional, and David provided great communication on the process from beginning to end. He is also just a lovely guy to work with and clearly knows his stuff. Can’t recommend David and team enough! He did an amazing job in our home painting several rooms. The work was quick and professional, reasonably priced, and he and the crew were always very sweet and respectable. David even saved my new wood floors when I dropped a can of paint that opened and spilled EVERYWHERE. While I just about died, he snapped into action getting all the paint up w/o a trace left behind. It was amazing!! -

Big home improvements can be overwhelming!I contracted with David because I wanted one person to coordinate all the activities to resurface the hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and replace the kitchen backsplash. Time was of the essence because we had to be out of our house – living in hotels and Airbnbs, for the duration of the project.Can’t tell you how happy I am with the result. David worked hard to sequence the work to minimize our disruption. Things didn’t all go according to plan, but David is an excellent communicator and problem solver. He deals with problems in a very professional manner and you get the feeling he is completely committed to making his customer happy.We always knew the plan for the day and he made sure all the people working on the job were on the same page. He keeps close watch to make sure things get done right. Everyone working on the project is professional and hard working. He follows up on open issues, schedules touch ups, even after the project is completed.David offered some great suggestions during the visioning part of the project, as well as throughout the project which we very much appreciated!I would not hesitate to call David at Prainito Contracting for my next project. -

David and his team were excellent, and I highly recommend them. We were dealing with a headache of a possible ceiling leak that required both fixing and repainting a bedroom ceiling. David was communicative and responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pedro, who did the work, was also excellent, and were very happy with the outcome. We threw a couple of other odd jobs at Pedro while he was at our home (for example, helping us fix the drywall and install a baby gate at the top of our stairs), and he did an excellent job with those as well. On top of it, they were reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. Will use them again in a heartbeat! -

David and his crew are great. Very dependable, superb quality. I had a pipe break and cause considerable damage to the ceiling and drywall. The repair is perfect. They expertly matched the paint. You cannot see a seam or anything that shows the wall/ceiling was repaired.I highly recommend David and ColorFresh. -

Im so glad I found Prainito Contracting! I recently hired the team at Prainito do some painting to spruce up my place and they did exceptional work, at an affordable price, with amazing communication along the way.David walked me through the process and answered all my paint-related questions, along with recommendations on the best paint types for my walls. Leading up to the appointment, he confirmed our appointments, arrival times, and gave me all the info I needed to make this the easiest home maintenance appointment Ive ever had.Pedro, the painter, did such a great job and was so easy to work with. I was really impressed with how careful he was by covering all belongings in the room to make sure that not even the slightest drop of paint could land on anything as well as sweeping the room afterwards to make sure it was as clean as possible. The finished product was even better than what I had imagined.As someone who has suffered through my share of unreliable and untrustworthy contractors, Im so happy to have Prainito as my new go-to and cant wait to start our next phase of painting in my home along with the many projects I plan on doing in the future. -

Highly recommend! I had been wanting to freshen up my condo for a while with a few small handyman projects, including repainting, refinishing my wood floors, carpet cleaning, etc. I was referred to David at ColorFresh by Scott Flavin. David came over promptly for a walkthrough to discuss scope. Shortly thereafter I received a very reasonable estimate. To get everything done at once, I decided to essentially move out of my condo for about 2 weeks and David was great in coordinating the schedule to make this happen and providing labor to assist with moving furniture around. His crew were great, prompt, professional, courteous and the work was completed on schedule and very happy with the results. Looks and feels like I live in a brand new place. We’re planning to have them back for future work in our building. -

Hired David Prainito for a condo remodeling job. The job was for redoing the bathrooms, refinishing the hardwood floors, and painting the place. I had one main condition: it had to be done in one month so that it would be ready for the new tenants. He succeeded, in fact went above and beyond. During the month, he reassured a nervous me so that I in turn could reassure the nervous tenants. All went well. The final product was a beautifully remodeled condo. Thank you, David!!! -
