    We chose MK Construction to build our forever home as I have observed their modern design and quality construction all over Chicago neighborhoods for many years.MK Construction was flawless in quick communication, precise budgeting, and they have a keen eye for detail.Our project manager, Walter kept us informed with weekly meetings and everyday meetings as it came close to finish. MK Construction had a precise schedule and finished our home on time.The Mk Construction crew and their subcontractors are very talented and respectful to the project environment.They also have a great one year home warranty that shows their dedication and pride for their completed work.I was confident in trusting MK Construction to build our home and our family is highly satisfied how they translated our vision into reality.Their exceptional craftmanship have made our home a statement to the neighborhood.We are amazed everyday that we get to live in this dream home!I highly recommend MK Construction - they go above and beyond in home building!

    Once you go MK, you never go back. We bought our first ever home with MK and almost 2 years in, I continue to be impressed not only with the craftsmanship of the home but also with how incredibly kind, helpful and professional the staff is. These guys do NOT cut corners - the materials and design are top notch and extremely high quality. They are super responsive to any small issue that comes up, and have many times dropped in (past our warranty) to lend us a helping hand. I will ALWAYS buy MK homes and trust them completely. Best builder in Chicago!

    We used MK for a major exterior project at our hotel. As usual with large projects issues and challenges arose that were no fault of MK. They worked through every issue and used their experience and resources to resolve every issue that arose. They completed the job on time and within budget and we are very happy with the end result. The Project Manager Marek is one of the most patient people we have ever dealt with and he is a problem solver. We highly recommend them

    Top end craftsmanship. MK did a stellar job building our custom home and they delivered on schedule. Project Manager Tom was a pleasure to work with as he navigated us through what was a very busy construction season. With their Chicago area expertise I would highly recommend MK Construction for all new construction and rehab needs.

    MK Construction just finished adding a master bathroom to our house. We are completely satisfied with their work. Our 1907 Oak Park home lacked a master bathroom, so we decided to convert a small guest bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom. The job was a complicated by the fact that directly below the new master bath is the recently renovated kitchen which meant that there was no easy route for the new plumbing and electrical service.Once the project was underway, workers were always present, sometimes 6 days per week. I mention this because that reflects very well on project foreman Marek who is a total professional at scheduling his subcontractors. No wasted time means that our project finished as quickly as possible. Some previous contractors with whom we have worked always seemed to leave a handful of tasks unfinished at the end, as if we would enjoy doing those. MK took our punch list and finished every last detail, no matter how small, until we were satisfied.Marek collaborated very well with our bathroom designer Pamela Polvere, and also offered his own excellent suggestions on several details that made for a beautiful finished product.The final price was right on budget. We paid more for a few upgrades that we chose after the job started, but we were thrilled that there were no surprises compared to MK’s initial proposal.That’s a first for us compared to other contractors!For future projects, we will contact MK Construction! Most highly recommended.

    Marcin and his team did a great job! Any time you build a home you are going to run into problems. Mk (especially Marek) went above and beyond to ensure those problems were fixed quickly accurately and with little, if any delay to the project. We enjoyed our time working with them. I certainly wasnt the easiest client and they never showed me anything but respect and patience. I would recommend considering them for your next project. Ask for Marek to be your Project Manager. He was great!

    This is my third intensive review of MK construction. Each one is different because I wanted to put in th effort to repeat quality as much as they did in my home! We are two years in with zero issues. Even if I have a question Marcin the owner will personally handle it. This team doesnt cut corners and from a custom home to a new build they design you will not match quality and presentation. Thank you Marcin and the rest of MK Construction!
