Had a great experience working with CertaPro. They were recommended to us by our relatives who used them for a past paint job, and we decided to use them for painting our 2 floor condo. They had the most comprehensive quote and most competitive pricing out of the 4 companies we received quotes from. Their communication was excellent, and they were very helpful with all the questions we had leading up to the job. We made some changes to the scope of the work, and they were very flexible with that and able to send us updated detailed estimates for those changes. They finished all the work in 2 days, which included painting walls/ceiling/trim for our living room, kitchen, hallway, stairway, and loft area in our condo. Im happy to endorse TL Ryans CertaPro Painters for quality work and ethical standards. I hired them to repair walls and repaint a 2 BR 2 BA condo unit I was selling. Their representative was prompt in visiting. He understood what was needed and provided helpful suggestions and a clear written proposal. The price was competitive with other proposals. The project started and ended on time and the repairs and painting were excellent. On inspection we found a small amount of paint had dripped onto the outside surface of 1 section of high end fabric blinds. When attempts to clean or repair the blind were not satisfactory, TL worked with me to find the manufacturer and the identical blind and replaced the damaged section at no cost to me. I have recommended him to others in the building.

We needed some kitchen ceiling repair and painting work. CertaPro was very quick about scheduling a person to come give us a quote and an estimated work time, and that person was punctual and thorough, explaining to us the options for job and the price. Once we made our choice, a team was scheduled for even sooner than estimated. The team came in when scheduled, and they worked diligently all day to finish the job. The team took extra care to protect items that were not being worked on and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. This was on a Friday, and that afternoon we wrote the payment check as we were pleased with the work. On Saturday morning, my wife and I noticed something was not quite right with the ceiling. The crew came back that day and corrected the minor flaw within a couple of hours and at no additional cost. In the end, we have been very satisfied.

They worked in many areas of the home but each job (ceilings, cabinets, exterior) was handled quickly and neatly. We also had them repair some exterior trim. The estimator arrived within a couple of days of when I called to schedule. The painters were here within two weeks and worked for four days, all day, until they completed the job. I was pleased to have Kestes and his assistant in the house: they are talented, professional, thorough, and the work they did was detail-oriented and a big improvement to the home. Any time we called him for info he would answered the phone or call us right back. The guys were great on site and there was good communication all around. The only thing there was an issue with is that they painted two of my windows shut, but the owner had them come out and remedy this quickly. They also got some paint on our table which they addressed quickly, and nicely. That they communicated and were accountable is huge for me.
