2 friendly guys came install a dishwasher. They called 20 minutes before getting to my house, which I really appreciated because it gave me time to secure my dogs. They did a good job, I have not detected any leaks. Before leaving they made sure I knew how to use the new dishwasher. And they hauled away the old one.

I am giving my experience with Mega Plumbing Corp a 4 star because I had multiple visits/work done with them. My first was good, 2 installers arrived as scheduled and was professional. I was scheduled to have a stove, dishwasher installed, and the (what I would need to do for my microwave to be installed) visit. It took approximately 3 hours. But at no fault of theirs MP could not install the dishwasher because of a gas pipe that caused it to not fit flesh with the countertop. (I forgot and I dropped the ball) But, this is where the communications failed between MP, Lowes and me. I purchased another dishwasher for installation on the 2nd visit. (It didnt work, too small). However, since that 1st visit I completed the additional work (electrical) needed for the microwave to be installed and it LOOKS great!. The installer, Dennis was phenomenal. He not only installed the microwave but he took the extra time to take plenty of pictures of the area, the old DW, and pics that provided detailed measurements for the kind of dishwasher that I should get. He also suggested a brand that could work for me/my appliances. So, as of 7/24/2024, I still do not have the dishwasher, but my fingers are crossed that the 3rd time will be the charm/last time. Ill follow up once it is completed. Okay, it is 8/27/2024, and this is an overall 4 star review of MP. If I could give the last 2 installs a 5, I would. The 3rd time was the it/the charm. I got the dishwasher that Dennis recommended and he was able to complete the installation. And before leaving he made sure it worked and had no leaks. It looks good. Thank you.

Mega Plumbing did a great job installing our dishwasher. We only had to wait 2 weeks for the installation which is really good compared to the 4 weeks we had been quoted by other companies for a repair appointment! Carlos was competent and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently! We would definitely use them again!

Our son recently got a new house. We purchased a new oven and dishwasher for them and this company was the assigned installer. They were great about communication and notified us about a cracked water pump on the dishwasher before arriving to the house. They worked with the sales company to arrange a replacement and then with my son for the installation dates of both appliances. Thank you for all your coordination on these installations!

Communications about my dishwasher installation were done well, by phone, email and text, without any excess sales pitch. The day of the install, the tech phoned ahead, as requested, and let us know he would be a little early.Once on site, he set straight to work and had the old unit quickly removed. Our old dishwasher had died in mid-cycle and his portable pump emptied it quickly. Once the old unit was gone, he brought in and unpacked the new one and had it installed in about 10-12 minutes and ran a test for leaks (there were none.)I was given the manuals and warranty card, a quick run-through on using the settings and he did a quick check for anything he had missed cleaning up. He had been careful while working to not let packing, tape, or old parts to lay around, so there was nothing extra to do. The entire installation took about 45 minutes or so.The tech was courteous at all times, answered my questions and was very efficient in his work. Based on his example, I would recommend Mega highly.

Just had Mega Plumbing install a dishwasher we purchased from Lowe’s and it was a fantastic experience. Mega Plumbing was flexible on delivery schedule as we could not be at the property on the initially scheduled date (beach house in NC and we live in Va). They communicated they were on their way and arrived early in the window of time provided. The gentlemen that installed the dishwasher were friendly, professional, and very considerate. Install went perfect and they checked for leaks (none) and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience with Mega Plumbing Corp and will definitely look to use them in the future.

I had a great experience with Mega Plumbing from start to finish. I would like to give a big THANK YOU to the delivery team that installed my dishwasher and microwave... they were beyond awesome. Anthony and Gerardo came in and immediately realized that I needed a plumbing fixture replaced in order to properly & securely connect the dishwasher. I was informed of pricing, and without wavering Lowes was contacted and the part was connected. Measurements were taken accordingly prior to install, patience was shown during work and they made certain that appliances were working properly prior to their departure. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient, careful in protecting other appliances & surroundings from damage during delivery & haul away and left my home neat. So thankful that Anthony & Gerardo were the installers. If ever service is needed by Mega, I would request them as my service Techs. The only negative was that only one of the spoke english and I couldnt communicate with the other guy - the one who was actually doing the bulk of the work. I will say that they were a great team working together efficiently, one unpacking the new dishwasher and the other disconnecting the old one. Mr. Manuel did not rush and completed the measurement and placement of the new dishwasher with great precision. Meanwhile, Mr. Jaime made sure the connections under the sink were done with attention to detail. I will say this team is an asset to Mega Plumbing!

I ordered a gas stove from Lowe’s and Mega Plumbing installed it. The service men were on time, really quick and friendly. The only reason I deducted a star is because the stove is not level with the counter but I am not too worried about it. Otherwise, everything looks great. Fingers crossed I dont have any plumbing issues anytime soon, but I would consider using them.

I wish I could rate these guys 100 stars! Ive had a number of appliances replaced over the years and have never had the high level of efficient and effective service as I received from them. The young man performing the service was so knowledgable, super polite and made every effort to assure I understood how to operate the new appliance. Additionally, he completed the task faster by himself than a previous installation performed by 2 people! I will go back to Mega Plumbing for any other appliance installations that I need because of that young man - he and they are outstanding!

Only thing that might have been better is if installer spent a little more time (couple minutes) reviewing operations of the dishwasher and owners manual).

The timing was at the beginning of the time window theyd given me. They were efficient, polite, and did the job competently. They tested it for leaks. No leaks. I havent used the dishwasher yet, but I expect there will be no problems. They did a great job, as far as I can tell.

=7/2/2024=Mega Plumbing was assigned to do the Vanity install at my home and it was successful. They contacted me prior to their arrival and arrived 30 minutes early before their scheduled time. There were two plumbers that did the installation, and they were respectful and professional throughout the installation. They didnt bring foot covers for their shoes, but they had no problem in removing their shoes when entering into my home. They were careful with the removal of the old vanity and the installation of new vanity. They were detailed in explaining and showing me what they were doing during the installation (including the plumbing) and after the installation was complete. They took all the trash that was associated with the installation of the vanity which was appreciated. Very pleased with their work and customer service.

They installed my dishwasher. They gave me a 4 hour window when other companies gave me a 12 hour window. They were on time. They called to let me know they were on their way. They knocked and rang the doorbell. They took out my old dishwasher and installed the new one in about 3 hours. The old dishwasher is from the early 90s and was hooked up differently from the new one. The extra time spent was for them figuring that out. Our technician arrived ahead of schedule, which was perfect for me. He was very pleasant and friendly. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He noticed a hole behind our old dishwasher and repaired it so we wouldnt get any mice climbing in. He cleaned up after the install, including the things on the floor that I could have swept up after he left. He ran the dishwasher for me before he left and made sure he answered any questions I had. Great job! I would use them again and I would recommend them.

Mega Plumbing installed our dishwasher; their services were purchased through Lowes. In the 12 years Ive lived in the DMV, this is by far the best experience Ive had with a plumber.Pros: I was able to choose to communicate via text or phone, they were able to schedule for my preferred day, they were running early so texted to see if I wanted to keep my time or have the install early. They were very friendly. They uninstalled our old dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher very quickly. Our floors are a little wonky and they took the time to level it carefully. It was a perfect install! They had to drill a new hole to get things up to code, which they didnt charge extra for and talked to us about ahead of time. They had plans in place to protect our flooring, including carrying both dishwashers in/out. We will definitely use them again!!!Cons: We hired them through Lowes so we cant speak to their pricing/billing.

I was given an appointment time and the technician communicated the day keeping me advised of his expected arrival. He was extremely polite, went right to work and finished the job professionally. I should have cleaned out the adjacent cabinet, but he did that himself. There was an extra part and he explained I could return it. He ran the dishwasher and then took time to explain how it worked and how to use the various options. In the end he left everything clean, took all the garbage and left me very pleased.

When the installer came to install my dishwasher, he claimed that the existing plumbing didn’t give him a method to install the new dishwasher without extra plumbing work needed. I thought that he was going to leave me hanging and leave the premises without a solution. But he was able to report back to give the reason why the installation could not take place. He assured me that someone from Mega Plumbing would reach back to schedule a plumber to come and make the proper repairs to allow the installation to proceed. The new dishwasher was left on the premises all packed. Mega Plumbing called back and gave to me the extra charge needed for the extra plumbing repair. So that there would be no delay in getting the plumbing repair done, I drove to my local Lowe’s store to pay for the extra plumbing work. The next day the Mega Plumbing plumber came to make the necessary repairs and the other technician proceeded to install my new dishwasher. Within two hours, we had all of the plumbing work done and a new dishwasher to use.

I bought a new dishwasher last week from Lowes, and Mega was contracted to do the install. When the appointment was made, I was given a 3 hour window. On the day prior to delivery, I received a reminder notification. On the day of delivery, I received a call from Jonny saying he would be there in about 20 minutes. And about 20-25 minutes laters, he and his coworker arrived. They were courteous and took appropriate means to protect the floor while removing the old dishwasher, and also trying to keep any residual water from dripping on the garage floor while the old one was wheeled out. The new dishwasher arrived safe and sound, no dents or scratches. I dont think they ran into any issue hooking up the water and electricity to the new one. Lowes make you buy a hose kit, so that made the hook up easier I think. Jonny took plenty of time adjusting the level of the new washer, and he kicked off the initial cycle that is recommended by most manufacturers. The cycle completed about an hour later, but Jonny made sure there were no leaks before he left. Overall, I had a very good experience with this crew from Mega.

The man doing the Dishwasher installation was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and did excellent work when installing the dishwasher and components. He explained to me everything he was doing and why they had to put a larger hose and braided line on my new LG dishwasher. The two gentleman ran into issue removing the dishwasher due to the old dishwasher being installed with the main power line being wrapped through the old dishwasher legs and hoses, what a mess! The technicians who recently installed our KitchenAid dishwasher did a great job. Our kitchen is on the second floor, so carrying the dishwashers on the stairs was not easy. The installer completed an additional task of placing the battery operated water sensor used with the old dishwasher underneath the new dishwasher, so I would not have to do it.
