I purchased a system from Mann-In as well as a maintenance contract. I had an outage and a warranty claim. In the last several years there have been all kinds of supply chain problems, and just because you have a warranty does not mean a new part will show up in a short period of time. Mann-In manages this problem by keeping an inventory of parts that are likely to see high demand. My system was back up and running with a used part from their inventory in less than 36 hours. When the new manufacturers part shows up then they will swap it. They do not have to operate this way, and from my experience, most businesses do not. If you do not want to be without AC for several months, I highly recommend this company. They absolutely will not leave you hanging.

Were absolutely over the moon about our Carrier system that we recently purchased from and had installed by Mann-In. Our house is dry all the time now because the variable speed heat pump’s built-in dehumidifier is super effective. The humidity now never gets above 50%, which is what we set it to achieve. Who knew 75F was so cool? The house is nice and cool all the time, but not uncomfortably so because it’s dry air. The system’s fan only needs to run on low all the time to maintain the temp, too, no matter the temp outside. And its completely quiet in the house now. No sound of the fan running or forced air thru the ducts. When the system was first installed, it needed to be tweaked to eliminate fan resonance at super low speed but that was it. Well see how it sounds in the winter when the furnace kicks in, but I can honestly say the heat pump is totally quiet. You can practically hear a pin drop in the house now. The heat pump outside is also completely soundless. No more loud thrumming outdoors when the AC compressor kicked on.We purchased the “Infinity Series” High-Efficiency Two-Stage Gas Valve Furnace with the “Infinity / Greenspeed” Variable-Speed Heat Pump and AprilAire filter. This one continually monitors the indoor and outdoor temp and varies the cooling and fan speed as needed to keep the house at a steady temp. Because it’s so efficient, the fan runs at a very low speed We run the it all the time to mix the upstairs and downstairs air and keep both levels more similar in terms of temp. The furnace is direct vent (outside air comes into it thru the wall next to the furnace and is vented to same, so it never pulls air from inside the house).We carefully researched which heat pump would give us the tax incentive (John looked up the qualifying specs on the Feds websites) and variable speed heat pump was the only one. The lower end heat pump models did not qualify for it. The price was reduced by rebates and because Carrier was offering a summer Sale on its heat pump systems. By the time we added up the tax incentive and the rebate and sale savings, the system was only $1K more than a comparable traditional system (90% efficiency furnace and traditional AC with dehumidifier and high capacity (AprilAire) air filter). Qualifying heat pumps by competitor vendors were more expensive and didn’t look to be any better than Carrier, which is a very solid brand.We went with Mann-In, because their estimator Aaron Gagnon was the only one who took the time to thoroughly assess our house’s load and configuration needs and was highly professional and patient with our questions and requests for options, quotes, and modifications to the proposal. When it came time to install the system, the technicians did a terrific job of taking out the old system in the house and compressor outside, removing the old cement pad outside that the compressor had sat on and pouring a new one for the heat pump, drilling holes thru the cinder block wall to the outside to install the direct vents (2) and then sealing them up from the outside, installing and fine tuning the heat pump and furnace, retrofitting the ducting to fit the new system, and leaving the room pristine when done. They also installed the system thermostat. At the end of the day the owner of the company, Dan Fols, fired up both the heat pump and furnace to test them, set up the thermostat to our requested temps, and showed us how to work the thermostat. He also fine-tuned the fan to eliminate the resonance. Depending on the size of your house and volume of air the fan is pushing thru the system at low speed, the fan may or may not develop the resonance. In our case and one other customer’s, it did. Dan took care of it right away. Mann-In’s customer service and professionalism were very impressive. And, last but not least, they were the least expensive. They offered us the lowest quote and the most system for the money. I can’t recommend Mann-In highly enough.

Mann-In did a great job when we replaced our heat pump a few years ago! Im posting now because they just saved my parents from replacing their system when they were told by another company their heat pump couldnt be fixed. Mann-In did an evaluation and saved my parents $13k for a replacement they didnt need. Thank goodness there are still some honest companies like Mann-In!! Thank you!

Mann-In technician did superb job to remedy heat unit out. He diagnosed problem and removed battery from wall thermostat and did override to get unit running again. A small job because of his . honesty and integrity. He is to be commended by the company cause could see others just want to replace an older unit. Misplaced invoice otherwise would cite his name. Reason been customer of Mann-In for over 20 years.

It was very professional and efficient when I contacted them, They understood the urgency of my problem, and sent a person very quickly to assess the situation. When it was determined that I needed a new water heater, they scheduled it for the next day. This is how companies should be operated:Had Mann-In install a full HVAC system 10 years ago. Recent home sale inspection flagged the venting system as code violation. Contacted Mann-In (Trevor) with info and they admitted it was a over site that even post install inspection didnt catch. Within 24 hours sent out two workers that made it good...AFTER 10 YEARS????No argument... no charge... no discussion just fixed the issue with only an apology it wasnt done correctly the first time.....That alone should make this your go to HVAC company.

Mann-in he done the maintenance on our HVAC since replacing one of our units 4 years ago. Never pushed us to replace the other unit. This year, the old unit gave out. They provide options for replacing it. Once we selected the option, we were scheduled quickly and everyone who came out to the house was friendly, knowledgeable, and did all they could to keep the house clean. The replacement was completed quickly and the workmanship is high quality. When they were done, they explained everything that we done and how to use the new system. Highly recommend Mann-In.

We needed to replace our 1996 Carrier heat pump. We decided to call Mann-In who installed the previous equipment for the previous owners. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and explained the process. The gentleman who came out to discuss our options explained everything very well and took into account our preferences. While we waited for the new equipment, they ensured we would stay cool during the heat. They explained what would be replaced and what they would do during installation. Once installation day came, they were prompt, neat, tidied everything up so it was like they were never there, and fully explained the equipment and how to use it. We will definitely use this company again.

Called Mann-In because I thought I was getting bad advice from a contractor doing a renovation. Got great advice about what was important for my needs. We discussed advantages and disadvantages of the options available and came to a conclusion. That was the expected part. Two weeks after choosing a system, my current AC unit started failing and I called Dan for advice to keep the current system limping along. The next day, without me asking, he came, diagnosed the problem, and installed a replacement part that made the old system work fine! I called to say thanks and ask what I owed him. He said “this is what we do for our customers!” Seriously? The part had to cost something, but he wouldn’t have it!!! The team came on the date scheduled, addressed an electrical error my contractor made, and installed a new AC unit, and new furnace with top notch professionalism. The advice was spot on! I love the new unit. What great humidity control and quiet operation! Seriously even my doors fit and close differently. When you find good service, keep it! Would recommend Mann-In without any reservation! Knowledgeable, keeps commitments, exceeds expectations, truly cares for customers. Count me in as a customer and a fan!

I had a fantastic experience with Mann-in. They installed a new HVAC system through Carrier last year after the heat wave. My previous Carrier HVAC/heating system was installed by Mann-in - which lasted over 27 years! Buck Bradley, sales rep, was communicative, professional, and understanding of our situation when the AC broke. I believe this is a family owned business where one of the members came to install a temporary fix (free of charge both parts and labor) until they got the HVAC model that I wanted.Once the HVAC model was available, Marc Dancico and his team came and timely installed the entire HVAC and heating units. I asked some questions along the way - they were patient and understanding of my questions (its a big purchase!).I opted in for the 5/10 insurance plan which came in handy this summer. A fan motor was defective (manufacturing issue; not due to installation) and Nate Herr could not have been more helpful. He waited in his car until the flash rain passed through and while still drizzly, he replaced the fan motor. Paid zero for this and no issues there.Before going with Mann-in last year, I had about 5 other contractors come and take a look and discussed options. I only realized Mann-in was the contactor that last installed the system as the last sales rep (from some other company) was leaving but was already leaning towards going with Mann-in. Its hard to find good contractors and contractors that installs these systems well. Go with Mann-in.I saved writing a review for a year because I wanted to see how well the systems ran after months of use and interactions with Mann-in. Zero issues; only recommendations for others to go with them.

Mann-In replaced our old HVAC system, which they had installed for a previous owner. I cannot say enough good things about them or the system they installed. They gave us a great deal; they were easy and responsive in all communications; the install team was professional and wore all necessary PPE inside our house; they are honest. A few days after installation, there was a slight drip from one of the tubes, when I called the owner, he was at our house in an hour to fix it. To top it off, AFTER we had paid, they called and say, Hey, we found another $125 rebate, so we are cutting you a check for $125.

I cannot give enough kudos to Mann-In for the replacement of an HVAC system and a water heater. From the time Buck came over to provide the initial estimate, to Chuck coming to do the measurements and finally the installation by Marc, Nate and Dan, the whole process was seamless. We never felt as though we were getting sold something we did not need. Buck did a thorough review of our current needs to determine the best and most cost effective system for us. Everything was straight forward and no hidden charges/unnecessary add-one were a part of this. On the day of installation, Marc and the crew arrived on time and made sure I understood how things would progress during the day. When they discovered a couple of issues from the prior installation they fixed them at no charge to us. Once finished Marc took the time to walk through the new system and helped set up the new thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks and will continue doing business with them in the future.

There really arent enough superlatives to express my respect and affinity for this local, family owned HVAC company. We have been clients for years (water heater, new attic heat pump, twice yearly inspections for our two units). When our old gas furnace set off the CO alarm in the basement they responded immediately to my concerns. They evaluated the problem and offered a plan to repair. Given the age and lack of efficiency of the old unit, I asked their thoughts on replacing the system. They promptly provided a proposal with options and presented the information in a clear and easy to understand discussion. No pressure to buy the new unit, just the facts. This is absolutely consistent with prior experience in their replacing our water heater and heat pump in our large home. These people are consummate professionals who respect the client, know their products and deliver on their promises. This applies not only to the service personnel, but the office staff as well. Outstanding customer support and service. When is the last time you had the owner of the company come by to make the final measurements before approving the installation just to be sure everything is perfect?They managed the county permit and the inspectors visit, provided all the completed paperwork for the Washington Gas rebate, and gave us a discount as we are clients. Wow.The new unit was installed within a couple of days, even though I had to be out of town. They coordinated with my house sitter and got it completed so I returned to a warm and cozy home. I can confidently recommend this company.

This month, I had 2 75-gallon hot water heaters installed, which required the fabrication of a custom drip pan. Fast, professional, and courteous. We had to get 5 new vents installed in our basement. I thought they would be at my house all day. They knocked it out in 3 hours and left the area spotless. I had also purchased new tiles for the drop ceiling down there. Replacing those was my next project. The guys saw this and offered to remove and dispose of any tiles they needed to take out to gain access to do their work, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. I was extremely pleased and would not even think about hiring anyone else in the future.

My air conditioning unit broke in the summer. I am a yearly maintenance customer. They came in 24 hours.Recommend replacement vs repair. I choose to replace. They installed a window unit which was not helpful. So they came back and hooked up a temporary unit until new unit arrived. The process took several weeks mainly because of supply chain issue.their price is competitive. I used them before. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Last week I had a gas leak both inside and outside of my house. We reached out to Mann-In late Tuesday afternoon and Trevor was able to come out Wednesday morning and give us a much more reasonable estimate compared to the other company I had received an estimate from. Mann-In sent out one of their technicians, Nate, who came out about an hour later and he was able to get all of the work done quickly in order to get my gas turned back on later that afternoon. I would highly recommend Mann-In to anyone looking for HVAC services - Trevor and Nate were incredible!

Mann-In installed two HVAC systems in our home and have been doing an excellent job maintaining ever since. We recently had them add air purifiers to the systems. Buck Bradley is an excellent representative taking the time to ensure our knowledge of the systems. Maintenance service staff have been outstanding. Very satisfied. Not much more to add to what has been perfect performance.

The Mann-In staff in the office and the team that came to our home to install our new system are all top-notch. They were pleasant to work with, but also very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They were able to fit us into their schedule for installation just 4 days after we called. I think this was a special case, but we are appreciative of the special care. The installation looks very neat and clean. They also explained how to operate the system, what filters are best, etc.We would definitely recommend them to others looking for an HVAC contractor.

We replaced two HVAC systems and a water heater and could not be more pleased. When our A/C broke, Mann-In repaired it the next day so that we would have a functioning system while we waited to have the new one installed. The salesperson was patient, informative and honest -- actually recommending that we not purchase upgrades when he considered them unnecessary. The installation crews were incredibly polite, professional and careful. Our utility area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were so quiet leaving one day that our baby did not even wake up from her nap. Mann-Ins equipment is outstanding and pricing is extremely competitive (especially considering the quality of workmanship). We are thrilled with every aspect of the project.

This company get 5 stars for outstanding customer service. I called after hours and left a message because my heat was out and I get a phone from Ron Korth and he said he would be at my house in an hour. In 25 minutes I had a knock on my door and with in minutes I had heat again! Talk about fast and great service! Ron was friendly and answered all of out questions we had!!!! 👍👍

Top notch service. Had them install a brand new HVAC system recently. Professional staff all around -- from office staff to service technicians to installation team. Mann-In serviced our old system for many years and they were always responsive when any issue arose. For new system, they provided several reasonable options and were flexible on price.

This company is absolutely amazing! When our HVAC system started going out, our friend recommended we contact Mann-In. Their technician, Buck, came that week to take a look. We needed a new system and had no idea where to begin. He sat down with us and laid all of our options out on the table. He carefully explained what each part of the system did, all of the add ons, etc. I was amazed by the information he provided us! It was seriously so helpful to us, especially since my husband and I are new homeowners. After we decided on a system, Dan came out to take some measurements. He was so friendly and professional. Our new system got installed today and Mark and Scooter did an AMAZING job! Mark took the time to show me how to work our new smart thermostat, what they installed, what each part did, etc. These guys are true professionals and really care about their customers. I keep being told to reach out to Mann-In if I have ANY issues at all. I’m extremely confident and happy with my choice of HVAC company! I do not normally take the time to write reviews so trust me that this company is one of a kind. I own 4 homes so I really perform my due diligence by checking reviews on multiple sites, the Better Business Bureau, and by word of mouth when looking for trust worthy and fairly priced contractors and repair companies. Prior to finding Mann-In Air Conditioning and Heating, I thought I had found a good company. Well, read on.I was ready to have my entire air conditioner replaced in one of my rental units due to another companys suggestion that it was not worth repairing and gave an extremely high quote to add some coolant and repair the core bolts outside. In addition to the service call charge, it would be $100 to fix the core bolts, and over $450 to add the very scarce coolant. Then he stated that even after adding the coolant, the AC would only last another year at most and would most likely keep leaking because there is most likely undetectable micro-leaks too small to detect and repair (not sure how he knew they were there since they were too small to detect). His charge to do this temporary fix was over $600 which I almost paid. He of course explained the virtue of a newly installed unit.To my rescue came Man-In Air Conditioning and Heating who I found online. I expected the same answer as the first company. Colton was a breath of fresh air and everything about them seemed different than others I had called. You could tell that these people were hard working individuals, down to earth and trust worthy, cared about their job, and highly trained in their field. Colton quietly reviewed the system, used very advanced leak detection equipment which he explained, told me there were no leaks, and deduced that the system was just low on coolant most likely due to the core bolts outside missing rubber rings. He replenished the coolant, replaced rubber rings around the bolts without charging, and said the system was only 9 years old and he did not see any reason to replace it. No sales pitch!!..just fixed it at an absolutely amazing price. I trust these people and will use them again for every home that I own, how and i the future.
