Theyβre top-notch! I had a water leak and reached out to them. Their helpdesk was super friendly and quickly scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they sent me ahead with the person and his picture, which was really helpful. Kevin DiLandro came and explained everything step by step. He even explained what he was doing and what potential issues there might be. He didnβt try to sell me anything or use any gimmicks. Iβd highly recommend them! Special shout out to Kevin! -

Duncan was great. He showed up on time. Described the work that was going to be done. After, he showed me pictures of everything he inspected and described how it all worked. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Duncan and would recommend Indoor Air Quality Medics.If I had to point out a negative, it would be that my original appointment was in November and they rescheduled the day before. The earliest appointment was late January. Understandably, the lady I spoke with described their situation, which we are humans and can only do so much. -
