Excellent service! I called West Plumbing 2 hours ago, and the problem has already been solved. Within 45 minutes, James knocked on the door, and fixed a Delta bath tub hot water gauge I would not dare touch. He was cordial, professional, well-mannered and respectful. He did not mind teaching me a new plumbing skill! I highly recommend this company!!

I am happy to say that I had contacted West Plumbing especially because of the reviews I found on Google. They took care of my issue immediately. James was exceptional to save the least he was able to diagnose my issue with photos I sent to him in regards to my valve in my bathroom tub handle that broke off completely. I was hopeful I can take care of this issue myself, however I was more worried that if I went deeper into the plumbing I would puncture a copper pipe. Not only did he send someone out to see me immediately he fixed it within 48 hours. For that Im extremely grateful! I did get three other estimates prior to booking with West plumbing, and they were a minimal of twice the amount that I was quoted from James! I’ve used them a few times now. Definitely feel like they’re trying to determine the actual problem and not just replacing things to make it easy or run up a bill. This time, James helped me to diagnose the issue, then gave me options on what to do. Even said he could charge me x to do it, but here’s exactly what I need and how to do it myself. I was able to do it myself, I’m satisfied with the result, and I saved a few hundred dollars. Would totally use them again - I already have.

These guys are awesome! Fast service and great price. They did a great job and saved me tons of money compared to other bids on a slab leak repair. Very creative approach to prevent having to rip up my travertine and concrete. Made is super easy for me to repair small dry wall patch after and that was all. Like the leak never happened. James and team are my go-to guys for all my plumbing needs going forward

We had a plumbing emergency that one company couldn’t resolve after a couple of hours of working on it and another company failed to show up to even look at. James arrived within an hour of first contact, was knowledgeable, efficient, and quiet- it was 930 pm and our kids and anxious dogs were sleeping. He got the job done in less than an hour and we are so thankful! West Plumbing is the only company we will use and recommend going forward!

I left email on Sunday Eve and at , 11 am today (Monday) a very polite llicensed employee Drew came and fixed leak. Great Experience! They came out within the expected timeframe and didnt charge an arm and a leg. Our dog chewed off backyard hose spicket. He chewed pipe so close to house that it was too difficult for husband to fix. West Plumbing came out fast, and was able to fix it like new. Seriously, doesnt even look like anything happened! Even clean up was impeccable! I dont ever write reviews, but loved these two guys and their old school manners. I will always HIGHLY recommend them from here on out!

I think the price is a little higher than some handyman/unlicensed guys but I was willing to pay a little more and have it done right this time. James didnt upsell me on unneeded work and they didnt mess up my brand new tiles. I have peace of mind that my bath fixtures are not leaking behind the wall. I learned the hard way that if you get someone cheap who claims they know what theyre doing, you will end up having the work done over by a licensed professional. Save yourself the $$ and aggravation and call James who happens to be a master plumber.
