I was impressed with Precision Plumbing at first sight. I thought their TV add was sincere and thorough…not flashy or exaggerated. Then, my first call to them, on a Sunday, was cheerful and helpful. Dion, the attendant was so nice and accommodating, agreeing to send someone out the next day. I called several times, for different information over the next few days and found her an ideal representative for the company. In the meantime, Tyler, their top water filtering expert came out, gave us a thorough education on filtration systems, without trying to sell me anything. He kinda designed a system that fit our needs perfectly and installed it the next day. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, competent and a hard worker. So far I’m extremely happy with PP’s excellent service and staff. SIX stars should do it..

Precision Air installed 3 A/C- heating units on 2 homes for me this week. From the contact with the sales person, Adulfo who explained my options and coordinated the installation to the technicians who did the install, we were totally satisfied. Everything went exactly as planned. The installer tech, Dustin was awesome, the best, and he even made friends with the dog! He explained the warranty / guarantee stuff plus what to expect with the new units. I have told my neighbors that this is a company to keep!

WOW! Our main AC unit died in the middle of Arizona summer heat. We had technician, Mark, out to our home on the 4th of July holiday, and I swear he had angel wings hidden beneath his uniform. He repaired our problem in a timely manner, took the time to educate me on the issue, and carefully reviewed pricing and options before doing anything. Best of all, though, he invited our 8-year old son, a born engineer, to help him make the entire repair. I watched the entire time as our George got to screw in every new bit of equipment, take thermometers around the house to measure the temperature of the air coming out of the vents, etcetera. This was such a generous act of pure human kindness. From the bottom of this mommas heart, thank you Mark, and thank you Precision.

Your Tech Ulisis came for furnace repair. I had NO heat. I kind of thought I needed a whole new HVAC system and I did since it is the original. He spent hours with me working for the best system and the best price. He was soooo patient and explained everything! For me... He gets a 10 star review. You better keep this young man! If install in a couple days goes as well as my Ulisis experience.. I would recommend Precision to everyone. Ulisis was the best tech, repairman I have EVER encountered. Thank you. D.McCloud

Quite happy with my service. Leslie came out and accessed the situation, she showed up early and was great. Explained everything and gave me my options. I ended up buying a new unit. I financed it which was quite easy. Chris came out for the install, hard worker did the job himself. He even showed up early. Jose came out to do the vent cleaning, very polite and worked fast and on time. He had a helper who was great too. All 3 representatives of the company were awesome while they were here. Very respectful of my home and property. I am quite happy with the service and Precision Air. Glad I called.

Got the job done well. Paid almost $700 for one hour labor and maybe $100 in parts. The one hour did not include diagnostic and a trip to the hardware store. It was an emergency situation so not insanely high but more than I expected. They were courteous and communicative. Would use them again.

Poncho was our service rep and he is very customer oriented and was very knowledgeable. He sets you at ease. It took 6 days to get him out as he was the only tech that could work on our unit. Personable, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. The installation went smoothly. The two-man team arrived on time, and completed installation two hours sooner than the estimate. The old units were hauled away in a timely fashion, and the team cleaned up all debris. The unit was installed over a week ago and everything is running perfectly. Same day, late night emergency service at a very reasonable price, and fantastic service too! No additional fees for the urgency or evening hours, and the cost of the service call went towards the price of the repair we needed. We have had bad experiences with other AC companies in the past so I went looking for the highest rated company in our area with the most reviews and chose Precision Air and Plumbing for meeting all those criteria and open 24/7 because AC outages in AZ heat can be deadly. Was extremely pleased by the quick and quality service.Not only did Precision’s team keep us updated on our appointment time and answered all my questions, our technician Kyle was introduced via text with a picture and bio so we knew who was coming in the middle of the night. Kyle determined our AC’s capacitor was out and had the part already on the truck. Repair was done very quickly and with a very pleasant interaction even in the midnight hour. We decided to join their membership plan based on this experience and will definitely be calling them again for AC and Plumbing needs.Editing to add, when my old HVAC unit finally went kaput, Precision did a great job assessing our needs and installing a new unit. Every technician we have had in our home has been very professional.

The process took a full day, which was expected, the equipment was installed professionally not like my previous unit. All questions were clearly answered we couldnt be happier with the results. Clean up and removal of all debris was accomplished and explanation of operations. Excellent communication and Dustin’s team left things cleaner than before. Swept out garage and sidewalk and even upgraded the trim on both attic access points. All 3 installers were dressed in company attire which doesn’t seem like much but the attention to detail should and is worth something. All three also remembered our names and that of our dog and after a 10 hour day, where we weren’t even there, that says a lot about the quality of employees they are.

The installation was good, but left a few visual & contract aspects to be rectified. The installers advised that the 3T Goodman unit tested out fine. However, a technician had to come out the next day to repair the factory faulty 4T Goodman unit. The overall experience was good. As weve not yet turned the units on, only time will tell whether, or not, were satisfied.

First of all, my technician Devin was phenomenal, friendly, and an expert with our AC systems. He took a lot of care explaining to me what was needed and why. Excellent 5 star service.I gave four stars to Precision only because my experience with their rates is way too high. They charge too much for the same service you can get from a smaller company and recommend you search for other options when it comes to servicing your AC units. I understand business and they need to cover their costs, but charging double for services is not appropriate. Ever. Just do a good job and you will get repeat customers. It’s simple. Charge me double and you’ve lost my business. Simple. Thanks to Devin though. He should be rewarded for his amazing service!

I was on another plan with another company . The one that does the kids homework and decorates cakes . I felt like everyone they came they would find something wrong and overcharge me .I saw the owner of precision air and plumbing being interviewed on the local television show . They were running a special just in time my ac was running warm . Rodrigo came and accessed everything and found out that I was out of refrigerant and it was leaking out in our attic . Grant it my house is only 3 years old and such shoddy work on the people who installed the ac originally. Copper tubing welded to regular metal with electrical tape all around those welds .Precision air came out showed me all the videos . We had to replace all the copper tubing for two ac units . They were very professional explained everything in detail and gave me 10 years on the copper tubing installation . I am so impressed at their work ethic knowledge and respect for my home . I would recommend them any day .

I had a 20 year old A/C unit w/ heat pump and water heater. Both still worked fine but nearing the end of their lifespan. So coming into summer and as a pre-emptive measure, started to get estimates for replacements just in case. I had worked with another HVAC company religiously for 10 years but given the investment, wanted to get at least 3-4 bids. Precision was the 2nd bid which seemed almost too good to be true. I did more research plus ran the bid by close family members (not in AZ) who have spent their careers (30+ years) in HVAC across all roles and they said Precisions bid appears to check out better than you deserve. It was a big (and not necessarily needed) investment but pulled the trigger and now as I write this have a brand new A/C unit and water heater. I worked with Adolfo who was professional, punctual, courteous, honest (I believe so anyways :), and communicative. So much so that I saved his number (not a norm of mine personally) to contact with future questions but more so to easily send to others for a referral as needed.

They saved us a lot of money by recommending we get our vents resealed, which lowered our electric bills significantly. Likewise when they suggested we install a large intake vent inside our home.It’s time for our 16 year old unit to be retired and we wouldn’t use anyone else. They came out and inspected our unit, spending an hour or more, before confirming our suspicion that it would likely not last the summer without some expensive fixes. I scheduled an annual check-up for my AC with Precision as I had used them previously for plumbing and water heater issues. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that my maintenance service membership with them was still current and that there would be no charge for the visit, however, when the tech arrived, he told me that the membership was already expired. That was confusing, but later, the tech let me know that Precision would honor the membership price for the repairs to the AC, so I was very happy about that. The tech, Devon, was very professional and personable, and he explained in detail what he was going to be doing. He reported back to me with some minor issues with the AC, he presented the pricing, and I went ahead with the repairs which didnt take long. All in all, a very positive experience, and I will likely use Precision again in the future. And if its an HVAC issue, Ill specifically request for Devons service.

I’ve had them install a modern thermostat and some regular checkups trying to keep the old unit going a bit longer. Mark showed up earlier than hoped for. He went up on my roof and took photos of the burned out parts (I love that they do that). Mitchell and team mate arrived when he said. The overall performance was good, however, after the explanation of adding more insulation to meet the R-38 requirement, I don’t think the work was necessary. Definitely don’t think additional duck cleaning had to be done, but they made an effort to do a good job.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that we could not clear. We called Presion for their $59.95 special to unclog the drain. Kory Greenfield was the Plumbing Technician that came out. Kory was very personable, friendly, professional and helpful. He listened to us about our problem and went to work on the drain. He was able to clear the drain and provided tips on how to keep this from happening again. Thank you Kory!

On a previous visit: I would’ve given 5 stars but we did not get the initial appointment scheduled and had to wait 2 extra days in the heat. The technician was great and solved the issue. My fiancé and I have had such horrible experiences with other AC contractors and companies. Hobaica was the absolute worst. Our friend referred us to precision air and we gave it a shot and ended up getting our new AC unit from them. They were communicative, on time and super friendly. I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends!The paperwork was missing the annual contract with precision air for the annual maintenance where they come twice a year to do a check up, etc. Ryan called Dylan to check and confirmed we had it and stated we should receive the paper work by tomorrow! I love that they confirmed before payment was done! Will check tomorrow to make sure I have received it. Such a pleasant interaction and installation!

Great experience from Gerald who did an emergency visit on Easter evening to diagnose our AC issue. Our issue was that we had a huge leak and lost all our freon. We had an 18 year old system and some parts rusted out as well. Gerald was very transparent with pricing and pay options and he was even able to get us a discount that helped out so much! Very knowledgeable as well and very professional and nice guy!! Our team installers (Edgar and Doug) were courteous, fast, efficient and knowledgeable as well. Answered all my concerns and questions that I had and the entire experience was very comfortable and put me at ease from start to finish. my husband and I definitely recommend this company for sure!!! The team was great! They were conscious of keeping our home closed up to keep it as cool as possible while they replaced both of our units the same day. It was 119 outside the day they spent working at our home, so them being conscious of that was nice, for my husband who was home and for our animals who had no choice to leave if got too hot, thank you precision air!! You are wonderful, we hope not to have to see you again for a while! 😘 most definitely recommended by our family.

I could not have been more pleased with my service. Sure u hear cheesy postings giving glowing reviews Which tend to make you think that they are enhanced or made up.. But not this one. my service was extremely courteous and efficient I was impressed with the technicians knowledge of my home air conditioning system. I had several questions which he was able to answer with ease and also give me several more detailed explanations on facets of the air conditioning system I wasnt even aware existed. I can see why precision air is the number one air conditioning service in Phoenix Valley metro area as well the state of Arizona. With Technicians with expertise such as the one who handled my service Its no wonder theyre a cut above the rest of the Competition. I must admit I was very cynical about The possible performance Of a popular Retailer but I was extremely satisfied and would recommend as well as use again myself precision air and their technician Gerald in the future. Tyler Stevenson came today to fix my garbage disposal and I asked him if they replace showers. He said they did and gave me what I believe to be a fair, honest quote and took measurements and we are already scheduled to begin this week! I am super excited and very happy with Tyler taking the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and how the entire process will go so I know what to expect. He was very patient and answered every single one of my questions confidently. Very happy I called Precision Air & Plumbing and met Tyler today! I Highly recommend!As a follow up, my work was completed by Isaac Arias who is very polite, professional, friendly, and capable. He works very fast and always cleans up all of the areas when he is done. My job ended up taking two days because there was an issue with my new tub being cracked (no ones fault) that was very quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I was glad it was still him who came back on the second day to complete the work. Cool dude, I am very happy.
