    We had Jim Emmons from Mason pro services. Come to to determine what was going on with our new heating and AC system. He was very professional, courteous and patient. He explained everything to us, answered our questions, and corrected a default in the unit. He also was so thorough that he discovered a few things that interfered with the efficiency of our units. He made those repairs as well. We highly recommend Mason Pro Services. Their people definitely make the difference.

    My experience with Mason Pro Services has been outstanding! I found no complaints on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. The receptionist was polite and knowledgeable, helping me schedule an appointment for our gas furnaces. I received a text 30 minutes before the appointment. Two technicians arrived with disposable shoe covers and quickly addressed all our concerns efficiently. After 20+ years and many contractors, none have matched the quality of Mason Pro Services!

    We trust Mason Pro at our business, so I thought I would call them when I had a residential need.They were quick and responsive. They sent someone over a day earlier than originally promised, which is great since part of our home was without electricity.Cristian was professional and friendly, and a skilled electrician. He found a problem that had been lying dormant for 40 years in the wiring of our older home. He fixed it quickly, and we couldnā€™t be happier.

    To start off with Jeff ended up coming almost 1 hour prior to my window start time and was gone in about an hour. He listened to what I had to say and diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes.He was professional. It was actually fun to talk with him as he did his repairs.Great job Jeff, keep up the good work

    August 2024:Needed my air ducts cleaned. Wasnt sure if Mason did that so I called and found out that they did. Got on the books quickly and Josh M & Josh D did a great job explaining the process to me, protecting my furniture, and entertaining the needy pooch. They found some weird vent filters in a few vents brought them to my attention and explained the pros & cons of keeping them there. I had another HVAC service by another provider earlier this year that was so disrespectful that I ended my 12-year relationship with that company. They left my home a mess (even after using *my* vacuum) and chose not to adequately compensate me for the time and energy it took to remedy the situation.Please Mason ...never change! The level of service you have provided me this summer has literally been sanity saving!June 2024:My regular plumber recommended Mason Pro Services, when he was too booked to address my issue quickly. Everyone with whom I interacted was extremely professional and timely. They were able to send a plumber the next day, and the plumber was pleasant, efficient, and tidy. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I have confidence that the job will be performed with quality.

    I wont go with anyone else!! Ive always heard good things and now Ive had 2 experiences of my own with Mason Pro Services and I couldnt be happier. Our AC started making weird noises and they had someone out the same day. They had to order a part and had to come back 2 days later, but our AC still worked. There was a minor mishap on diagnosis, but they fixed the issue before I even knew about it.Our technician, Shane, was absolutely incredible! He was so respectful of sleeping babies and was polite and professional. For someone who normally does commercial work, I was very impressed with his demeanor in our residence. He was extremely careful when carrying a big piece of equipment out to his van and didnt knick the walls at all, even with having to open doors and baby gates. He was very personable and made sure to double check his work and the pricing without my asking.I would highly recommend Mason Pro Services and if youre in Tucson, ask for SHANE!!

    After having avail plumbers, one a 3 time repeat, my hot water issues remained unresolved. I emailed Rosie from Rosie in the House who referred me to the company. I HIGHLY recommend Mason Pro Services for their plumbing services. They were professional, quick to schedule, David Johnson gave an appropriate and accurate diagnosis, his son Maack Johnson came out to install and all has finally been resolved. Great teamwork and service!!

    We have a home built 20+ years ago and we had a drip in the faucet in the jacuzzi tup in the master. We really didnt want to have to have to change out fixtures and deal with a bigger change than we had to. Mason Pro was able to search for the part for the 20 year old faucet and locate it. They kept communications flowing the whole time, showed up when they said they would and completed the work without delay. Weve used them for a couple of other similar issues and have always been pleased with the work and the professionalism of all involved.

    Mason Pro Service did a great job replacing my AC/furnace and flex duct work. All the workers were courteous and professional taking pride in their work. They were easy to work with and didnā€™t rush the job. We had a couple of snafus but nothing they didnā€™t take care of to our satisfaction. Albert especially did a fantastic job routing and brazing the refrigerant lines as well as helping me find a water leak with the furnace flue pipe.

    The repairman Stevie did a great job. He gave great instructions and let us know exactly what we needed to do. He was here quickly and replaced the next morning. The water heater ( three years old) was under warranty and was replaced. However, the labor charge was REALLY high. $849.00. Next time may consider a different brand.

    We have used Mason Pro Services for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services and give them high marks on all levels of service. Although it wasnā€™t an emergency, the plumbing issue was wasting water usage and we wanted to have it repaired asap. I went online to their website and booked an appointment for next dayā€™s schedule. Their office staff called me early this am to confirm the time. We had a small leak in one of our above ground pipes and Mike, the plumber who we have had out before, came to our house to do the necessary repairs. Thanks Mike for another job well done.

    Thank you Mason Pro Services! At about 7 at night tonight, our air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. I called four other companies that advertise 24/7 service and all of them said they could come tomorrow morning. Nope. The temperature in the house was already over 85. I called Mason pro services, spoke to an answering service, then technician Willis called me back right away and came in about an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately (failed capacitor) and he had a replacement on his truck. He got the system working right away and was very friendly. The price was in line with what we expected. So grateful!

    I came home from work on Friday evening, 8/23/24, to a house that was set at 77 when I left that morning, but the indoor temperature was 79 and rising. Itā€™s in August and my hopes of getting someone to come look at the A/C that night were not too high. I have 3 little granddaughters that live with me and I was quickly racking my brain as to where the closest motel was, what would I need to pack for their school day on the following day, my work clothes, etc. and most importantly, how long would we need to stay. I WAS NOT looking forward to this! I contacted Mason Pro Services and spoke with the technician AJ, when I actually thought I would have to leave a message. AJ was very helpful and polite! He asked me a few questions about what was happening and provided me with what he thought might be happening. He was in the east valley but said he thought there was a technician already working in my area (west valley), and would it be possible to give my information to him. YES, PLEASE!!! Within 30-45 minutes I received a text message informing me that my technician, Chad, was in route, along with a picture and a small bio. Within another 30-45 minutes Chad was at my front door! Hallelujah!!!! Grandma might have A/C tonight!!! I showed Chad to the unit, he did some testing and evaluations and within short order, gave me his diagnosis - the motor needed to be replaced. My heart sank, thinking heā€™s going to have to come back. But, he had a motor with him! AMEN!By this time it was already 730-800pm. Chad stayed, in the dark, repairing the A/C and I couldnā€™t be any happier! Chad was polite, professional, courteous and kind! I would HIGHLY recommend Mason Pro Services and would use them time and time again!

Generally, the proposals followed a similar pattern of unit costs plus installation and a vague scope of work. Not with Mason Pro. Challens comprehensive proposal left little doubt as to what was included along with itemized options.The install team of Albert, Ray and Jessie was equally knowledgeable and professional. Laying down tarps from the front door to the second-floor attic access. They executed a complete indoor/outdoor replacement and startup of the downstairs unit on day one, cleaned everything up, returned the next day and did the same for the upstairs unit.Two units, Two days, Done!Thank you to the entire team!

    Wonderful experience with Diontae Jackson at Mason Pro Services. He came to my house and gave me a quote the same day I requested it. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Then only a few business days later he was able to come and install my electric car charger in my garage. He did an excellent job, the charger works great and he set it up to look good in my garage. He left no mess behind. Im very impressed and highly recommend these guys, especially Diontae for electrical work.

    This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He wasprofessional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future.     Canā€™t believe how quiet my new air conditioner is. My 15 year old system broke down 3 times in the last 2 months. I verified all the work they did with a friend in the business and the said it was completed better and faster than they could have gotten it done.     Your service tech was great, but due to the type of old tube we have he was not able to get the water to drain properly without removing the entire tube, which I didnt want to do. The nice thing is they did charge me for the work. That was a nice surprise.

    Had issues with the AC not cooling very well last summer. Made an appointment with Challen to review my system and make recommendations. He and a technician spent about 2 hours. They checked the AC and Heating system and ductwork in the attic. He explained the different type of AC units available. They installed a new AC and Heating system. Install was completed as scheduled with 3 technicians. Very professional. Two days later another person came out to do a QC check of the installation and ran the AC as well as the heating system to check the operation of the units installed. He also programmed the new thermostat and reviewed the operational features with me. He spent about 90 minutes and answered all my questions. A few days later a drywall repair person came out to fix the attic access area that needed to be enlarged to install the new furnace. Repair was flawless. I would recommend Mason Pro Services to anyone considering AC / Heating work.

    I usually donā€™t leave reviews but I felt it was necessary to leave one for Mason Pro! I called on a Friday evening, they were able to fit me in on Monday to go over my options for a water softening system. Aaron called on Monday morning to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and that I had the option of him coming earlier! He came to my house, and explained the difference between the systems, recommended what he thought was best for my home and he was even able to install the system the same day! AND it was significantly cheaper than what some of my neighbors have paid when going through other companies! 10/10 would recommend Mason Pro and bonus if you have Aaron to service your home!

    I had an 8-12 appointment with Mason Pro. To my surprise the tech showed up at 8 promptly. When does that ever happen. Usually your waiting all day. I thought I was having a problem with a broken vent. Turned out it was a broken outlet cover on the side of the house. This was a difficult problem because you would only hear the banging when its windy. He applied a temporary fix, which he didnt have to do, until I can replace the cover. Secondly, I appreciate the tech putting on shoe covers when entering my home. Even though I really didnt use any of their services I will definitely use this company again to service my water heater and other items.

Their scheduling team was on top of every interaction we had, starting with the questions they asked me about what was going on with my system. They didnt just ask surface level questions (e.g., what kind of system is it?), but they really probed to uncover what issues there could be to make sure they could provide the best service.A few days later, Jim, the technician, came out to take a look. If I could give Jim a separate 5-stars, I would. Not only was Jim and his team courteous, but he did a great job educating me about my unit, overall system, ductwork, and even what I could do in the future to make the airflow better throughout my old, 1950s style ranch house.Not once throughout my appointment did I feel as though I was being sold to. In fact, after he educated me on the spectrum of options for fixing the airflow within my house, Jim actually recommended AGAINST doing some of the more expensive things, given he had learned about my plan of remodeling my house at some point (itd be a waste of money - Jim).In my experience, most HVAC techs are salespeople first, technicians second.     Mason straightened out a failed HVAC install done by the HVAC subcontractor hired by the general contractor in our new home. After we determined to give up on the original firm, we called several firms recommended by Lennox. To our surprise, two of them declined to get involved. Mason immediately scheduled us with an experienced tech who assessed the situation and redid the communications among the components (involving a Lennox heat pump and humidifier/ventilator from Aprilaire).We now have all of our system under control and reporting through our Lennox controls and thermostat. It simplifies our system and gives us confidence that we are getting the best performance. Mason made this possible, plus they are reliable and their techs and office staff are very professional. We cant recommend them strongly enough, particularly for a new system with all the bells an whistles.

    2022 -UPDATE: Mason came out today for my yearly checkup, all is well as usual.2018 These guys installed my unit on my previous home so they were my first call to replace my elderly unit in my new place. They are very dependable and always on time. They are very neat and organized. I love that they are polite and will explain anything you need. And that was a flawless evolution with no complaints whatsoever.Yesterday when I needed a plumber for a unique hot water heater issue, I called a local plumber ā€œrecommendedā€ from a social media community site.     Top to bottom, a great experience. Had new AC (heat pump) installed. Their rep did the extra work to make sure I had the right unit. Gave me 4 options and did not upsell.     My AC stopped working in the middle of 113+ degree weather. I called Mason Mechanical, explained that another company had already determined that my old Goettle unit could not be repaired. From the minute that Joe, Masons Comfort Consultant, stepped into my home & concurred that the AC could not be repaired, I felt Mason Mechanical was definitely my best choice. Joe gave me several options, gave me a definite date of installation and even offered a portable AC until my new unit was installed. Before you knew it my new unit was installed by Chad and James who were equally polite and very efficient. Needless to say, my entire experience from the very beginning of making the phone call, to the day of installation, was stress free. I most definitely recommend Mason Mechanical to all my family and friends.     The plumbing techs and AC techs are the best in Phoenix area! They might be a small amount more expensive, but job is done right with NO reworks. Always on time and great communication from the main office. I have been using then 4 years now with no complaints.     We lived in our home for 2 summers DYING from the heat. It wouldnt get below 87 INSIDE! It was horrendous. Home warranty covered nothing! Mason Mechanical was the 3rd quote we got and they GUARANTEED wed be cool in the summer. Its been 2 years and I was sitting in my living room FREEZING and thanking God for this company and remembered I never left a review.     Tony was excellent. They got us in immediately. They came the next day after we called to see if we could get service. Our garbage disposal was not working. Our bathroom sink was leaking.     Our basement sump pump stopped working early in the morning. I called Mason Pro Services at 7 am. A plumber arrived at 9:30 and found the problem, retrieved the parts needed, and was done by noon.It was a big job but this plumber was capable, knowledgeable, kind, clean, and careful.Im extremely happy.     Weve used Mason Mechanical to service our units for several years now and have always been impressed with their promptness and with the professionalism of their office and service staff. On our most recent service call, the service technician, Miguel, was extremely polite and took extra time to investigate the warranty status of our unit (installed by another company). Once our issue was diagnosed, there was no pressuring or upselling and he provided measurements and photos of all his observations. When the best path forward with repair wasnt clear, he gave me his opinion and then consulted also with his supervisor for additional input. He wiped his feet before entering the house and made sure to put the thermostat back to where we wanted it before leaving. Thank you.
