    Brandon did a great job installing the hot water heater and changing angle stops under the sink. He did cause a little bit of damage but he spackled and covered the damage which is fine.

    Called on a Sunday afternoon to replace two toilets. The A+ team came first thing Tuesday morning (wouldā€™ve come Monday but needed to order the toilets first). The team was punctual and the prices were fair. They didnā€™t try to gouge me like the 5 other plumbers I called. Honest work, but was expected to pay as soon as the work was done (the guys working on the house hadnā€™t even left yet).Donā€™t have any issues paying right as soon as the work is done, but some feedback is to maybe make it clear that payment is expected immediately right after the service call. Iā€™m used to most vendors sending an invoice and giving me a little bit of time (like a few hours) to review and then pay. There was also a misc. charge of $40 on a $400 bill for gas, gloves, misc materials. Not worth arguing over, but wouldā€™ve preferred being told up front about it instead of it being a hidden charge at the end.

    A plus plumbing is the best int he business. We had a leak and didnt know where it was coming from. They found the leak coming from behind the wall under the concrete and they repiped the area. Korey was awesome to work with. He took time out of weekend to helped us out. The other tech, Brandon was awesome great. They replaced all the cartridges that were old in the house and everything works great now. My house is over 20 years old and needed some maintenance done. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

    Extremely satisfied with A Pus pluming. Aston was knowledgeable and explained may plumbing problems as he saw them to be. Did not attempt to sell me on repairs I didnt need . Instead gave solutions and did not charge for assessment. Will call them again for any future problems

    We have used a plus plumbing for many years and there are probably too many things I like about this company to even remember and mention, but the things that come to mind are that the owner answers his calls immediately and they do not make you wait, in our experience unless of course, parts need to be ordered. I called them at midnight some years ago because our hot water tank broke in the garage. There was water everywhere and they were there by 1:30 in the morning and brought a new hot water tank, installed it and repaired everything and we were off to work the next day with no time taken. AUSTIN has been at our house in the last couple years three or four times and he is amazing. A great plumber, as well as a very polite and gracious person cannot say enough

    A Plus was quick to pick up the phone during off hours, walked me through shutting off the supply line and showed up first thing the next morning to fix the problem. Corey walked me through every step and suggested options for preventive maintenance in the future to prevent larger issues. He was so professional and knowledgeable and Iā€™m so grateful for the quality work and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them, I will definitely be calling them for any future work that I have!

    This may be the easiest company I have ever dealt with. Even though I stated it was not a plumbing emergency, they sent someone out the same day. Luca was great. He explained everything and listened to my concerns. He did not try to upsell anything and fixed what he could in our bathroom shower, only replacing what was necessary. I felt he did everything he could to make this an easy and thorough process. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing service. Thank you Luca!

    AMAZING!I must have called 5 places that werenā€™t able to really give me a straight up answer (understandably). When I called A+ Services (DBA Mr Plumber & Scottsdale Home Service Plumbing) Jordyn lasted all of 5 minutes with me on the phone pulled a Hail Mary and had Austin at my place within a few hours (after 1pm and being a last minute fit in).Austin from A+ Services (DBA Mr Plumber & Scottsdale Home Service Plumbing) came in took a glance at the issue and said ok. Got his tools and within what I believe was 1.5hrs job was done and he was gone. Knowledge, no BS, professional and focused. This was a great experience all around. Shout out to Austin and Jordyn (inside joke: even though my brothers ego was bruised because heā€™s not a professional jajaja)For those more interested in what Austin fixed it was an outdated cartridge that failed. My brother looked for it on Amazon and at least 8 stores driving around trying to find it with NO LUCK! Inexpensive! Will definitely be calling them back if needed in the future. I recommend them based off this experience alone. Canā€™t THANK YOU guys enough Austin and Jordyn!

I turned off the water to the house. and began making phone calls.Them: the first two plumbers didnt impress me.plumbers 3 an 4 were acceptable, but 4 was I felt unduly overpriced and tried to oversell me everything I didnt need. ok, onto calling numbers 5 and 6.A Plus Plumbing: number 5 was A Plus Plumbing and Steve the owner answered the phone. I related what had occurred and what I needed, he listened and knew exactly the plan of attack for repair including dealing with insurance....I never contacted plumber 6, as I had full confidence in A Plus and knew by Steves dialogue I was in trusted honest hands...No... were not done here yet...Korey: the plumber came out the same day telling me in detail the reroute remedy and exactly in detail what he was going to do...something plumbers 3 and 4 didnt.when Korey came out the day of the work, I was prompted by a text youre in luck, Korey is enroute to your address and he should arrive by 7:30 am, and he did.You still with me reading this???Korey was phenomenal in every way as was A plus Plumbing...if youre considering hiring another company to fix your plumbing problem... I feel sorry for you... you made a poor choice... it should have been A Plus Plumbing with Korey on the end of the wrench...110% satisfied... you probably wont find a company... any kind of company like this one.>TED (homeowner)

    An all-around good experience. Luca replaced a toilet ring, installed a recirculation pump, replaced the drain valve and the copper drain line on the water heater, and repaired the valve in the bathtub. He was on time and very polite. Answered all of my questions and concerns. If and when we have any other plumbing needs, we will be calling A+ again.

    Iā€™ve been looking for a reliable plumbing company to change out our 20-year-old shower body spray nozzles without claiming to have to demo the whole shower or being fearful they might bust a pipe. From the initial call with Steve to the work performed by Korey, the response was prompt, the communication was clear, and the change out was completed. We do have 1 tile that needs repair. But thatā€™s just one that had to be removed to get the job done. And, they referred me to a tile guy that they personally use and are particular about that.     I have nothing but excellent things to say about A Plus Plumbing regarding their staff/employees, its great customer service and their excellent quality of work. This is my third posting for providing feedback on their service! A few weeks ago, one of my clients had a leak/sewer backup at one of their rental properties. I called A plus plumbing with a high sense of urgency given the size of the leak/backup and the amount of water coming from it. The owner of the company personally took my phone call. The owner had one of his best plumbers (Luka) come out and to help respond to the issue within less than 20mins! (How is that for customer service!!!). They were able to get the water up very quickly and avoid a lot of water damage to the property as a result. The following day, Jordan (who is very awesome by the way), scheduled Luka to come back out to T/S the cause of the leak/back-up in the property. The issue was found to be roots from a bush that had breached the sewer line in the front yard. A plus plumbing promptly took care of replacing the breached sections of the line and the issue has not returned. I cannot say enough good things about A Plus Plumbing, Steve, Jordan, & Luka. It would highly recommend this company to service your plumbing needs!

    An outside pipe had developed a small leak that required the waterline to be rerouted through the attic. Allen and Austin showed up on time and got right to work. There was some additional rework inside that was necessary, but even with that the project only took a couple hours. Things were put back leaving minimal repair work for fixing the drywall. A little tape, spackling, and paint and good as new. Would recommend these guys and if we ever need plumbing help again, this will be our first call.

    We called on a Saturday with what we thought was a major emergency as we heard water rushing through our laundry room wall (no water on in the home). I was of course in a pa ice as we were 3 days after finishing a MAJOR 2 month renovation on our home. I was panicked but Steve was very claiming and compassionate to my being overwhelmed. He was able to squeeze us in same day and arrived at our home within 2.5 hours. He was honest, informative, and the service fee was fair for the exceptional service we received.
