I called Northern Oak to install a gas line to a water heater and the level of service was excellent. Thomas answered all of my questions, including plumbing ones not dealing with the gas line, and never felt in a rush or inconvenienced about sharing his knowledge about plumbing. The install was great and the price was fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for my next project.

Tom did a great job in taking care of our flooded basement in very short order, and I appreciate him re-arranging his schedule to get us out of a jam. He returned later that week to replace our 33 year old (!) water heater with a new one at a fair price. His communication was excellent, and left everything neat and clean once complete. Would certainly hire again.

Tom came in less than 2 hours when we had a severe laundry valve failure that necessitated turning off water to the house and fixed it the same day. He returned at our request a week later to install a new water heater, replace a kitchen sink and two faucets. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. We were pleased with the results of all the jobs. The sink replacement required extra, unexpected work but he stuck to his original quote. He guarantees his work for 1 year. We highly recommend Tom when you need a plumber.

This was my first time using Northern Oak Plumbing, and I am very pleased with the support we received. We were having issues with our water softener not working, and Tom was able to come out within a day and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Tom was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He even provided several different options to fix based on how much we had to spend. Great first-time experience, and I absolutely plan to use Tom for any future plumbing needs

Tom was punctual and professional. He came in and replaced my water heater in a couple of hours. Everything was neat and clean after he was done; even the small details like putting down drop cloths and wearing booties to keep the floors clean. He is very experienced and very knowledgeable of his job and can give you advice too for those who are new home owners like me. I had him installed new gas line, water heater, water pressure tank and pump switch. Tom is the guy who’ll get it done for you at a fair price and not over charge you like the bigger company. We were extremely happy with NorthernOak Plumbing. We had Tom come out to fix our water heater after we drained it and then had no hot water. He was able to fix it right away. He also took the time to replace our anode rod that we had previously ordered and had planned to do ourselves. While here he noticed that our water softener was in need of replacement. He explained what the benefits of replacing it would be without any pressure to replace it. We found him to be very knowledgeable, no pressure, honest and very reasonable. What a blessing to have had the opportunity to work with Northern Oak Plumbing. My Plumbing issues were in need of servicing for a while and luckily Tom followed back up with me to see if they had been resolved, and of course they had not been. Tom was able to help me the same day with my kitchen faucet only producing a trickle of hot water (this was completely driving me crazy!), a week before Christmas!! Wow! While Tom was here I also expressed other concerns that needed attention and well... one week later he came back to install a new water softener; fix an issue under my kitchen sink and replace the hardware to my utility sink. Tom also took the time to look over other safety things and informed me about cost, savings and safety.I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Northern Oak Plumbing. Tom provided a thorough evaluation of our home, which was completely optional, and he then gave our family choices of projects--spanning prices from a few hundred bucks to a few thousand. We decided to do the work in phases, which he had described in detail, so we knew what we were getting into.He didn’t mind which direction we went; he just wanted us to do what’s best for our family. He worked with our schedule to get everything wrapped up.Tom is the owner and the craftsman doing the work, so he has a lot of skin in the game which we liked. It’s a rare opportunity when you get to work with the owner which is another reason we chose Tom, and its the reason we’ll keep using Tom with the next phases of our home.
