If you want a reliable, honest, expert plumbing service, I highly recommed Jackson Plumbing and Heating. I called them on the recommendation of my neighbor for what initially appeared to be a simple water leak that turned out to be a major problem caused by the city. While it was challenging to work out, Jackson stuck with it, and worked with the city to get it resolved. Throughout the ordeal, Josh, Harry, Travis and Dennis were courteous, professional and determined, despite their frustration trying to figure out what was causing the problem. I cant say enough about these guys... theyre amazing! Im deeply grateful to them!

Travis and Sam did a professional job in discovering the source of our leak and then repairing a shower drain for my parents. Travis put a great deal of effort into making sure everything was done well. Everyone at Jackson is super friendly and pleasant, starting with Rachel who answers the phone and takes care of all the office details. I highly recommend this company.

I called Jackson plumbing on Monday Morning needing them as soon as possible to come out and look at our plumbing. Had already had someone in Beaver look at at at it and was desperate with family in town. We could not use the washer, one bathroom, or the bathtub. They were so kind beginning with the receptionist at Jackson plumbing . They had somebody out here within two hours. They let me know when they were on their way. Sam came out and did an awesome job. He did not give up on a difficult situation. He even was able with help to get the snake up on top of our roof to snake out the vent drain which was apparently the problem. What I like best about Sam was that he was persistent, kind and very willing to go above and beyond and what a blessing he was to us In this matter. Thank you Sam and thank you Jackson plumbing.

Jackson Plumbing has been great. We had some work done in a new office space and they were able to get us worked in on there busy schedule for the next day. Dennis one of the master plumbers went above and beyond service when we had him do a few more things then he was scheduled for. There work is excellent.

I have ran these guys through the ringer. They have replaced the washer hot and cold valves, put in a bathroom vanity that needed the plumbing moved around, theyve installed a dishwasher, removed and capped water softener lines, installed a new kitchen faucet, installed a new toilet, and replaced a wax ring on a separate toilet. They have done an outstanding job everytime. I will always call them first for any plumbing needs I have. They are reasonably priced, do great work, and are friendly guys.

I had some problems with some plumbing at my house. I had a bad clog that was backing up my shower drain.Kiefer and Dennis were the ones that come over and they did a great job. They were super friendly and really great at keeping me informed on what they were doing.Rates were great too! Love this place, Will call again.

Dennis and kiefer did an excellent job jetting our drains they were very conscientious about keeping the areas protected and clean as they did their job. Very fast , and fair with the price they charged. We have used them in the past and their quality of work is always great! I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service! Installed a couple of tub handles that Imlay Plumbing had spent months ordering unnecessary parts and sending different plumbers with different problems on why the handles couldnt be installed.. Travis had it working in 40min on first visit. He also repaired a valuable sink that Imlay Plumbing had broken (literally cracked) and walked off the job. Travis was very competant and knowledgeable. Jackson Plumbing will definitely be our go to plumber.

I called at 1pm on Friday, I thought there was no way I could get somebody to come up and replace a water heater in one of the vacation rentals I take care of in Brian Head, UT, that same day. I thought for sure Id have to wait till Monday. I was wrong! I called and told them the type of water heater, and a very short time later Kiefer showed up and got right to work!! He was done before the sun went down that day. Amazing, thank you so much!! Very professional, quick. Ill be calling again if I ever have another plumbing issue.

Jackson Plumbing was fantastic. They were able to make an appointment and get out here quickly. They found the leak I was having, and were able to fix it right then in a very short amount of time. The plumbers were very friendly and professional and they charged me 1/5 of what Iron Mountain Plumbing quoted me. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in this area!
