What a wonderful experience, If I could give 1000 stars I would.I had been holding off fixing a leak under my sink for years afraid of the cost and what it was going to entail. Complete plumbing has changed my experience. From scheduling the appointment to getting a fair price, I couldnt ask for more.Jason showed up right on time. He was extremely professional and immediately identified the issue. Replacement of my garbage disposal was fast. Jason explained everything along the way.I am so thrilled with the service and experience!!!! I am now thinking of other projects to do next year with Complete Plumbing. I use Jeff with complete plumbing frequently for our airbnbs, and they have been so awesome. And the pricing is always reasonable.But this time they went above and beyond!Steve came out when the sewer backed up on some guests, and figured out a pipe was crushed under our house! I was so stressed cause we had back to back large party guests for weeks. But he was able to jimmy rig it to last the weekend, and then came in and cut the concrete in our pantry, fixed it and repoured the concrete in one morning! He worked around our schedule, and was so flexible and patient with us. 10/10. 10/10!

Jeff was fast to respond when our tankless hot water heater needed replacement. He scheduled a time to come by, thoroughly discussed our options, and ordered the exact model we wanted. Steve and Jason installed it, then Jeff came with the WiFi controller a few days later. I appreciate the outstanding work and the extra time spent going over the features of our new Rinnai.

Jeff is awesome. I developed a couple of problems with my water heater yesterday. Called Complete Plumbing at 4 PM and spoke to Jeff. I spoke to him about the problems and he walked me through checking a couple of things so that he would know what parts to bring. He said he would contact me this morning to arrange a time. He called and said 11 and at 11 he showed up. Less than an hour later everything was back to working as good as new and at extremely reasonable prices. Complete Plumbing is now the only plumbing company on my phone contact list. Reliable, qualified and fair priced. Can’t ask for anything more. Thank you Jeff and Complete Plumbing!

I highly recommend Complete Plumbing Services of Cedar City. Our water heater failed and started spewing water unexpectedly… We needed help and weren’t sure who to call. After scanning some online reviews, we called a plumbing company who seemed to know their stuff. They were going come by but when we texted our address, it turns out they work out of St. George. They do service Cedar City, but it was going to cost an additional $79 for traveling expense. We decided to call a local plumbing company.Still not sure who to call, we decided on Complete Plumbing Services because of their good reviews. We called and the owner Jeff answered. Jeff diagnosed the problem over the phone and even determined that our water heater was still under warranty. He told us the time he would come out (based on the availability of the part) and even gave us a quote for the work ($160). I don’t know what the other company would have charged for the work but guaranteed it would have been more than that!Jeff texted me a short time later and told me the part was available and confirmed that he would come by at the agreed upon time. He arrived on time, repaired the water heater quickly and the bill was for the exact amount he quoted over the phone! On top of that, Jeff is a nice person who genuinely cares about his customers. We are very grateful to him and his company for the awesome service he provided in our time of need. We will use Complete Plumbing Services for all our plumbing needs.

All I can say is wow these guys are great professional and priced fairly. Period. Steve was Wonderful, identifying the problem in solving it were another contractor which I won’t name couldn’t figure the problem out and just wanted to charge me more and more and more money to figure out what’s wrong. Steve came in did a couple things and figured out quite quickly. The culprit that was clogging the drain line. It was a tree root.. Thanks Steve and thank you all for getting us back and showering and flushing again you guys are the greatest. The only one I would ever recommend.

Steve was very kind and searched for specific handles i needed in order to turn my hot and cold water on finally. 5 months i didnt have a washer and dryer.Steve even brought to me on a Sunday a handful of handles which fit perfectly, he even checked to make sure and was so helpful in giving me tips on not only my water lines to washer but a few other plumbing concerns i had. Words alone cannot express how deeply grateful i am to Steve. I cried happy tears that i coups finally do laundry after so long. After horrible incidents with Lowes delivery/ installers who arent even qualified or properly trained, plus dont even carry proper tools with them, several times used wrong tools n done damage to my water outlets. They told me they dont install gas dryers and their female manager he put me on the phone with was extremely rude and also said they dont install gas dryers. These people are contracted out by Lowes. Lowes told me they Are supposed to install Gas Dryers. Unfortunately Lowes sent me the worst built poorest quality machines but were very good about return and refunds.Then i ordered much better machines from Home Depot that i am so pleased with other than the dryer is dented on top and a couple blue scuff marks. Mine were delivered from their Las Vegas warehouse by their delivery/ install guys who hooked the dryer right up. Took off my extra long brand new hoses and put their short hoses onto the washer and water outlets but refused to turn the water taps on because of damage by previous guys from Lowes. So all the time and kindness Steve with Complete Plumbing Services done for me turned horrible experiences (including a few other plumbers in the past few years being a nightmare) into such a blessing and restored my faith in their being awesome honest thoughtful people still exist in three services industry.Thank You So Very Much, SteveI highly recommend You to Everyone!

We had to replace our water heater and when we called Jeff said he would come out and look at how our house was set up. Jeff gave us options and let us know what cost would be up front. The price was reasonable and there was no cost for coming out to price the job.We called on a Monday and Steve installed the water heater on Wednesday and did the job quickly and answered questions we had. We would definitely use them again.

First, Jeff, he was fast answering the phone and scheduling an appointment for a toilet reinstall / flange issue. On the day of the appointment, he had Steve give me a call to let me know when he was arriving which came within 5 minutes of ending the call with Jeff.Steve was FAST repairing the issue and very friendly. After inspecting his work before installing the actual toilet on the new flange, I know for a fact I wont be having further issues.Cost: Very reasonable.Bonus: After the work was completed, I followed up with Jeff about a non-plumbing issue with my granite sink. He went above and beyond to make some calls to refer me a handyman that can do what I need. Top notch customer service.Ive used three companies in Cedar City and these guys have earned all of my referrals from now on.

I am so pleased with the professional service from Complete Plumbing Services. I spoke with the owner, Jeff, on the phone who was very prompt and helpful. He sent Steve to our home right away to help us with our water heater troubles. Steve was very knowledgable, honest and helpful. He fixed the immediate concern quickly and for a very reasonable fee and offered suggestions for improving our situation for the long term without any pushy sales pressure. Very friendly and efficient. Couldnt be happier. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. The other company I called in Cedar that had good reviews on google did not answer the phone during business hours and despite my leaving a detailed voicemail, never called me back. After a few days of waiting for a call, I finally called Complete Plumbing and am glad I did!

Steve at Complete Plumbing is awesome. Weve had to use him twice in the last month for a cracked pipe and a broken water heater. He came out same day each time and was very quick to respond and super quick to perform the work. He knows what hes doing, is professional, and communicates really easily and quickly. He even went home and did some research on our pipes and told us what temperature they were rated to and recommended turning down our temp to avoid future damage. Jeff came to the house within 30 minutes after I called him . The folks that were supposed to come first thing in the morning didnt show up and just kept putting me off. So I called Jeff. It didnt take me long to realize that Jeff knew what he was doing. He completely analyzed the drain system in our house and found the problem. We had a pipe burst in our house, and had the water shut off overnight. got a call from complete plumbing first thing the next morning, and we were first on his schedule. When he arrived, very friendly and straight to work. Capped the leaking pipe, and turn the water back on. Kitchen sink was frozen due to water not flowing overnight, he explained his recommended solutions, and steps to take throughout the day. We now have water back on in the house, minimal damage, and didnt get hurt too bad at the bank. I definitely recommend complete plumbing services to anybody searching for a new plumber.

Wonderful experience with this company! I cannot say enough good things about them. Jeff communicated very well from the start, and arrived in a very timely manner. There were no hidden fees, no tactics, no upsells, and he is a completely honest and ethical businessman. He is very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk with you and investigate the issues youre having, and find the best solution for you. I was originally told that my water heater was basically irreparable by another plumbing company and they quoted over $5000 for a replacement water heater (which should normally have been about $1800), but Jeff at Complete Plumbing was able to repair it in about an hour with no hassle and very reasonable pricing. He also has a great sense of humor and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend calling Complete Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues as this is now my go-to company for any plumbing issues.

When we discovered that our water heater was leaking, I called a few plumbers to get quotes. Complete Plumbing was $500 lower than the first place I called, and $200 lower than the other places. The first company I called told me there was 14 different items I would need to bring my water heater up to code. When speaking with Jeff, I mentioned to him what the other company had said and he told me that the quote he had given me would include all of that and installation and removal of the old water heater. I immediately called the other company and cancelled my appointment and booked with Complete Plumbing. They were able to get me in the next day and Steve had the whole thing done in no time at all. Very satisfied with the team and will definitely refer them to friends and family.
