    My boyfriend and I used this company for the second time and we just love the work that do! They had to install a clean out for our house (I know it was especially difficult because they had a huge cement block in the way that actually turned out to be an old septic tank on the property that we had no idea about) and they did an amazing job! A huge thanks to Little John, Big John, Sam, and their entire sewer crew for taking on such a huge job and getting our plumbing back to proper functioning order! We are grateful to have a hard working crew that got the job done and a reasonable rate (especially for all of the work they had to do) and at a reasonable price. If we ever run into plumbing issues again, we know who to call! :)

    John and Gino came out to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. The issue was bigger than expected and John had to come back out the same day with special equipment to correct our issue. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone we spoke to from Action Plumbing was respectful and did their best to get the job done. We highly recommend this plumbing company.

    Action Plumbing did all the work when our house was built 18 years ago. On the rare occasions we need some help we always call Action Plumbing! They do quality work, are always quick to respond, and are always honest and fair. Paul is awesome and has the respect of his staff. “Big John”, “Little John”, Ralph, and the rest are great! We always recommend them, whenever someone asks if we know a good plumber.

    Action Plumbing of Cedar Lake Quin & Luke came today at a minutes notice practically to replace our water heater! They were wonderful and professional and quick!     We had Jon and his associate from Action Plumbing come in today to replace our toilet. They were very friendly, knew what they were doing, quick and efficient!!     Very huge Thank you to Little John and David for helping me on very short notice! My crawl space was flooded due to a failing sump pump and needed a new switch for my water to start back up again. Praise GOD for brothers who help their neighbors.     I had Action out to my home several times. Two were for emergencies, backed up drain and leaking shut-off valve. I am pleased with the work they have done. Plumbing is expensive, but water damage is worse. They told me my price up front and would make sure that every step they took in fixing my issue was taken care of in a reasonable manner. I had Action out this week to change out the traps on my wash tub (original to the house of 54 years.) Ralph rodded out the clean out, changed the trap and fixed an outside water spigot. He went through everything with me and explained what he was going to do. He didn’t try and talk over my head about his procedures. He explained, executed and cleaned up afterwards. I am thankful for the times they have come out to my home. This is the only plumbing company I will call.They even came out to an emergency call at my parent’s home, when their ejector pump failed. Good company, honest pricing and they take the time to explain everything.

    Great job! 2 👍👍Replaced leaking valves under my vanity in the basement bathroom. Brandon was on time, friendly, clean and thorough.In 30 minutes the job was done, hed cleaned up and was gone.After paying Action Plumbing went straight into my address book!Bonus points for being a dog lover!🐕

    Action Plumbing of Cedar Lake saved my life! Brandon came in the middle of the night and fixed a leak that was causing my ceiling to sag and the paint to bloat with water. He was incredibly kind and so compassionate, he wasnt even supposed to be on call but everyone else was busy and he heard the worry in my voice and decided to come personally. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, Brandon truly made such a difference.

    This is the second time in two weeks I’ve had Action out to perform work in my home. Prior to finding Action plumbing I had multiple plumbers names and numbers in my phone. After my experience with Action, I deleted all the other plumbers contact information. Brandon was the plumber that came out on both service calls. Did a fantastic job. Installation was perfect Price was extremely fair. I would highly recommend Action to anybody who wants to feel comfortable with a trade coming into their home to perform work and the associated cost with that work. As a homeowner, it’s a huge relief to know that I found an honest and fair plumber to perform quality work in my home.

    Great company! Little John is the best. He’s very helpful, he listened to what the issue was and miraculously figured out the problem and was able to walk me through it.     I am not one to give reviews online, but I felt I need to this particular time. I was at a friends house when a tech arrived from Action Plumbing to install a new hot water heater. He introduced himself as Brandon and went straight to work. Not only did he have to get that heavy thing down a lot of narrow stairs, he did it while dealing with a 4 year olds what you doing, what is that, and why questions. Brandon was so kind and considerate, you could tell he loves his job! When he finished, he cleaned up with no trace he was ever there. Thank you Action Plumbing, and Brandon, for turning a headache in to a positive experience. You have a great employee!

    We have lived in this house for 10 years. In the last couple of years weve had some plumbing issues and called Action every time. Today they came out immediately and fixed a minor issue we had with our ejector pump. While they were here I had them replace a broken hose bib. While they were at it they created an attractive access panel. Would recommend Action Plumbing to anyone and will never call anyone else. Very professional!

    I bought a city water whole house booster pump to increase the water pressure to my home. The plumber I had used before did not want the job. I called two plumbers from Craigs List and received over-the-phone estimates. Afterwards, I remembered that a friend who worked at a local plumbing supply store liked Action Plumbing. I called and received an over-the-phone estimate about $25.00 higher than one estimate and $50.00 cheaper than the other. They came out promptly and did the install. The job was well planned out and done neatly. The workers were very friendly and advised me of what problems they could run into in an older home. I couldnt be happier with the job they did and Action Plumbing will be first on my list the next time I need plumbing work.

    In a word...outstanding. We had a pipe leaking that supplied our master shower that resulting in water leaking through the ceiling into my office. I have had Action do some work before, which I was very pleased with, so they were my first call. They answered the phone promptly and scheduled a technician. The technician arrived on time and was very nice and respectful. I walked him through the issue and the troubleshooting steps I had already completed. The leak was located and repaired promptly and the work was completed neatly. Very reasonable rate as well.
