Dan and Elias were great! Super friendly, but still direct and to the point. They said it how it was, kept me very informed on what the plan would be, and when, and stuck to their timeframe.All in all, start to finish—checking the house out, pinpointing the issues, discussing fixes, getting and installing the new toilets, and the clean up—it took around 4 hours, with some friendly chatting here and there.They even left us with some new hand-soap (convenient timing, because we had literally just run out of our old one 😂)!Thank you, guys!

We recently had a water leak just outside our office and it was initially thought to be a leak in the in foundation. When we called Iron Mountain Plumbing it was late afternoon and was very surprised that they would be able to schedule us that very afternoon. Daniel, our technician, was GREAT!! He initially thought it could be a foundation issue also but after looking over our old blueprints, he quickly realized it was just a water line break just before the foundation. He was able to make the repairs and had us up and running in no time at all. When it was time to pay the bill, we were pleasantly surprised how reasonable the after hours emergency service call was. He then went further to explain how a soft water system would help significantly. We decided that we wanted to proceed with the full softener system. John was professional, courteous, clean, and informative. He spent 8 hours replacing all the out-of-code pipes in our kitchen. He explained what the problems were and worked up the estimate that would remedy all of the problems and not break the bank. He covered his shoes each time he entered our home and cleaned up all the packaging and parts used. When he found that he did not have all the parts needed to complete the job, he went to Cedar to purchase what he needed and returned in a timely manner. He finished his work, testing and watching to ensure that there were no leaks and that we would not have any other problems. Today August 30, 2022 Matthew from Iron Mountain plumbing fixed our clogged sink. He used a camera to find the issue and it turned out to be a plug left in the pipe by the builder. He extracted the plug after a great deal of work and our sinks drain again. We tried two other companies before using these folks and both those companies failed yet charged us big$$$ I give Matthew 10 stars- excellent service and extremely kind and helpful.

The company took care of us making sure we had availability to running water while our project went on. What really stood out to me is his care towards my family. Dan was so polite but also went above and beyond with our kids. My daughter is curious about everything and Dan not only made conversation with her but showed her all of the tools and how they work and explained the process he was working in. She has clung to this piece of pipe since. She now plays pretend that she’s a plumber and the other day when he stopped by to check on something else she saw his work truck and yelled “OUR PLUMBER IS BACK!” He’s our plumber and can handle it all!
