    Robert from Vanguard is a fantastic ambassador - organized, detailed and efficient - if it was as simple as just Robert they’d be a one-stop shop. Unfortunately over the last two years I have not reached a live dispatcher 80-90% of the time. If I leave a VM I’m guaranteed to NOT receive a call back 100% of the time, making this a very iffy vendor for me in spite of Robert’s value.

    Christmas Day I had a pipe burst, luckily neighbor shut off the water. Took a while to find a plumber to come. Robert, from Vanguard plumbing, came out gave me my options, gave me a price which seemed more than fair for the scope of work. Dave came at 10:00 am as promised and when I came home from work all was completed as promised and looked like no one had ever been here. To say I’m elated and relieved would be an understatement! These guys were excellent, communicated all the way through. Also they answer their phones. I highly recommend them, highly!!!!

    Needed to replace my main water line. Called Vanguard Plumbing since they had very good reviews, which I confirmed through researching them online.     Great service! Robert stopped by as Vanguard was used as the installation service for our Flo by Moen water valve. We are recent now home owners at this location and not only did Robert provide a professional, speedy service, but he also took extra time to show us some things around our water systems that we didnt even know.     Vanguard did a great job and I would gladly hire them again. The plumber (Dave Fults) they sent out had a much better plan for repairing our failing water pressure regulator and main supply valve than anyone else I talked to. The work of replacing the new regulator and supply valve are a very clean and professional installation. They also charged about $100 less than any other bid we received. We had a very positive experience with this plumbing company.

    We had a great experience with Vanguard Plumbing. Dave, the plumber from Vanguard, arrived within the time window that was scheduled. We had set up the appointment with Vanguard because of a leak under our kitchen sink of unknown origin. Dave very quickly diagnosed the problem as a leaky delivery hose to the faucet wand. He presented the options for solving the problem and we chose to install a new faucet. Dave did an excellent job of removing the old faucet, cleaning the granite counter and installing the new one. Dave was very professional and methodical in his work. We will definitely use Vanguard for our plumbing needs in the future.

    Dave did a wonderful job on our shower . He is very professional and very kind. We had terrible corrosion which cause constant dripping of water. The pricing was fair. I’m so happy with Vanguard plumbing and drains. I have put them in my contacts list and will use them again. They are coming back to fix the bath tub drips.

    Dave installed a new water heater, installed new flex in 2 fireplaces, disconnected a sink & faucet, repaired another faucet, replaced several angle stops and added strapping to pipes in the attic.     Bill Howe did NOT know how, but Vanguard did! I called Vanguard after Bill Howes failed attempts at unclogging our kitchen drain (they made the clog worse AND charged us 45% over their quoted maximum for the job, although they reversed the charges after we disputed them). Then Dave Fults from Vanguard came in and fixed our drain. A+ for expertise and customer service. Thank you!!! Wed like you back to install a new water heater. 😀

    We could hear a small leak in the kitchen wall. I set up an appointment for the next morning on the Vanguard website. At 8am the next morning I received a confirmation call from Vanguard and then a text when the plumber was on his way. Dave Fults was right on time and professional from the get go. He wore a mask and listened patiently while I described the situation. He then described what he was going to do and took pains to cover counters and other areas before getting to work. Before he cut into the wall he walked me through the possible outcomes from best to worst, and what each would look like. He checked several times to try and localize where the leak might be before making any cuts in the drywall. When he did cut out a section it was cleanly done (making for a much easier drywall repair job for me) and the leak was almost dead center in the hole. He promptly repaired the leak and ran all tests. I appreciated that he took the time to clean any remaining flux from the welds when he was done. His professional pride was obvious to see and well deserved.Ill admit I wasnt excited to go through this, but Vanguard made it simple. Dave did the job perfectly and patiently answered all my questions. He did what he could to minimize the disruption and damage and keep the mess to a minimum. On top of all that the cost was less than I expected. Overall it was an outstanding experience and the work was well worth the money spent. We will be calling on Vanguard for our plumbing needs from now on.

    I am a new homeowner and when my kitchen sink wouldnt drain I had no clue where to start. Robert was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable from start to finish.     Vanguard Plumbing is excellent and i would highly recommend them!!! My hot water heater stopped working without warning and water kept running as my shut off valve was frozen open. We called them at 7am on a Sunday and got an immediate response from Robert who is the owner of the company. Dave Fults was on an emergency call but responded as soon as he was finished and Robert called me back to keep me updated. Dave was highly knowledgeable,professional and made me feel that he truly cares about each customer and takes the time to do the job right. You can really tell he takes pride in the job he does and the company he works for! I never felt like he was rushing to complete the job and actually it was quite the opposite as i could see him double checking his work as he made sure everything was functioning properly. They are a small company but get my HIGHEST marks for their professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and the personal touch that they provide making you feel that their customers concerns are important to them.     Ive had a persistent problem with my kitchen sinks since I moved into my house 9 months ago. Three plumbers couldnt fix the problem. I call ed Vanguard and Dave came out the next day and appears to have fixed the issue and at a better price than any of the other plumbers. Repair came with a 30-day warranty that I hope I wont need. Im definitely a long-time customer now.

    We had a gas leak in our fire pit pipe. Robert diagnosed and came back with a co-worker a couple of days later. They fixed the pipe (which had been installed by the original contractor incorrectly years ago) without damaging our newly refinished deck surrounding the fire pit.     Plumber Dave was very professional and informative from the minute he walked into my home.As there was a leak coming into my first floor kitchen, They responded right away and we’re to my home within an hour. Although the issue ended up being with my roof, he provided photos of the damage he found, Thoroughly cleaned up the mess and made sure I was fully aware of the problem so I could deal with the roofers in an informed way.I was also fully kept in the loop to the charges that were incurred each step of the way. From bid that was lowest to job being done awesome (the city inspector even had high praise for way job was done ) to final clean up that was done leaving everything clean and tidy.I would recommend Vanguard for all plumbing jobs .     We had a patio drain backup after the recent heavy rains and I called several plumbers to take a look at it. Two others couldnt come out for a week and gave me phone estimates. Vanguard came out the next morning and they checked out the clog and put a camera through the line which showed there was a major root clogging the pipe.The clog was under our concrete patio and not an easy fix. They came back two days later and spent a full day digging outside of our fence where the drain was under dirt. They found the pipe and the problem which was a huge root filling the pipe that extended under the fence. They were able to pull the root out without having to jackhammer the patio which would have made the job very expensive. They replaced the broken piping with better quality pipes and added two clean outs that can be used in future. And... they had to dig up some plants in our front garden to get to the drain pipes but they took a picture before doing so and then replanted the plants just as they were before - I call that going above and beyond.They ran their cameras again and the pipes are clear all the way through now. Their costs were definitely lower than the ones I had received on the phone from the other companies and they included a year warranty on their work.I would definitely recommend them for plumbing work - they arent one of the big companies but they did a great job and were pleasure to deal with.I like working with smaller local businesses and they are now on our list for plumbing services if needed.

    Honestly, if I could rate higher, I would. Replaced a 2 bowl undermount sink for a single with new faucet & disposal. I was very concerned about removal of the sink under a granite counter top.     Vanguard plumbing was very reasonably priced and very flexible with my ever changing schedule. They installed 3 toilets in roughly 3 hours. Their technician made sure the toilets were level due to uneven tile floors. He also answered a question regarding a noise I heard in my drain. I assumed since it wasn’t in the scope of the job, he might not want to help. He informed me it was just condensation from my a/c by listening to the sound. The technician also hauled away our old toilets and trash from the new ones. Overall a great experience at a great price.

    Robert was the perfect version of what youd like your plumber to be, professional with a personality! From the time you make an appointment, you are sent an email and a text confirming the date and time. On the scheduled date, you receive notices when he is on his way! Plus, he wore a mask & shoe coverings while inside the house.Hes done the annual maintenance for our tankless water heater for the last 3 years, he has cleaned out our dryer ductwork vents & removed old water lines no longer in use for our water slide. Very courteous and professional showed up and quickly got to work on a multi-task custom work order I had put together which consisted of removing an aluminum pocket hose fitting that chemically fused to the brass spigot outside (note: aluminum and brass fittings don’t mix!) and the other repair was fixing a corroded sink bowl basket from underneath that was so loose it wiggled and spun by hand. The repair-person even fixed two other pvc seals while repairing and I I got a fancy shiny-new matching stainless steel strainer that matched.     Robert was great and we will use him for all of our future plumbing needs! He came out promptly, diagnosed our issue ... the source of a water leak that soaked the kitchen walls and cabinets ... and gave a great recommendation for a water damage remediation company to address the damage.Robert was able to determine that the problem was caused by an over-tightened connector on the dishwasher that had been installed six months earlier by the appliance retailer (the rubber washer inside the brass supply line connector was cut by the over-tightening, thereby creating a pathway for the water to slowly drip out.Thank you, Robert.
