I appreciated the transparency offered by Michael from John Padilla Plumbing. He was frank about what needed to be done to fix leaking at the front of our property. Pricing appeared honest and fair. AMAZING! Our back to back shower and tub started flooding so I called a plumbing company who referred me out to John Padilla Plumbing and I am so happy they did. Francisco was able to come out same day, he did a ton of trouble shooting and was able to determine the problem pretty quickly. He gave us a quote and due to the clog and where it was he needed to come back the next day to do the work to make sure he had enough time. He and his field supervisor Leo came out and assessed the situation once they cut into the wall and looked at the plumbing. After talking and seeing where everything was he was able to determine we needed to install a clean out to clear the clog, a hydro flush was needed and they even did a camera inspection to check the condition of our pipes and where exactly everything was. He even cleaned up the mess from cutting into the wall and sealed the area until we replace the dry wall. Once that’s replaced he’ll be back to install a panel for easier access to the clean out for any future clogs. Our final price was even lower than the initial quote! I highly recommend Francisco with JP plumbing. He professional, kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things so you fully understand what needs to be done and why. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything but gave great recommendations for what to do in the future and even some tips and tricks for maintenance after have the work done to give our pipes a longer life. 100% satisfied with the work done and will definitely be keeping his contact for any future work! 5/5 stars, I would give 10 if I could to Juan Navarro, the awesome tech who came out to help fix a bathroom leak issue in our home! I went with this company, mainly because after I met Juan, I immediately felt he was trustworthy and knowledgeable! I had to deal with this issue while my husband was gone, and Juan assured me that he’ll get the valve stops replaced in no time and he sure did! Roberto and Brandon did an excellent job rerouting our gas lines. Our local utility company found a leak and that meant no hot water or heat in our home until it was fixed… thankfully the guys at John Padilla were on it immediately, and within a couple days we had our gas service back. The techs were very thorough and helpful, and informed me of everything that needed to happen. Now I’m much more knowledgeable on natural gas plumbing than I need to be! Definitely recommend.

We had Brandon out to replace our water heater about a month ago. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This morning I woke up to a water line leaking in between the first and second floor. This leak had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WATER HEATER. I called Brandon and he was at my house within a half hour. He repaired not one but two leaks. Once again he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend using John Padilla plumbing even though I hope I don’t have to😉👍😜🫡

Smooth process from start to finish! I made an inquiry over the weekend and had a call first thing Monday morning. David Acosta called me about 25 minutes before he arrived and I got a text from the office beforehand with his photo so I knew who would be arriving. David made good suggestions for how to proceed with our leak detection issue, starting with the most cost effective option first. He also noticed we had a very old water heater, which we knew, and offered to give us a quote on installing a new one so we would know how much it would cost when we had to replace it. They were able to quickly get us on the schedule for Monday morning and Manolo Dominguez arrived on time to help us troubleshoot. Turned out to be a tripped breaker and nothing else. However, Manolo took the time to look things over thoroughly and discuss maintenance and upgrade options for us to research and consider for future and did not charge us for the service call. I absolutely appreciated his professionalism and kind demeanor and will certainly be requesting him for any future work. Highly recommend!

We hired John Padilla Plumbing to help fix our bathroom sink and tub. Both would get repeatedly clogged, and we tried a few different DIY methods to try and fix it ourselves to no avail - it would temporarily fix the issue but within a few days or week would get clogged again, so decided it was time to call in the professionals. Brandon did a fantastic job from beginning to end - he called and gave us a heads up he was on his way, was right on time, friendly, and gave a clear, honest assessment of what the issues were. The sink ended up being more work than anticipated since the pipes were so old some parts ended up needing to be replaced, but Brandon did try his best to resolve the issue as inexpensively & effectively as possible which we appreciated. He had to leave and go pick up the specific replacement parts we needed, but overall the whole thing was fairly quick. We were happy with the service (my dog also really liked him) and our drains are finally all cleared!

I needed a faucet replaced as well as the corroded hardware under the sink. Emilio Gonzales came out quickly and worked with the water company to get everything turned off. It was not an easy job with the amount of corrosion but he handled it quickly and professionally at a fair price. I would definitely recommend having this company come give you a free estimate if you have a tricky job that is too big to handle yourself.

I appreciated the quick turnaround. Brandon Buss was friendly and had the right experience/credentials to replace my faulty outdoor spigot. He was fast and I was very satisfied with his work. My only complaint, aside for the cost of the repair, was the $120 charge he added on top of the repair cost to pickup a hose vacuum breaker/back flow preventer from Home Depot, located ~0.5 miles from my house. A hose vacuum breaker is a code requirement. I don’t feel I should have been charged for a part required to meet current code requirements.

The plumber Julio Valle was super professional and quick. Even though we decided not to use his services for the issue he was very helpful through the process. I think the biggest complaint is the inflexible pricing. We had a 98 cent issue that needed to be replaced and tightened that was going to cost us $200+ dollars just doesnt compute in my mind. I think you need to be a little more flexible with billable hours how can something that litterally takes 1 hour be comparable to something that take 5 min?

The company reacted promptly when we called about smells and a clog backing up our far bathroom. Brandon showed up within an hour to clear the clog that was found to actually came from the kitchen branch, and he went into the crawlspace to check for leaks in all our fittings, taking pictures to show where he found issues.He gave us an initial estimate of what it would cost to repair the most troublesome leak in our sewer pipe (old cracked abs pipe and a failing gasket), and informed us about what we would need to do on the ground under that leak that would have to occur before he could replace the pipe. He was thorough and considerate of our property as he was doing his job.
