    Keny, our technician, was on point. He arrived on time, took care of business, and explained everything to me. Unfortunately, the first leak detection system I ordered was faulty, so he had to come back to our house when we got the replacement. He was kind enough to squeeze the install in during his lunch break, so I could report the install to my insurance company as quickly as possible. That was very helpful and appreciated! Great customer service.

    We had a great experience with installation of a Moen water flow turnoff device. Our installer was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, which suited us. He was polite, efficient, and the whole process was completed in one visit.Update: We have since learned that our installer was from Frontdoor Pro, not Pure Pro.

    I had two companies come out for a leak in my tub/shower. First company was Plumber’s Inc who made it sound like the sky was falling and gave me an estimate over $2k+ to fix the leak. I asked Pure Pro Plumbing to come for a second opinion. Pure Pro Plumbing quickly diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and gave me an estimate of $205 including parts and labor. In my opinion, Pure Pro Plumbing is a honest company that does their best for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    They were wonderful! But most of all, they were honest! Tbe first company that came out, Plumbers Inc. lied and said my problem was due to a foreign object being stuck in the garbage disposal which wasn’t true. The diagnosis they gave got my claim denied. I asked for a second opinion and got pro plumbing and got a honest and correct diagnosis, which was covered. Use them NOT Plumbers Inc!!!!

    Tried to do a DIY faucet install on an older home to find that it was significantly harder than normal. Received an instant reply and an amazing quote compared to other companies. There was more to the job then originally expected and they finished the job and didn’t charge me extra! Would highly recommend them again for any plumbing type work.

    I worked with Jess and he was a pleasure. Really seemed like he knows all about plumbing. He kept me informed every step of the way. He came to my house to flush my water heater. It didnt work because too much sediment in the bottom. I believe the machine was from the 90s. I had to replace it and Jess was able to get a new one and get it installed in one day. Happy to have found this company. I feel well taken care of and i will work with them again.

    Nathan responded within a minute or two, literally, before I even had a chance to log off the computer. Nathan met with me and diagnosed my slab leak and provided a quote on the spot.     Pure Pro Plumbing are definitely pros! We wanted to replace and old kitchen faucet with a new model. They are reasonably priced. Responded quickly. Alan was with an apprentice and I was impressed by his mentorship/coaching.Ironically, the same evening we had an emergency in another area of the house where a turnoff valve started to leak. I called Alan and he responded quickly, fixed the leaky valve but more importantly connected us with a remediation company to assist in cleanup of the water damage and interface with our insurance company.PurePro is now our go to plumbing firm.

    We had an exceptionally good experience with Pure Pro Plumbing. We had four issues (leaking toilet, leaking sink, broken faucet and outdoor spicket issue). We have a home warranty thru ASI, and usually they send plumbers with zero to 1 star ratings...some have been so bad that we just started setting up buckets under our leaks and closing off non working bathrooms...wasnt worth calling ASI. So we were shocked when we found out they were sending THESE guys who had 5 star ratings on various sites. Jesse and another guy from the company were exceptionally polite, fixed everything ASI covered, and went above and beyond our expectations. Its SO HARD to find a good plumber these days who doesnt make you feel like youre getting gouged.We have been putting off a much needed bathroom remodel for decades, and we may be hiring these guys to do the plumbing cuz were SO impressed.     I received excellent service from Nathan Mendivil from Pure Pro Plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, can clearly explain complicated concepts and how they relate to your home, and is patient and will sit with you and talk you through everything you’re facing. This is especially hard to do since the pipes are mostly underground and so it’s not easy to visualize. He has clearly been doing this a long time, because he can identify different industry techniques and materials and if they are current with local civil codes and standards.Backstory: I live in a condo and the HOA has done a horrible job of maintaining common area sewage lines resulting in sewage flooding my entire unit and rendering it uninhabitable for months. We hired Nathan as an expert witness plumber to look into the situation which the HOA said had been remediated through work of their own plumbers, including a pipe relining by Bill Howe Plumbing (BHP). Nathan performed his own on-site inspection of my unit and the surrounding common area. He was polite and respectful when interacting with me and the property manager. He was diligent about following through to coordinate with the property manager and BHP in order to receive all of the relevant documents. This was a struggle because the property manager and BHP were reluctant to provide documentation of action taken to prevent reoccurrence of sewage flooding into my unit. He then analyzed all of the reports and compared them with notes from his own inspection and compiled a comprehensive report addressing all of my concerns which I am using in my legal case against the HOA to insure that critical preventative measures are being taken. He performed excellent work in a professional manner and displayed integrity and patience. 10/10 would recommend his services.

    This plumbing company was the best and only one I will use from this point forward! I unfortunately noticed my water heater was leaking so after making a quick Google search I decided to use this company. To my surprise they were able to get the plumber out within the hour!
