Jane and her team have been absolutely amazing to us. Before Jane and I got in contact I had a few other companies I was looking into to get my water softener system from. I felt so much pressure with the other companies and it just didn’t seem like it was the right fit for my family. Jane was amazing and she answered all my questions even after business hours. Choosing the Goodfor company has been the best decision for us. My youngest is medically fragile and this has been a game changer for her. she has not been sick since the water install. Grant will help you through the process and will answer every question you have. Alex the plumber and electricians as well very professional they did an excellent job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and are very happy with the investment. Great communication from Grant and Alex you’ll have their phone #’s in case of anything. They answer right away. We installed the water softener system that has lifetime warranty and reverse osmosis system.

Love this system. The door to door representative was extremely kind and wasn’t pushy at all. Then when the guy came to for the demonstration. He was fun and showed me how nasty the water is. If you dont believe me. Have him do the electrode test with the heat. That sold me right away. Nasty stuff. All in all the water taste great and the showers feel even better. Big thumbs up.

The wife and I had lots of water system dealers come through our house. We did not like any of their sales tactics so we did some research and really liked the puronics water system. We found out you could t purchase one from their website, only through a dealer. I had done a water test with them earlier this year but decided to hold off on purchasing. We finally sat down and they recommended the best system for my growing family and went over everything. The Puronic line up and size are superb. It is the best water conditioning /softening combo I’ve seen. They also offered a 5 year soap subscription into their package which was cool.Jeremy installed the system yesterday and the system has taken full effect in my home. I’m so glad I was connected to the Good For Co. I had been looking for the best water filter on the market for my new home and this was exactly what I wanted. It purifies my whole home so I don’t have to worry about so many harsh chemicals in my baby’s bath, plus I got the reverse osmosis system (under the sink) which get rids of all the nasty toxins in our drinking water. One surprising benefit is it has made my skin feel sooo soft and I get compliments all the time on my skin now since the whole home system removes harsh minerals and chlorine from your shower water. Just got my Goodfor C Model softener w/ Alkaline reverse osmosis sink attachment and couldn’t be happier with the product and service. Thanks to Tommy for giving me the no bs offer for a water test and from there, the rest is history. I think this company’s reputation speaks for itself. Unlike other water softener companies, you can go to the Goodfor website and find out all you need to know about their service and products and make an educated decision. I found that most other local companies shared little to no information regarding their products which to me was a red flag. Now at home, our water pressure automatically increased(I’m assuming to cleaner water pushing through and cleaning out left over material from the previous local water), the showers/tubs stay cleaner longer, the water feels better and best of all, the 9.0+ pH water taste amazing. Definitely happy choosing Goodfor for our water softener/Reverse osmosis service.

Tommy from sales was very nice, informative and easy to work with. Brandon was super helpful and really completed the sale by going out of his way to meet me on my odd schedule. The system - Puronics installation took several hours but was very clean install. We have great tasting water that is much softer than IE water is typically. The RO tank was larger than expected under the sink but that didn’t matter really just made us relocate cleaning stuff. I haven’t had any decrease in water pressure which was my main concern and as mentioned the RO Alkaline water taste great. It’s nice to be able to grab a drink out of the faucet like we did in the 80’s without fear of Flouride, Chlorine, heavy metals or other toxins. Overall great experience definitely would recommend.

I recently purchased a water treatment/conditioning system from the folks at the Goodfor company and couldn’t be any happier with the purchase. I live in Oceanside CA and I knew the water wasn’t great but was not aware of just how bad it was until I had the Goodfor team come by and test it.I waited about a year to pull the trigger on the purchase as it’s a large investment in my new home and I needed to save up. In that time I noticed my skin was constantly dry and ashy and patches of my beard were not growing in properly. Nothing else in my life had changed to cause this so my assumption was that it had to be water. I bought a softener for my shower head but nothing changed. One way or another that bad water was still getting in my body whether through skin absorption or drinking it.This past Halloween (Oct 2022) I finally got the system installed and in 2 short months I already notice a huge difference. The patches of hair on my beard are growing back and my skin is much healthier. Not to mention the water just tastes significantly better.So glad I made the investment in my health and my home. I do not regret it.Tommy the sales rep that set up the water test appointment was great and Grant with the unit sales team who came and tested the water was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy in his sales tactics. Grant and Jeve were great. I highly recommend the water system. We have had it over a year. My wife and I have allergies and I have asthma. Before the water system was installed my wife broke out in hives everyday and my asthma flared. After having the system installed she stopped breaking in hives and my asthma got much better. We also, got a faucet installed that provides alkaline water. If your water is bad or if you are unsure, definitely reach out to the team so they can do a water test. Even after the installation they have been very responsive. Definitely worth it!

Moved to a new house in Temecula. Was a bit surprised that our water quality was around 510ppm even with the default water filters for drinking installed. It tasted bad and the level felt unsafe. I scheduled service with the Goodfor Co and everything was so perfect at first it almost seemed too good to be true. During the servicing of both my whole house water system and my drinking water system I had some issues come up along the way. With a communication breakdown on the part of both myself and the Goodfor Co I because suspicious of the integrity of the company and the quality of the products they were installing into my unit as well as an issue with the repair which caused my drinking water unit to not function properly. After a lengthy dispute and a very upset customer Jane remained professional and did everything she could to make things right and prove to me that the quality of the products were supreme and that the quality of my water was perfect. I still had some suspicions so I tested my own water parameters before and after the last service to fix the minor error that was made during installation of the filters. My water parameters were exactly where they needed to be, the water looks and tastes amazing. Jane even followed up with me later in the day to be sure everything was good and that I was still happy. I have never had another company stay so determined to be sure the customer was happy in the end. This company has amazing customer service, professional, decent prices, great products and always communicating with the customer. I will definitely use them again. Jane has proven to me that they a company that truly cares about the customer not just the sale. Like most San Diegans, we know our tap water is...well...less than ideal. We didn’t know, however, just how bad it was. Grant gave us the full tutorial complete with a chemistry demo that revealed all the disturbing inhabitants of our water. Even more surprising, was that our filtered water pitcher was even worse than our tap water! Now, we have whole-house perfectly pure and luxuriously soft water—we even have a special tap next to the kitchen sink for filtered alkaline water. The unit was way more affordable than we thought to actually own—not rent—our system for life. Overall, working with Grant and everyone at the Goodfor Company was ridiculously easy, pleasant, and professional.

Alex came to our house and did a series of water tests and showed us what was lurking in our home water. We simply had no idea our local tap water was this contaminated(91913). I originally bought an Apollotek System when I first moved to the Escaya neighborhood in Chula Vista. I was promised a condition & softener, purified drinking water and and 8 years of soaps. I was told the system would take out all of the contaminants and impurities out of the water, including softening it.This was about a year and a half ago. Recently, Alex from The GoodFor Co came to my house offering to test my water, I obliged. After testing my water, the tests proved that the Apollotek system was NOT taking out chlorine, heavy metals, cancer causing agents, or any other contaminants like they said they would. Also, they said they would come and service the machine once a year, so they more than 6 months late with no calls. I have tried reaching them multiple times with no luck, also later I found out that their Office is located in Irvine. I am guessing it was worth it for them to sell me a machine, but not worth it to come and service it when it was time. I also only received the first order of the soaps, but never got a second. Also their warranty states that if the machine is ever unplugged from power, the warranty is void? To me this is ridiculous. Alex from The GoodFor Co recommended the Puronics Conditioner(since I already had a softener) to complement what I already had. He also made I sure I received the soaps from The GoodFor Co. Within a week of getting the system installed. I wish I had done the whole system with The GoodFor Co.(Alex) (Puronics Manufacturer) from the start so I wouldn’t have to pay twice for the same thing.i would recommend Alex & The GoodFor Co. They have a great product, with a good warranty, provide amazing customer service and are local. I am one of their many happy Escaya customers.

Four months ago, I purchased a Puronics Micromax 7000 from Goodfor SD. I live in San Francisco, so they shipped the product to me and were super helpful with getting it installed remotely. They walked me through what to look for when finding a local plumber and gave me an estimate for what the labor should cost. Once the plumber was at my place installing the system, I took a photo of his work and sent it to Goodfor. They critiqued a mistake that he had made, and I was able to ask the plumber to make the needed changes on the spot. They were so helpful at every step of the way and made everything so easy, even remotely! I love having my RO system now and am so happy that I went through Goodfor.

I couldnt believe my family and I have been using this water in this state. Disgusting is the only way to describe it. Grant explained to me that the water coming in to the house is the problem because of the pipes that are used to get it here.. Food for thought. Grant was our salesperson and I couldn’t speak more highly of his knowledge of the Puronics product and the science behind it. My husband did thorough research beforehand, and Grant knew the answers to all our questions. After his presentation we knew we had to do it. The install happened the following week. The installers were courteous, professional, and did a super clean install. They also put a spigot inside the garage that provides the soft water so we can wash our cars and get a spot free rinse. We had the brine tank installed in an existing floor cupboard unit in the garage, since space was limited where the water comes into the house. Grant followed up after our install to make sure all went well. We love the Puronics system. I use less laundry soap, I barely use body lotion anymore, and my curly hair loves the soft water. We should have done this years ago! 5 stars to Grant and The Goodfor Company.

I met them at LA fitness very approachable especially Boris my water has a good taste and Boris help me a lot to get a better price I have now soft water and my skin is not dry anymore good investment and I am now sure that I am drinking clean water thank you so much the Goodfor company you guys are amazing!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.....Grant Olsen came highly recommended. He drove 2 hours to our house to do a series of test on our water. He was very knowledgeable and honest with his presentation. He was very helpful explaining how the system works. Within a week we had our system installed and ready to use.
