I’d like to thank Hunter for one of the most professional and courteous jobs I’ve ever had done. The water heater installation he did was above and beyond. He very professionally removed the old water heater that was also out of code, and installed the new replacement bringing our system up to code and safer for us and our house. Honesty and integrity are sometimes hard to come by but I would highly recommend HD Plumbers. Hunter came to our home to check on water pressure and faucet issues and it ended up being an issue with the faucet itself that couldn’t be repaired. Amazing thing is that Hunter did not charge us a dime.and was a complete professional. It’s 100% certain that should the need arise in the future. I will call them again and I will tell many friends about what a great service we received. On the flipside, we called another plumber prior to that who gave us an outrageous quote of many thousands of dollars to fix something that could not even be fixed Thank you HD Plumbers. In this age where it is hard to trust a company, you can completely trust HD plumbers.

I had poor water flow throughout my house and I asked Hunter to diagnose and fix the issues. After his diagnosis he sent me an itemized list of everything needed which involved some repairs and new fixtures. Given that I had no time I asked Hunter to select all of my fixtures himself and install them. I felt comfortable giving Hunter access to my home when I was not there and I came home to new fixtures I every room and great water flow. The piece of mind in knowing that you are getting a great service and that you can trust a person while you work is priceless. The value and professionalism that is HD Plumbers is so unique. As a side note I run two schools and use Hunters services there as well, again, because he is trustworthy, professional, and offers the best service.

While installing the water heater Hunter discovered the pressure regulating valve in the garage was malfunctioning. This would have eventually damaged all of the plumbing in the house if not replaced. I appreciate this kind of value added proactive service.

When I contacted Hunter at HD Plumbers about my dripping shower, he provided advice at no charge so I could see if replacing the valves myself would fix the drip problem. When new valves didnt fix the problem, it was clear the entire shower valve installation needed replacement. That was worrisome, since my shower is lined in marble and I wanted to avoid removing and replacing marble. Hunter told me exactly what parts he needed and I was able to order them myself at significant savings. He was able to cut away enough marble to create working space, install a new valve system, and the decorative cover plate and handle he had me order was large enough to conceal the expanded hole entirely. Perfect job! Hunter helps customers find the most economical solutions to fix their plumbing issues, is a good communicator, shows up on time and works efficiently, and prices his services reasonably. I highly recommend him.

Hunter is a pro. I work in property management and he’s been hired to assist with various plumbing assignments during the renovation phase of an apartment complex. The scope of work requires us to bring in multiple vendors for various projects. If all of them were like Hunter, my job would be a breeze. He’s very meticulous and caught small problems that saved us time and money. He takes pride in doing good work and it shows. You can depend on him and for me that’s huge! Having to babysit vendors when I have a million things going on is beyond frustrating and they don’t last. Hunter has firmly positioned himself on the companies list of preferred vendors. This is your chance to get tier 1 service and quality for a deal. He’s young and works alone so he doesn’t have all the extra weight that makes bigger companies charge more. Hunter and Tom to the rescue again!! Two weeks ago leak in garage roof from a small pinhole pipe leak in 90 degree elbow. Came over that afternoon and fixed within an hour!! Now another leak in kitchen ceiling by a vent. Came over the next day and repaired it! Had them replace water heater as it was 11 yrs old and then replaced main water pressure valve as it was original from 30 yrs ago. All done in a few hours and would recommend this business to anyone!

Hunter Douglas, owner of HDPlumbers, quickly responded to my call. My hot water heater had started leaking. Hunter and his team came out the next day, uninstalled the old one, took it to home depot, picked up the new one I had ordered, and installed the new one. They replaced all the old connections and really tested the unit to be sure it was working properly.They were honest, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect.I have already started recommending them to my neighbors.I will definitely hire them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
