Excellent service! The technician, Giovanni, showed up early morning after our water heater tank was leaking the night before. He ended up need to replace the water gate valve because it was corroded and the old water heater tank had a small leak at the seam in the bottom. I now have a brand-new, commercial-grade water heater tank (Bradford White brand), water leak was fixed, and hot water restored in our house! Fair price, great service, fast installation of the new water heater (1.5 hours), and no hidden fees. Thanks again Giovanni and MasterCraft Plumbers!

Josh did excellent work! Cleaned my toilet drain which had like three different clogs. Stupid cast iron drains. Ask about installing a p-trap. He didnt have the right tool but I had a dremel and that worked great! I highly recommend this guys!!!

This review is long overdue I had services about a month and a half ago and just wow I had a fantastic experience with MasterCraft when my water heater went out. From the moment I called Liz was incredibly reassuring and empathetic her knowledge made me feel confident that I was in good hands especially after a previous company quoted me so much more for the same service and made me uncomfortable. Giovanni the technician who came out was professional and friendly and he quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate that was approved within an hour. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he left the job site clean and tidy Overall my experience was more than pleasurable and I would definitely choose MasterCraft for any future jobs I am happy to have hot water again I would highly recommend to anyone

Josh Pellett was the main plumber that came out to help. I truly cannot say enough great things about the profressionalism, timliness, quality, and price. I called and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Super communicative with text messages sending you bios and pictures of the plumber that will visit. Josh tried really hard to clear out drain but found a root growing in our main line. Rather than waiting, started the work right away. He always presented options and gave it an extra effort whenever he could. Amazing plumber and overall company experience. Will definitely be using in the future.

We had a kitchen sink clog on a Friday and Mastercraft was able to send Jacob out within the hour. He was friendly and got right to work but unfortunately the clog was further/bigger than expected and was not able to fix it. Instead of waiting until Monday, Eric was able to come with what he needed to finish the job Friday evening. They were both great and worked fast and were very clean. Highly recommend them!

MasterCraft to the rescue once again. I woke up this Christmas Eve morning to a leak under the kitchen sink. Liz scheduled me for a same day appointment and shortly thereafter she bumped my time frame up 2 hours. kudos to her!👏I was blessed this time to receive service from Jeremy Nedrow. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a hour, even with my chatty Cathy self lol.🤣I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, get the job done right the first time and their prices are reasonable, but most importantly to me is that they are honest and FRIENDLY! Jeremy was professional, friendly, and efficient. He arrived and assessed my issue, took a look over my other major plumbing items like my main water line, water tank, water pressure, etc. all this was unrelated to call but offered peace of mind. He then brought me a quote for the repairs I called for, and as soon as I signed he got right to work. After he finished he tested everything thoroughly to ensure no leaks and everything worked as it should, and cleaned up behind himself. Even completed payment before my work call started so I didn’t have to miss any work while tending to plumbing issues. Great work at a fair price from a friendly tech. Couldn’t ask for more!

I was turning over a rental property and the tub was clogged. I called at least a 1/2 dozen plumbers and Mastercraft was the only one that could come the same day (this was a Saturday afternoon). Eddie Munoz arrived later that day, diagnosed problem, and cleared the clog - all for $79! - which I thought was a really good deal for a service call. He was efficient, clean & pleasant. I’ve passed along a recommendation to my property manager for excellent service.

We’ve had Jeremy from Mastercraft Plumbing before and were very pleased with his work and customer service. Last week we had a new refrigerator delivered & learned we needed a new shut off valve before it could be hooked up. I immediately called Mastercraft & explained this work had to be done ASAP because our water was shut off and all of our food from the old refrigerator/freezer had been emptied out! I asked if Jeremy was available & they told me he could be here in 2 hours. Jeremy was on time and did an excellent job! He had to cut a small square in the drywall & was very careful to keep the removed pieces so we could easily re-patch the wall! Thank you Mastercraft & Jeremy you are awesome!

I had a great experience with MasterCraft Plumbers and I’d definitely use them again.My kitchen sink wasn’t draining. I know how to clean the trap and even tried cleaning the clean out outside and it didn’t help. So I reached out to MasterCraft.I sent a request at 1am Sunday night and heard back from James at 6:40am. I provided my number and he called me and discussed the details. We decided it wasn’t worth fixing on a Sunday due to the increase in rate, and scheduled them to come Monday at noon.Fast forward to today, Monday, and they called and let me know they could come earlier; Joseph arrived at 10:55. He ran a powered snake through the line and it helped but didn’t solve the problem. He got on the phone pretty quickly to try and see if there was availability for another crew to come and do the jet process and scope it. And they would roll the cost of the service visit/scoping into it all (so I didn’t have to pay extra).Luckily a crew was available so we schedule them to come later today, around 4pm. Joseph left and I got a call a short while later saying the crew could come earlier! So they showed up at 2:37 - and walked me through everything. I watched as they worked and explained things to me.Turns out we should not be putting egg shells into our sink disposal- because that’s what clogged my kitchen line. (See photo)After a long process of pushing the shells deeper into the main drain, everything looked clear so they packed up and headed out. Francisco, Silouan and Manuel were the techs who helped here.The entire time they were very communicative and I even got text messages when techs were on their way.

Ive used many plumbers over the years (unfortunately, many issues). I looked at reviews for MasterCraft Plumbers who I havent used before. They showed up within the range of time they quoted. Without cutting through walks, there was no definitive determination of the source of a possible leak. The Plumber suggested a less invasive approach which he thought may be the issue, before going the more invasive route. I appreciated that. He seemed knowledgeable, very nice, and fair. We will observe for the next few days to determine whether his work fixed the issue or will bring him back. Happy and would recommend MasterCraft.

These guys are hands-down the best plumbers in North SD County. We have used them four or five times now for various fixes. Excellent communication, timely service, friendly service, honest prices. One time, Chandler and Wyatt even fixed our tankless HW heater error for free. They just used a pressure hose to blow out some condensation in the unit that was causing an error. Just an outstanding experience. Way better than Goettl, which overcharges for everything. We will go with Mastercraft every time.

He was professional, courteous and most important left everything as clean as it was before. Our toilet in the master bath stopped up again for the !!! time. These low-flush toilets are a total pain. We have 2 of them, this one only a few years old, a Toto. This happened at 10:30 pm. Very difficult even to find an emergency plumber who would answer the phone. Left messages with several. At 6:15 am the next morning, Joe from Mastercraft texted me. I called him back after I got up at 6:30. He came over in a couple hours, and got the toilet flowing again with his dexterity and plunger; did not need a snake. His plunger had a T-handle which seemed ingenious as it didnt require much force. He told me that my toilet MAP which measures the force of the flush was about 250 and that a good toilet should be between 600 and 1000. He suggested that he could install 2 professional-grade toilets with an MAP value in that range. I decided on the spot to spend the money and do it. His 2 employees returned the following morning, and had them in place in 2 hours. I selected one ADA compliant, taller, and the other one, shorter, because I am short. The 2 installers switched out the new seats for my old ones that I preferred because they were sturdier . The toilets are warranted for 3 years. Also Joe is dropping off his special T-handle plunger for us today. Hopefully we wont ever need it! At this point I am very happy with Joes service in every way. He really cares about rescuing someone quickly with an emergency situation, the only plumber I could find, and I contacted quite a few, who did respond so quickly. Ii dont know about his prices. I didnt price the toilets from anyone else. I just wanted it taken care of as soon as possible, and he had them in the following day. I liked Joe also because he was the first plumber who ever told me that I could have these professional-grade toilets installed. Before Joe, I never knew that there was such a thing.

The leak happened the night before and it was towards closing time for another operations or organizations as I was calling frantically. I noticed water in my garage and the adjacent exterior porch. I was afraid that the leak was under the slab. Nic Feoli was sent out from Mastercraft within an hour. He detected the leak within the wall, exposed the leak by removing a limited amount of drywall, and replaced the leaky pipe. He was in and out within an hour and a half! I will request Nic in the future.
