I had a water heater leaked on a Sunday evening. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing of San Diego was very responsive. Gil the plumber technician was sent to follow-up was very courteous, informative and professional, in less than 1 hour he arrived in our home address. The issue was addressed immediately and appropriately. He provided thorough assessment and explanation.I also inquired with the pressure regulators and he gave his assessment and recommendations. He was very attentive to even provide the email via quote and was not pushy on getting it done.The following day I called the company decided to do the pressure regulators. Gil was on time, courtesy calls was given for his ETA which I highly appreciate and he finished the pressure regulators without any issues.He remained very professional and excellent customer service.If you have any plumbing issues and water leaks this is the company you need to call for.I was not able to have them fix my water heater due to my insurance has their assigned contractors but otherwise I very satisfied with their services.FYI this company is open 24/7 which is a life saver.

Called for a drain cleaning, they had somebody scheduled within 30 minutes, and then out to fix the issue 30 minutes later. Jason did a great job assessing what was wrong, and then getting to work fixing it. After he fixed the issue and cleaned up, he explained exactly what the issue had been, as well as what we could do in the future to stop it from happening again. Highly recommend!

To the owner - You are very welcome! I didnt have time when I submitted my 5-stars to elaborate a bit...My toilet / main backed up while I was doing laundry in the evening, flooded several rooms in my house. I contacted Rooter Hero and they had a tech out to me within an hour. Gilbert was great! Took some time to right the problem, the pipes are old and the blockage was hard to move. After working on it for two-plus hours, he stayed and helped me throw out all the soiled blankets and linen, wet-vacuumed up most of the remaining water as well, not leaving my place until nearly midnight. Very professional, offered a 90-day warranty which gives peace of mind on top of awesome service.I will definitely call RH first when future plumbing services are needed - highly recommend.

I am very impressed with the service I received. It was a horrible midnight awaking with my restroom backing up and I experiencing stomach flu. The gentleman not only did a fantastic job with my issue but showed up 1 hours before his shift and the manager was extremely accommodating by making this happen. The young man went out of his way to see if I was ok and offered me a bucket while the restroom was out of order. We called several plumbers through out the whole day that either could not come out in such short notice or didn’t have the correct equipment to fix the problem. We called Rooter Hero Plumbing and they came out immediately! Victor , our assigned plumber, was at our house within an hour of calling. Gil was FANTASTIC! At 7:45 pm on a Monday night we had a toilet on our 2nd floor that wouldnt drain, which turned into two 2nd floor toilets that that would not drain, which turned into 2 bathtubs filling with water. Then around 7:50 pm we had water dripping noticeably from the ceiling in our garage under the two bathrooms. At 8:00 pm I called Rooter Hero for emergency service and by 8:05 pm a plumber was dispatched. Gill arrive at 9:15 pm. I explained the situation and Gill listened and then started to do a series of test to determine the issue -- clogged or broken pipe. He determine it was likely a clog in the pipe and water dripping from ceiling was spill over from the water backing up at the seal of the toilet. He removed the toilet and spent a fair amount of time snaking the pipe to break through the clog. We were then able to flush all the toilets and the tubs drained. Then Gil used a camera to show me the insides of the pipes and a possible reason why the pipe may have clogged. During these 2 hours, Gil was very professional, calm, and explained what he was doing. In the end, the clogged drain was cleared, Gil put a new wax gasket on the toilet, and everything was working great! What started as a bad night of panic, ended on a positive note! Thanks Gil!

Daniel Woods is a professional. He went above and beyond after being called for a clogged kitchen drain in my 1950s house. He worked for hours to unclog my drain. Unfortunately the cast-iron pipes had corroded. So it turned into a much bigger and more expensive three-day job. No one likes a big plumbing bill. But Daniel did excellent work. He and his supervisor, Dennis, explained what was needed and why. They gave us options. They were clear about pricing.Im very happy with the careful and competent work

My master shower had a leak behind the wall. I was referred to Rooter Hero by a friend. Phillip Y. was the technician that was sent to my home (his name was not on your list of plumbers). Because of the location of my shower water pipes relative a fireplace chimney on the second floor, I feared I would have to tear my shower tile out to do the repair. Phillip did some investigating and found a small crack in the showerhead pipe that connects to the elbow joint behind the wall. He replaced the showerhead pipe and solved the problem. The repair cost me $99 instead of several thousands! Thank you Phillip and Rooter Hero!

They gave me a quote & I accepted it. As they began work, they found out that less work was required & gave me a new (lower) quote. They were friendly & highly professional. I am very pleased with their service. They are much better than any of the Big 3 plumbers in San Diego. I highly recommend them.
