I highly recommend the services of this company. I had a toilet installation as well as water heater work performed. Just yesterday I had a new water valve and fixtures installed in my master bath. Anthony did all three jobs and did an absolute amazing job! He is courteous, clean, extremely kind, knowledgeable and communicative about the work being performed. I really trusted him in my home.In addition, I had preventative maintenance work done previous to the work stated above and Bryan was my technician. He is also very polite, knowledgeable and communicated clearly the steps of each recommended job to me. I found he was quite transparent and I could trust what he was telling me. Yesterday I got a tankless water heater installed by Mauzy, formerly Sherlock.The technician, Franky, was polite and knowledgeable.It was an involved job that required him to remove the old tank, install and plumb the new machine and even get on my roof twice.He kept me apprised of his progress and when he was done, there was no mess AT ALL!He showed me how the new unit operates and advised me on how best to maintain it, with Mauzy’s help.I will always use this company going forward for all plumbing and HVAC work.I am a very satisfied customer!

I had an issue where my furnace was kicking on and then immediately shutting down. Koss Elliott came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He also checked the furnace overall to make sure it was in good shape and educated me on how to perform basic maintenance and do some troubleshooting myself in future. A technician (Jesse Hall) was able to come out very quickly. The people on the phone were friendly and helpful. Luckily he got my garbage disposal running again and it was a simple fix (no parts or replacement needed). He was friendly, honest and helpful. I would definitely call these guys again.Another company came out earlier that day to look at the garbage disposal and tried to sell me on $1200 worth of repairs! Im glad I called to get a second opinion!

He came out from Mauzy for our annual inspection and review and thoroughly checked everything, answered all our questions and had only one suggestion that would keep the pipes clean and extend the life of our hot water heater. (We’re thinking about it.) I love this program because we can feel secure that we won’t have any emergency plumbing needs, but if we do, there’s no charge for the house call. Our $10 monthly fee gives me a million dollars in peace of mind.

I called Mauzy the next morning and they fit me in with a service appointment on the same day, which was greatly appreciated. The service technician, Mark Mejia, was incredibly patient and helpful from the minute he arrived. His overall advice lead me to opt for a new unit installation pretty quickly and he was very informative in presenting the unit choices to me, which made it easy considering this is such a big purchase to do at once. We needed to get a new tankless water heater, as ours aged out. Enrique Orozco was our installation technician. We had some tricky technical problems (gas line broke) and initially were very worried about how Sherlock would resolve them, as it appeared we would be spending very much more than our quoted contract. Happily, all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. We can’t say enough about Enrique’s professionalism, work ethic and technical skills!

He explained that we have old cast iron pipes and that snaking it could potentially cause some damage so he scoped it with his camera first to see if he could find the place water was backing up. Update: I needed a plumber for a new drainage problem, so I called Mauzy Plumbing. I was not disappointed. Bryant was on time, friendly and very professional. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly. Mauzy is my go to company for plumbing issues.John A. and Jessie H. did an excellent job performing numerous plumbing upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. John also did a great job replacing and upgrading my water heater. Chad expertly installed three new toilets.All of the Sherlock/Mauzy plumbers were very professional, highly experienced and a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time and worked until the job was completely done and tested to my satisfaction. They were very friendly to talk to and answered all my questions. They wanted to make sure everything was done correctly the first time. The quality of their work was outstanding. I could not be more pleased with the results.

Eduardo was amazing!! Extremely efficient, professional, and provided me with education that was relevant to my situation. He has such a kindness/warmth about him that makes you feel immediately at ease. Additionally, I had an awesome experience with the woman on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. I’m sorry I don’t recall her name, but she was very fun and helpful. I really appreciated the appointment happening close to the start of my window, so I didn’t have to wait around forever. Overall, an excellent experience - big thanks to the team!

Tommy accessed my situation and solved it inexpensively. He didn’t try to push for another option that would have been more expensive. I’ve had companies tell me I need pipes or new water system when I don’t just so they could make more money. I will definitely use Sherlock and Tommy again.
