I never write reviews but felt like I had to because the service was amazing! First impressions matter and this was as good as it gets!AC wasnt working late last night and called around to see who could show up in the morning. I was told by different companies that they couldnt be out until between 4-6PM...and that wasnt going to work unfortunately for me or my Golden Retriever.First off, the customer service over the phone was phenomenal. Followed up this morning when they said they were going to and made a point of communicating how long the tech was going to take to be at my house.Jackson who came out to service our unit was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He was efficient and I could tell he was genuine about the situation! He had my AC back up and running in no time. I also got the maintenance program because it is such a great deal, epically with my unit and I am looking forward to working with this company moving forward!If you are thinking about using this company, DO IT!

Chris Robles came to my condo today and replaced my old hot water heater tank. He did an amazing job diagnosing the initial problem and even troubleshooting some things that were technically out of his control (my condo’s central drain line was clogged, and he got on the phone with the condo maintenance crew and even a separate AC tech to diagnose next steps). In short, he went way above and beyond the call of duty of “just” replacing my water heater tank. He actually solved the underlying problem! Thank you Chris for your initiative. I wish every plumbing and AC tech was as professional as you are.

Jesse Ramos was my service technician. I needed two toilets replace due to one was leaking and both kept running, and I also had a leaky faucet. I called to Pumbing & Cooling Nerd on Monday and they was told that they would get back in contact with me when the technician is on the way. I received an email with a picture, and the name of the technician, along with tracking.I purchase my own toilets, and on Tuesday everything was completed.I highly recommend this company. Fantastic experience. Jose was knowledgeable and made great recommendations we couldn’t be happier with (he talked us out of a more expensive option that would have actually been worse). The work was done very well and he showed up on time for everything, from the initial consult to the actual installation. He stayed late the day before thanksgiving making sure everything was working and we had hot showers after a day at the beach. There was one small issue around adjusting temp that he warned ahead of time might happen and was very responsive and got fixed immediately.Out of the four companies we called Jose was not the cheapest but price was definitely inline with others and very transparent. I probably won’t bother getting multiple quotes next time, these guys get it done.

I just had Cooling Nerds install a new Ruud 3 ton central cooling and heating met with comfort expert to go over what i was looking for Dave assessed the home i also told him i wanted to put the condenser up off the 2 inch slab he recommended putting it up on 48 inch stainless steel legs tap coned to existing slab now the top of my condenser is eye level with me and Im 6 ft tall. we met on a Friday. and he asked when i wanted thew job don I told him on following Monday and sure enough by the end of the following Monday the job was finished to perfection . I interviewed many of the other a/c companies several changed their prices 7 times in 5 minuets one came in about $3000.00 less but when i asked about the two premaintenance that Cooling Nerds included the sales guy said that would be an additional $3000.00 including the warranty and never heard of the stainless-steel legs to raise condenser up. Wow after living her for 60 years and having used some of the guys i grew up with I never had such a great experience as with the Cooling Nerds my advice is dont waste your time shopping just call Dave at the Cooling Nerds if you want the best job from honest professional company, we have here in Fort Myers now . Thanks to all the nerds. I would call them to have biannual a/c Maintenace done to if you want the best job.

I cant thank Plumbing Nerds enough. I had a stressful event with our water heater breaking and leaking. Had to turn the house water off to stop the major leak. I called Plumbing Nerds after seeing the website on the internet. Stephen Delorme, from Plumbing Nerds was to our home in about an hour. Stephen is just the person you would want to come to your house to resolve your problem. Very polite and considerate and did way more than I expected beyond installing a new water heater. Hes a five star person and Plumbing Nerds is a five star company. I highly recommend Plumbing Nerds.
