Greg and Lane were dispatched to repair a leak in the wall of my apartment. They were extremely professional and found the leak quickly. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling and wall and left my kitchen cleaner than when got they here. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

We called 5 plumbing companies in Cape Coral with cost between $575. & $1500. The city worker told us to call several as there are companies out there that gouge people. Skylar with Ibis explained the main water break was really an easy, clean fix and repaired it for only $165!! The service tech, Skylar was professional, efficient and very polite. He was a pleasure to work with. Even Dolly, the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend this company.

Had a leaking exterior valve and a low pressure situation caused by a broken stem. Sally was very good at communication and scheduling. Skylar was quick to assess the situation and had the job completed in very little time. The price was half of what I expected to pay having used a competitor, Plumbing Nerds, last time. Extremely satisfied with our service from Dolly and Jorge at Ibis Plumbing. I called them around 4pm for a toilet repair job and was stunned that they came out that day to get it done for us, which is unheard of in the industry in my experience. Not many companies would show up at 7pm to do a job, no matter how small, but thats exactly what Jorge did. And their price was very competitive compared to the handful of other quotes I got, plus they knocked a bit off the cost for me (which I didnt even ask for) because it was a smaller job than expected - thats high integrity right there. On top of it all, they were both very friendly and easy to work with. Will absolutely use them again and recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Water was leaking from my main water line outside. I discovered the leak in the late afternoon and I couldn’t shut the water off . I explained the problem to Dolly and it was fixed by 9 AM the next day. They came out to fix a BURST pipe which resulted in a COMPLETE repipe for the entire house.IBIS provided GREAT service and Dolly and Jorge guided us through the process.We HIGHLY recommmend IBIS PLUMBING!!!They deserve more than five stars. He was actually on vacation at the time, but arranged for Skyler to come out same day. He arrived and promptly found the leak, showed me what had happened, and repaired it. The price was fair also. Their customer service and expertise are outstanding, and I would recommend them highly for your plumbing needs.

Skylar called to let me know when he would arrive, arrived on time. Got to work right away, was clean and neat replacing a dead garbage disposal. And replaced a dishwasher water line that we found that needed replacing He also instructed me in care of disposal to keep it operating. What a nice professional young man. Jorge is a gem! He is honest, reliable, responsive, professional and proved to be a blessing throughout the period right after Hurricane Ian. When most other companies were price gouging, not returning calls and not showing up, Jorge called back timely, showed up as agreed, did an amazing job replacing/repairing my WHRO system and most of all was an absolute pleasure to work with! He even fixed my pool pump that my pool guy hasnt successfully repaired for the past year! Hes personable and communicates issues as he goes along. No surprise charges or inflated estimates.Honest is putting it mildly, hes reasonably priced and saved us tons of money by rebuilding my system and repaired things that he could have easily told us needed replacing!! His business card says Our customer service is all about U, he certainly lives up to his tag line!To say I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs is an understatement!
