We called this establishment with the rain storm happening on June 10th 2024. They sent us Chris who was able to handle this situation in a professional manner. It was a outdoor water hose spicket by the dock that had broken off. We had to shut off the water for the whole house, so it was somewhat of an emergency. Chris and his coworkers were friendly and courteous, they were able to install a better replacement connector and get the job done within a hour. With the rain pouring down they still completed the work with a great attitude. Thanks for helping us out with this situation. I know we had to pay a little extra for the completion, but other companies wanted to charge almost twice as much and there were some who couldnt show up till next week.

We had four faucets in our condo replaced and a new toilet seal installed. We were impressed with the pleasant disposition and professionalism of both plumbers (Erwin and Larry) who were on site. We appreciated them explaining things that needed to be done and why. They did a good job of cleaning up after their work was completed. The lady who answers the phone and schedule the appointments was courteous and professional. We would not hesitate using them in the future.

Backflow Preventor just died and water spewed everywhere…gushed out. My neighbor recommended Franzese, so I called immediately. They were out in about an hour and had the repair done with my water back on within 30 minutes.Even explained with the backflow preventor does.Rate was what I expected, so no surprises there. I highly recommend.

I had a pretty significant pipe break in the front yard on the house side of the meter box and it was pouring pretty severely. Had the city come out first to see where it was and they determined it was on the house side of the box. My contractor neighbor happened to be standing outside when I was chatting with the city water guy and I asked him if he knew anyone that was trustworthy and could get out quickly. He told me that hed been using Franzese for all his plumbing work for 30 years. They came out within maybe 30-40 minutes of getting called. The guy that showed up was Tyler and was very professional and seemed like a very nice person. He quickly gave me a quote which was very reasonable especially considering he was going to have to dig down a bit into the front lawn and there were a lot of palm tree roots in the way. The roots likely caused the rupture in the first place. Tyler quickly and efficiently went to work, made the repair which was a bit tricky due to way this thing broke. Once repaired, he tested and filled where he had to dig back up, thanked me for my business and was on his way. I will absolutely use Franzese again based on my positive experience and fair pricing. I also own a company with service technicians out on the road and I would be very pleased to have one of my employees handle themselves in the manner Tyler did. Thank you Franzese for making what could have been a nightmare into a positive experience. You have earner my future business for sure!

Ive had to use Franzese twice this month and have used them in the past. Chris came out and fixed our issue in no time!! He was extremely nice and very personable! Their prices are very reasonable. I had called another company in the area who wanted to charge me over $300 to change out a showe cartridge!! Franzese didnt charge me anywhere near that! I highly recommend them!!!

So I had a bad builder, who did not pay for my extended hm warranty like they promised, and of course now that the 1 yr mark has hit on our new home, things are happenening where I need maintenece and repair work, was worried I was going to have to pay up the nose on service calls , until the best thing in the world happened this company stood behind their work even though this was a warranty claim, we still didnt know what the cause of our hot water tank leak was, we tried everything , even calling the city, these guys at Franzese and customer service Ladies were so cool & calm everytime we called they were helpful and knowledgable, I would highly recommend Franzese Plumbing . This is not Gwen Miles , my name is Paula . I am a realtor and we had a problem with a sale due to polybutalene piping . I got numerous estimates and they came in with the least expensive and got the job torn out and completed in 2 1/2 days ! Patched all the drywall and you never knew there had been a repipe . Just had to paint ! Great job!! I am getting another estimate for another customer today from Franzese !! Thanks again!!

I had 3 other plumbers in to fix the low water pressure issue on our shower with a Grohe valve. None could solve the problem and quoted $2800 to tear out the wall and replace 2 valves. The Frazese plumber had it fixed in 20 minutes!

I was in a panic because I woke up today and my toilet would not flush and none of my drains would not drain, yikes! I called Franzese Plumbing and they sent someone out so fast that I could not believe it. The plumber who they sent out knew what the problem was without even seeing my drains or toilet. He said my main drain was clogged with tree roots and that I needed my main drain snaked. He snaked the drain and almost instantly all the drain began to swirl and drain, thanks guys!

Had a pipe leaking behind the wall between my kitchen and bathroom right before Christmas. Franzese came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak the next day.
