I can highly recommend PPR Energy Solutions. Had them install a generator transfer switch at my house and everything was done as I wanted. Quick communication, fair pricing and they showed up when promised. My setup was a little more complicated as I have solar, a mostly full panel and the wall it was being installed on is in a finished basement of my raised ranch so 1/2 underground but they were able to find a solution Im very happy with. When the job was complete the electrician went over how to connect the generator and tested everything out. The next power outage it will be so nice to just plug in one cord to the generator, flip some switches, and power up 10 circuits in my house without having to run extension cords all over the place. The Amherst building inspector passed the work with no issue and told me all the work hes seen from PPR has been meticulous.

Mike Prinzi made sure all processes were coordinated with National Grid. Mike Smith did a great job estimating the needs and clearly answering my many questions related to the main work to be done (upgrading house to 200 amps and installing an EV charging station) and a number of smaller electrical problems I needed help with. The on-site electricians led by Nick were efficient, courteous, took care to keep the work areas clean and neat, and readily addressed any questions and concerns I had.When National Grid had to change their plans, the PPR team notified me promptly and were able to adapt their schedules to National Grids time frame as well as my availability. Quality work done efficiently and with as little impact on my home and time as possible.A pleasure to work with all at PPR.

I contacted PPR regarding an estimate and they sent someone to the home I needed the work done in within a day or so. Both people who showed up were extremely professional and friendly and took the time to listen to the concerns that I had and the work that had to be done. They answered all of my questions making certain that I understood the scope of the work to be done. My personal situation with the work to be done required the work to be done expeditiously. Despite being booked solid, PPR arranged their schedules to be able to do what had to be done extremely quickly, working around other contractors in the home at the time. When repairs that had to wait were finally able to be done, PPR came to the home on a Sunday to ensure that the work was completed so that the home could go on the market on Tuesday. Their expertise showed in their workmanship with the electrical being done neatly and cleanly. I would recommend to PPR to anyone without hesitation as it truly was a pleasure doing business with such a knowledgeable professional company. KUDOS to you PPR!

Just had a charger installed in my detached garage. Had to run a 240 V 60 amp line from my basement underground to the garage. Everything from the quote phase to commissioning was top notch. I was a little worried because they were so much lower than 3 other quotes, but they did exactly what the quote said, and worked clean, professional and customer focused throughout. Couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend PPR (Pure Performance Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.) for one’s electrical needs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very timely. I was also very impressed by their great communication. They always returned my calls and answered any questions that I had about what was needed to fix my electrical problems. They called me before arriving, and contacted me when they said they were going to. They worked with my work schedule and they arrived and completed the job when they said they were going to complete it and within the estimate they gave me. They contacted the appropriate electrical inspectors for permits and everything went very smoothly.I noticed that a couple of my electrical appliances/lights were unexpectedly going off/flickering which was a cause for concern. I tried getting a hold of several electrical companies but many either did not call back, or no longer took on smaller residential jobs. PPR responded promptly and was very professional. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were able to make a temporary fix of my initial concern and then later completed a more permanent solution to the problem they discovered while assessing my electrical problem (which included updating the electrical panel). I am very pleased with PPR’s work and service and highly recommend them!

I highly recommend PPR. I had my electrical panel replaced, they were very upfront and honest about the cost and timeframe of the job. There were not hidden costs at all and was kept informed through the whole process from the electric company coming out to give the ok for the meter and attachment point to the final inspection. Top notch!!! Every wire so aligned and precise, the finished panel it a work of art!

Incredibly impressed with PPR. We spoke the same language when it came to the tech being installed and our interest in EVs. I wouldnt trust anyone else in WNY with an EV charger install. They were very thorough in explaining the scope of the work and making sure we were taken care of.
