100% recommend! Joe came out the day after I called, spent an hour going through multiple issues we were having and fixed everything. He even took the time to educate us on tips and tricks for maintenance. Ill definitely be calling again the next time something comes up.

If ever any electrical work is needed Great Lakes Electrical (Joe) is the one you should be calling. With no hesitation.He is worth your money (even if you had to wait -NO I did not have to but I would now if had to). He is 💯 reasonable and his work it top notch amazing. Not to mention just his “person” and “professional “ customer service in general. 💯 satisfied!I recommend him to all family, friends, and strangers. I know if ever needed in future for another project who I will be calling.

Finding qualified electricians seems a monumental task. So I am thrilled that my decking contractor recommended Great Lakes and Joe to re-do, repair and upgrade some outdoor lighting and outlets for both my deck and goldfish pond. Joe is Master Certified and Licensed in Amherst. And I see why! Not only was the work seriously superior, but his recommendations made a good plan even better. Highly, highly recommend him. And a huge bonus these days, his timeliness and communication skills are equal to his electrical abilities, and thats saying a lot.

The owner of Great Lakes electrical is one of the best! I’m a HVAC technician and work with electricians all the time. So I know high quality work when I see it. I’m having a new pool installation and found out my service was not enough amps. Great Lakes electric came in on time and completed on time! These guys know there stuff and go above and beyond to keep the customer happy!
