We had a great experience using Jameson for an electrical repair that was emergent as we had no power. They came out very quickly, identified the issue, and repaired it. We were worried that the electrical issue we had was a safety concern, and the electrician (Jessy) took the time to explain the issue and repair and reassure us. Jessy was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything to us, and was also able to give us a quote and recommendations for an additional project we are interested in doing. We will definitely be using Jameson for any electrical needs we have in the future, and would highly recommend them—they are prompt, do high quality work that they stand behind, and have excellent customer service!

I had a back up generator installed, wasnt cheap but a good peace of mind investment. This is one of the few times I can honestly can say I was looking forward to write a review! The crew that came out were on time, respectful of property, answered my questions and complied with some minor requests. Todays experience was great. We had an issue with the electricity in the basement suddenly not working so our sump pump would not turn on. I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Matt showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and helped resolve our issue. He also took the time to look at another electrical issue. He answered all of my questions and gave some helpful advice. He went above and beyond. The price was very reasonable. I couldnt have been happier with the service today and will definitely be using them for future jobs.

Very good job done by Jessy and Brandon. The work was completed professionally and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after job was completed. Great communication with the company via text and phone calls. Very responsive. The only issue I had was the written quote did not price out each of the 3-4 tasks but rather a total price. The tasks listed in the quote were in “electrical speak” so I could not discern if the job that was discussed during the quote visit was the same as on the written quote. I did call the company about this and was reassured that the job would be done as discussed with Jessy on site. I would use the company again.

Initial customer service was fantastic, from taking my call to setting up an appointment. We got a call before the technician arrived ad he was exactly on time. Before entering he put on boot covers, which was very much appreciated! He looked at our problem and gave me a couple options. Next thing I knew he was done and everything was cleaned up! I cannot recommended Jameson enough and will call them first when I need electrical work in the future.

We are replacing our current kitchen range and adding a microwave unit over the new range. The current range is. 220v unit, and the new range is 115V unit. We asked Jamison to install two 115 outlets. One for the new range, and one for the overhead microwave unit. Jamison responded to my weekend request for estimate in less than 24 hrs. The electrician (Jason) was able to provide an estimate and perform the work in one day. The service was outstanding, and we are very satisfied with finished work. Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of our home (he even wore shoe covers to protect our floors). He explained every detail of what he was going do, and then walked us through the finished work. He cleaned up any mess he made before he finished. I am a very satisfied customer, and would 100% recommend Jamison if you have electrical work that needs to be performed in your home.

Everyone on the team delivered exceptional customer service!The quote was explained in full detail with explanation of the work to be done in a way that was easy to understand.The crew was respectful to my home. I work remote and they gave extra consideration to be sure they did not disturb my work environment.They removed and replaced an old furnace with an efficient furnace with central A/C. In addition, they installed a wall mounted heat/cooling unit in a separate living area on the second floor. (Ductless mini split)They cleaned up and removed all debris, scraps, cartons and packaging leaving nothing behind.I was given complete instruction on use and maintenance as well as received a follow up call the very next day.The result is top notch in appearance! Nothing looks messy, from the duct work, plumbing/gas lines, electrical and hoses that were installed.The biggest value is in the comfort I am enjoying with a controlled and consistent temperature day and night.I highly recommend Jameson Electric, Heating & Air.

We have an older Briggs and Stratton whole house standby generator. It stopped abruptly last week. After calling eight “generator specialists “with not one single callback, I called Jameson Electric.Probably one of the best calls I have ever made. Right from the beginning I felt I had reached a professional company. I was spoken to with respect and courtesy.The communication level was incredible. Everything was back up by text and email.The technician who was assigned to me was a knowledgeable, and proficient young man named Hayden Ross. He managed to bring the generator back to life. (It wasn’t easy). He then backup checked all the systems to make sure the repairs were done correctly.I cannot remember being so pleased with a service company. Jameson Electric now has me as a loyal, lifelong customer.

I am extremely happy with the job Hayden performed. After approving the contract he told me it would take between 30 to 45 minutes to complete the work. It actually took less than 20 minutes and everything was finished and well done. I would recommend Jameson to anyone who is looking for reputable work to be done. Also Hayden was very personable and explained how the work would be completed and checked everything before he left.

I chose Jameson to replace my furnace, not only because the quote was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the other quotes I got, but most importantly, their customer service was outstanding. Starting with their receptionist, she was nice and helpful. The man who came to give me the quote was punctual, pleasant and informative. He spent over an hour teaching me about my options and how furnaces work. His up-front pricing really put my mind at ease. He was so nice! He took the extra effort to actually write out three separate quotes for me to choose from. The men who came to replace my furnace were also punctual and very friendly. And the process was not as noisy as I feared. I was able to work from home with very minimal interruptions. All in all, an excellent company to work with!

I had a electrical service installed. I enjoyed having the team in my house. I could totally trust them. I even ran errands while they were here. Getting a hot tub and needed power installed to the area it will be going. Also added a branch circuit to my garage. The tech and two helpers knocked out the first part of the job In about six hours. They cleaned up after their work. They will return when spa is in place to hook it up and get final inspection done. Job was expensive but just getting trades to show up to bid jobs is near impossible now days so I was just excited they could get me scheduled in under a month. I’ll update review if any issues arise.07/01 update Took almost a year to get my concrete completed. Jameson stayed in touch with me and scheduled to finish the job two days after my spa was delivered. They did have trouble fishing the power through the conduit under the concrete but both technicians stayed clam and keep trying for almost four hours until they were successful. Personally I could have not stayed that clam and would have started breaking things :) They cleaned up after the work which is more than I can say for my concrete guys who cigarette butts I’m still picking up. I will have no issues using this company as my go to electrical service!

I was told it would take two to three days to rewire my all my ceiling fixtures and install new fan boxes in four rooms. The price was a little more than expected but walked me through everything and replaced switches and a light over the kitchen sink for no extra. They were on time, cleaned up well, and was extremely courteous. Any type of electrical work I need in the future will go directly to them no questions asked. Could not recommend them more highly.

Jameson was able to set me up with an appointment at my convenience. Their follow up to alert me to time the technician would arrive was excellent and tech (Josh) arrived on time. He diagnosed the problems and went out of his way to fix everything for me- explaining as he went along and making sure I approved of everything he did. My job was a tricky one but he ws up to the task! When the work was done, he cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied with the work he had done. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We had two older GFI outlets in kitchen that needed to be replaced. Our technician, Matt, and his apprentice were polite and professional. Work done in under an hour and made sure we could run our appliances at same time on different outlets (not anything specific they did, just good information provided about how our kitchen outlets were set up that we didnt know about previously because were not electricians). A small touch that showed they were willing to go extra mile so we were confident in their work. He even pet our dog to put her at ease that there were strangers in the house!

The four men who spent the entire day at our house installing a standby system were professional, very knowledgeable, clean and friendly. My husband was there all day. My experience was EXCELLENT! Jessica called me to make sure that I was at home, and to let me know that Hayden and his assistant were on their way.When they arrived, they called to let me know that they were here. They were polite, dedicated, and neat throughout their visit. Hayden was clear as to what his immediate thoughts were, and what his approachto the situation would be. In a short time, he had narrowed down the problem to a particular part which had gone bad. I was slightly disappointed that the part wasn’t presently available, but Hayden reassured me that the part was now ordered, would arrive soon, and would be replaced as soon as it was received. He also went the extra mile and took care of a small side issue for me. I was truly impressed by all 3 of them, and am quite thankful 😊

We had a whole house standby generator installed and it was a great experience, from beginning to end.Jim came out and looked at our environment and gave me all of the various options, without trying to push a specific path. In the end, we went with a larger generator than we originally discussed, but only upon my request.The guys came out on a December day and did the whole job in one day, while also wearing covers over their boots and taking care not to disrupt the house more than necessary.I would highly recommend them and will use them for future projects.—John

I was looking to get an estimate as to why I was getting moisture and water inside of my breaker panel box in the basement. I knew that it was coming from the outside service wire and they gave me an estimate with several options on a new service entrance, meter box and an upgrade in a breaker panel box. The service from start to finish finish is excellent. Ive read the reviews and you get what you pay for. You get alot for your money. They switched out my entire service line and electric box in the basement. I got new switches, lights, smoke detectors, and hard wired co2 detectors. Thanks to Matt and Jeff I knew what they were doing all day. They kept me informed about the new equipment installed. The professionalism was spectacular. They picked up the phone on a Friday night emergency and came by too by the way! Only ones who answered me.

Technicians were all polite and efficient They even cleaned up after themselves. . The installation was performed all in one day which was appreciated. Their workmanship was very good as they were able to accommodate my particular needs.Upon completion I was given instructions on the transfer switch and generator operation and maintenance which included a complete running test of the system. All worked well. Strongly recommend reading and placing the manuals where you can find them. Nothing in them that was not explained during the test but if you are like me you probably will not remember most of it a several months later.Would recommend Jameson to anyone.Bruno Bruni

We called Jameson as a second estimate. While they came over 200 more than the first one, we went with them. My husband said Bob, who was there for the estimate, came prepared, professional and helpful. After we decided to go with them, I called for the appointment and they got us in the next week. We went from a 1950s boiler and water tank to an energy-efficient wall mounted dual system. They said it would take a day for 2 guys to come out and do the work. We had Ken and Jason. They were on time and started work right away. They were quiet, friendly and clean. After a full day of taking out the old system and putting up the new one, Ken said he would be unable to finish and wanted to come back in 2 days. He was on time the 2nd day and started right away. It took him about 3 hours longer than he originally thought but after looking at all the work they did, we have no complaints! They replaced A LOT of piping, had to drill into concrete (we have a concrete house), cleaned up the area, took both old systems, came out a 2nd day and they didnt charge us a penny over what they quoted. I am extremely satisfied with our choice in Jameson and highly recommend them to anyone.

**True and honest review. I’m a customer who values a good, detailed review. Pass it on**So far, I’ve had a great experience with Jameson for my furnace replacement. Although, time will truly determine the quality of the installation. I ended up going with a 2 stage American Standard 60k BTU furnace. The price was fair, and I found a $100 coupon online which they applied without any hassle.I had 5 quotes from local HVAC companies. Outside of Jameson, my quotes were from larger companies. Jamison wasn’t the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive.I ended up choosing them for 3 reason. First, their online reviews where good and they’re office is in walking distance from my house. So I figured I’d call them for a quote, and try to support a local small business.Secondly, it was a great customer experience from the initial constellation to the installation. Jim, the owner was very personable and seemed to be a straight shooter. He’s the one who did my initial consultation. We sat at my dining room table and went over all the pricing, equip options, and install availability. We had a great rapport by the time he left. Jameson was also the most thorough during the consultation. They were the only company that looked inside and outside at my existing AC unit. (Not sure how important that really is, as I’m not a professional). The install was today, and it went very smooth. There were two installers, I forget their names, but both were extremely personable and professional. They left the work area as clean as it was when they arrived. Instal took about 6 or so hours. Once it was complete, they took me to the basement and explained everything they did. Very thorough job, in my opinion.Lastly, they were the only company to call me back for a follow up. Like I said, I had 5 quotes, and during each visit I explained to the company that I was having more quotes done after they left. No other company called to see if I had any other questions, or wanted to schedule the instal. Jameson was quite relentless in their follow up, too. Some people may not appreciate this, but I’m in sales and understand that you have to keep your leads warm in order for them to close. This was ultimately what pushed me to make the decisions to choose them, as I was torn between them and another company, Armor.During all my research leading up to this, it’s safe to say the dependability of your new furnace is primarily dictated by the quality of the installation. Like I said in the beginning, time will truly tell, but for now, Jameson seems like a good choice if your in the market for new HVAC work. Hopefully I don’t need to call them back for any repairs in the next 10yrs. If I do I hope it’s in the first two, as they give a 2 year labor warranty.Hope this helps anyone looking for a HVAC provider.

Every portion of the work requested was thoroughly explained and Matt asked if I had any questions along the way. He fully explained what each portion of the job would entail. The new fan was installed and had it not been for the brand new white cover at the ceiling, I would never know he had been there! There wasnt a spec of dust left behind!
