Twice Ive called Big Horn Electric hoping they handle smaller residential jobs. Both times I was contacted promptly with timely and professional service. Lowell installed a ceiling fan in this very old rental and Kelly solved an ongoing kitchen light issue that was enough already (and explained the choices in resolving it). These guys were courteous and friendly but efficient at problem solving! Big Horn Electric should be everybodys first contact for any electric needs. Thanks!

Very quick scheduling for service request. We had the option of having work done within a week. Very polite, very efficient with their time, cleaned up after themselves. Affordable and community oriented. Will absolutely use them for future projects

Big Horn Electric called me back in a timely manner and set up a time convenient for me to give a bid on my project as asked. Got a bid that day, I accepted it online that evening, the next day Lisa called and set up an appointment. Electrician-Lowell came to do the job he did great work in my home, very professional and caring of your property, left a clean jobsite when he finished. Will have them back again for next project! I would highly recommend Bighorn Electric! Great people to work with!! You won’t be sorry using these folks for your projects and electrical needs. Awesome people to work with!!!!!

Id give Joe and his team at BigHorn Electric in Buffalo, WY a 10-star review if it was possible! He returned my initial call within 1 day to schedule his first site visit to my place, and then went well above and beyond my expectations to help me understand and acquire the right equipment for what I was trying to do. Lowell and Garrett did an outstanding job installing and testing my new emergency generator and support system PLUS installing a new outlet for another need, with Lowell taking the time to explain how it all works and giving me excellent advice on where best to position everything. Both Lowell and Garrett left the site so clean after they were done that it was hard to tell that they were even here, except for the new equipment present. Lissa has been invaluable for scheduling and other critical behind the scenes support, and weve already got the next trip out on the calendar to address some additional electrical issues. I just recently learned that they can assist with solar projects, as well, so Im looking forward to working with this crew into the future. This is one top-notch team and I cant recommend them highly enough! Thanks so much to all of you at BigHorn Electric for providing high-quality, trustworthy, and affordable service! Big Horn Electric did an awesome job on my dart wall. They put in lights, switches, and outlets for me. Did some exterior work for me as well.Overall, everything looks great! Lowell definitely took pride in his work. As an added bonus the price was more than fair.

On multiple occasions I’ve contacted BigHorn Electric for work on my house. It’s older and I’ve been getting updates made (switches, receptacles outlets, light fixtures etc.). Each time has been a great experience with the crew. Lowell on multiple occasions has provided options and what may be best due to code changes and cost effectiveness, but still leaving me to make the decision without feeling pressured. Each update has been carefully made without being rushed, but cared for as if they were working on their own home. I’ve appreciated that very much. For additional work in the future, I have requested quotes and within a timely manner Joe has provided them with a breakdown so I understand where the potential cost associated for the work comes from. I can’t speak highly enough about BigHorn Electric and the professionalism of every member of the team. I’ve sincerely appreciate the work to help updated my home and make it feel safe with the wiring and more up to date from the 80s/90s. I’ll definitely be contacting them again in the future for the remaining work on my home.

They work hard and clean up when they are done. I wish I could show pictures, because the work is second to none. Excellent service; highly recommended.When we had issues with our garage breaker and questions about a funky wall switch, BigHorn Electric not only solved the problem and made recommendations to remedy further issues, but Lowell also discovered shoddy original work that was incorrect and quite unsafe, which prompted an immediate fix and more recommendations.I will definitely be using BigHorn Electric again--being able to learn what the problem is (see it), talk about soultions/recommendations, and know work completed is to code in a reasonable amount of time is key to quality home repair.Thank you Lowell and BigHorn Electric for being timely, conscientious, and reliable.

Lowell was our electrician today and installed 2 new J-boxes, one for a light above a sink and another for an outlet to power a refrigerator. Plus, he changed out a number of light switches, then upgraded a standard outlet to a GFCI circuit behind a washing machine.From a former maintenance technician’s point of view, I’d say Lowell’s work was top notch and quick.

I just had to thank the folks at BigHorn Electric. I had two bathroom fans to install. The first one took me 4.5 hours and I made a huge mess. The team from BigHorn showed up and took 40 minutes to install the second one, with no mess. They were extremely professional and very thorough. Very reasonably priced, and now the wife and I are making a list of everything we need worked on to have them come back. Highly Recommend!!

These guys do great work! They are well versed in both commercial and residential codes, wont cut corners and go above and beyond on the details. i.e. every breaker is correctly labeled as well as the corresponding outlet in every part of our business. Plus the bill matches the estimate and all work was completed before it needed to be.

Joe, Kelly, and Nole were very customer friendly. The whole experience was excellent. Within minutes of calling Joe, he was at our home. Less than a week later they were there. Less than two hours later all our wiring, breakers, and outlets were all set up and running. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. Overall it was a delightful experience. We will be customers for life. Highly recommend!
