Could not have been more pleased with the Customer Service provided by New Waves representative, Jessica, when I ran into an issue today. Unfortunately my 90-year-old mother - who has dementia - was switched to another gas supplier in a cold-call solicitation. I called New Wave, explained the situation, and Jessica was beyond helpful and caring in her immediate response - something so rare and unexpected nowadays it seems. What more could you ask for from a gas supplier? Great rates and exceptional customer service. Just wanted to express my gratitude.
