Our entire experience with Mr. Electric - Williamsville was excellent. From my initial phone call with Jeanette to the completion of our project with Sean, the entire process was professional and friendly. Jeanette was very knowledgable & helpful when I called to get an appointment for a quote and went over everything we should expect when Sean arrived. We received an email to let us know Sean was on his way and he arrived early! Sean did a fabulous job installing a new bathroom exhaust fan/light and its switch as well as installing a new outlet in the same bathroom. He was very courteous and careful of our home while he was completing the work. I would highly recommend calling Mr. Electric - Williamsville if you have work you need done. They are a pleasure to do business with!

As so many other reviews have stated, Sean (the technician) was great! Very professional, cleaned up after himself, did exactly the work we needed very quickly and for much less than we anticipated for a fee! Fast service, fair pricing and excellent professionalism like you dont see very much these days!

I found this company on Home Advisor and they were quick to respond. The representative was very friendly and set up an appointment at my convenience. Sean visited my home and was very professional and informative. Sean completed my requested service quickly, and explained pricing prior to starting the service. A great experience and will look to utilize this company in the future.

Had a new breaker and some new outside outlets put in. Everyone I talked to was very responsive, and professional. Sean even came out on his day off to help restore power to an important part of my house that needed it. Left my house cleaner than when they got there as well. They came out the day after I called for an estimate and got everything done within 2 weeks of setting everything up. Im glad to have worked with them.

Sean at Mr. Electric did a superb job: he was able to diagnose the issues right away, so the repair of our breaker and doorbells was accurate and quick. It wouldnt have been possible without their dispatcher Janette. We were expecting a guest at our home in two days, and she was able to squeeze a slot for us a couple hours after we called. We appreciate your job much!

We were thrilled with the service we received from Shawn. A true professional who took the time to explain all that he was going to do, and trying to ensure that what he did was just what I needed. We need to have some other things done and will absolutely call Mr Electric and ask for Shawn. I will be telling everyone about our experience and will recommend them highly.

The two technicians were extremely professional, helpful and personable. They were careful around my property and cleaned up afterwards. They listened and worked well together. Sean and Lauren where amazing! What nice people too. Im glad I called.

The experience was excellent, fast and efficient. Sean the tech was polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. The only downside was I paid $300 for a $5 plug - but really what I paid for was same day service, so it is what it is.

2 out of the 3 light switches in our bathroom weren’t working , called today to have someone come out and take a look at it. Sean/Shawn came out right away same day , looked at it , gave a fair price and fixed it right then and there . Super friendly ! Very professional. HIGHLY recommend!

We needed two outlets installed in a dining room, and he showed up ontime and gave us a fair quote for such a small job. Had to schedule the install due to having to order a breaker (COVID shortage) - but it was only a couple days later. Did a great job, nice and clean!

I am very happy I called Mr Electric! I had water damage in my kitchen during this pandemic & could not use my electricity. They scheduled a free estimate appointment with Sean Moran & when the he saw I needed help quick, he said he could start right away. I really appreciated that he wore a mask & that he was able to get it all done quickly at a fair price. I will definitely use Mr Electric for other electrical needs I may have. I also need to mention that the office staff (Jeanette) did a great job scheduling & making sure I had a copy of the quote for the insurance company. You did a great job! Thank you so much!

We needed a ceiling fan replaced. They were prompt, courteous, sent reminders for the appointment and sent a picture of the technician and his credentials while he was on his way. The technician was fast and courteous and did a great job. I would hire them again.
