The bathetub/shower handel broke in our boys bathroom and we could not shut off the water. I called multiple local places that could not come out to help. I was getting answer like we can come on Tuesday or it would be this evening. I was tearful at this point not knowing what to do. Gallons and gallons of water just going down the drain. I then called Cross Plumbing. They came right away and fixed the issue. They have earned a loyal customer today!!! I am so grateful for them!!!

The guys came by and fixed a water spicket and bath tub in under an hour that has been giving me fits for years. Would highly recommend using CROSS PLUMBING.

I thought I had a leak under my slab. Matt came out and assessed the situation ran a couple of tests and found a continuously flowing overflow on a toilet He fixed same in under an hour and reported the water meter had stopped running continuous Great Company Great Service

Have used twice now -- both times came day I called, told me when they would arrive, and did! Very courteous, friendly, explained exactly what was wrong and how they would repair. Services are reasonable. Repairs done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Will refer them whenever I can.

LOVE these guys ! We did some major remodeling to our home and had so many water related questions. They helped increase our water pressure by replacing our old main galvanized line and added a water softener system and carbon filter for drinking water. HUGE diffrence in pressure and water quality. Very knowlageable, friendly and honest. Would highly recommend these guys.

On a Friday afternoon, my 80 year old mother had a clogged toilet and needed help quickly. It was close to 5pm. The company came out and fixed the problem. We were told that it was a problem with the drain lines and roots in the backyard, and they were able to be certain the problem was resolved with some high tech equipment before they left.More importantly, I had some questions regarding cost of the visit. I wrote a letter to the owner and he wrote back with a clear explanation of the expenses.I recommend the company -- yes, the work was done well; they came out rather quickly on a late Friday afternoon; and the owner took time to answer some questions I had.
