I cant recommend Tim the Plumbing Pro Co enough. Jared was incredibly skilled, prompt, and professional. I had previously received a quote from another firm for the repair of our drain pipe leading to our sump pump, which seemed a bit steep, prompting me to seek a second opinion. Jared was able to fit me into their busy schedule quickly, as i was concerned about potential flooding in my basement. Jared, Frederick, and Derek examined our drain pipe outside our basement door in Brooksville and were able to pinpoint the issue. Jared took the time to explain in detail what they needed to do to rectify it and they managed to finish the job on the same day. they managed to save as much of the interior tiles as possible, and made sure to leave everything spotless when they were done. As you can imagine, this filled me with worry. Nevertheless, they managed to schedule the work to be done a few days later. They arrived early in the morning and began diagnosing the issue. When things got complicated, they had to call their supervisor, jared, who joined them for the rest of the day. They were determined to resolve the issue that day and not leave us without working plumbing... and they did! They managed to fix the problem with minimal damage (only one hole had to be cut in the wall), and they didnt have to use a jackhammer! jared clearly explained what had happened, gave me suggestions for ongoing maintenance, and I felt the cost was fair for a full days work with three guys.
