Call Plumbing Unlimited first and you wont need to call anyone else! I called Shane about two outdoor leaking pipes and he stopped by a short time later to assess the issue. He was able to identify the problem immediately and returned quickly to repair the leaks/replace pipes. Shane is so knowledgeable about all plumbing issues and he works quickly and efficiently. Youll be glad you called !

Shane came out on time and precisely prepared a completely gutted bathroom to prep for total renovation. Once all new shower tile and floor tile were laid, he completely installed new shower head, shower control, toilet and sink faucet. He did an outstanding job in a very timely manner. Shane was a perfectionist and tested everything to make sure the install was completely perfect.I highly recommend Shane for any plumbing need. He is an outstanding plumber!

Shane was just at my home to install my new Moen Kitchen Faucet, and he did an amazing job! He is very professional, personable & communicates very well re. exactly what he is doing, and the Warranty Information. He even brought up my Trash Can, as well as my elderly Neighbors! I was a Claim Manager with State Farm prior to retirement, and Shane could have worked for me any day of the week!

Shane returned our call quickly and arrived ahead of time to fix our water leak under our mobile home here in High Point. He also found an additional problem which may have gone undetected for some time. Our water meter kept going after the first repair and he kept on looking for more problems. No other plumber has put so much time and effort into helping us. They may not be the cheapest, but they may just be the best!

I had problems with the water in my shower. It would get very hot and when I tried to reduce the heat, it did not cool as it had been. I called and the next day I had an appointment. Shane came and explained the problem to me. He had the part I needed on the truck and fixed the faucet!! Shane showed me the old part and explained what had happened. He was very professional and has great customer service! I will be calling again and I will refer him to my friends. Thank you!!!

We were hit by lightning last month. We called Plumbing Unlimited and Shane came to our house. The leak was underneath the carpet in one of our bedrooms and almost impossible to find. We had so much water and mold already forming in the wall and floor. He called United Water Restoration Group and alsoAce Leak Detection right away. This companies came and brought the equipment needed and in a couple of days our problem was solved. Shane fixed the leak and Restore the concrete floor. We are very grateful for his professionalism, kindness ( my husband and I are 78 years old) and in our opinion he went beyond his duties to help us. We definitely will use this plumbing company from now on.
