ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. From the time of the first phone call to job completion, it took maybe 3.5 hours? We were alerted to unusually high water usage by our utility provider and upon investigation, found a leak. I reached out to several different plumbing companies but Rapid House Plumbing had the most impressive response time and our plumber, Tracy, was simply outstanding. She pinpointed the location of the leak without any hassle. She made sure to explain the cause of the leak and resolved the issue flawlessly, making it as good as new! We were prepared to shell out at least twice the amount we ended up paying. We would definitely call them again, although hopefully, we wont have to!

Tracy and Brayden have skillfully executed numerous tasks for us including toilet replacement, new faucet and shower stem installations, outside tap replacement with an additional indoor shut-off valve, and even connected a water line to our new fridge using copper tubing. Each task was completed in a professional and timely manner, all at a very reasonable price. They come highly recommended. As an additional note, they were suggested to us by a reliable source. Furthermore, they recently set up a new dishwasher for us. The cost was quite affordable and their response time was excellent.

Reflecting on the previous review, it seems the individual had a problem with the warranty company, which I agree isnt the best. They rejected our request, but we had to replace our shower faucet and handles, so we decided to proceed with the repairs anyway. Brayden was the plumber who assisted us, and he was simply fantastic. He was extremely cordial, respectful, and efficient in his work. He even took the extra step of going to the store to fetch a matching spout for the set he installed because it turned out he needed to replace that as well, as our house is quite old, and the only one he had on hand was a brass one. Can I just express how impressed I was that he spent additional time to ensure my shower was not only working but also coordinated? I also asked him to inspect a sink that was draining slowly, and he fixed it without any extra charge since it was a minor issue. His communication was superb, always arriving about 10 mins early, and extremely friendly. I plan on exclusively using their services in the future!

These included a new gas line to the tank, new water lines to and from the tank, a replacement for a malfunctioning shut-off valve (which I was aware of), and a pan to prevent future leaks. Brayden had given me a heads up about these potential costs. I was more than happy to cover these additional expenses as they were necessary and practical for the job to be done right. However, I do believe that these costs should have been covered by the home warranty service. Brayden and his team did a fantastic job, but this experience made me realize that I might need to consider switching home warranty services.

The task was to replace all the pipes in our finished basement and rectify a root blockage in our front yard. When working indoors, they were extremely careful, mindful, and took measures to safeguard our home. They used drop cloths to shield our furniture from dust and entered and exited through the window to avoid bringing mud into the house. Brayden kept us informed at every stage of the process. Unexpected issues arose, necessitating the involvement of a subcontractor to repair a damaged water heater line. Brayden even assisted in explaining what needed to be done to the subcontractor. Despite the size of the job, they completed it within approximately 4-5 active work days. The project might have been completed sooner had an asbestos team not been required to remove some tiles. We had a serious problem with raw sewage backing up into our basement through the drain pipe. But Rapid House Plumbing came to our rescue. Brayden thoroughly cleaned out the entire drain, removing a large amount of tree and shrub roots, all in less than an hour. They meticulously washed the sewage down the drain and cleaned up the floor area where the sewage had been. Brayden and Tracy were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly very experienced; theyve undoubtedly handled similar situations countless times! Its important to mention that we had hired a different plumbing service to address this identical issue half a year ago. The service we received then was completely different. That plumber spent over 3 hours, never even opened the drain pipe, and failed to remove any tree roots. Instead, they attempted to upsell us on a return visit with a camera to locate roots. They didnt bother cleaning the floor, and they certainly didnt rectify the problem. To add insult to injury, they charged more. From now on, we will only be calling on Rapid House Plumbing! We are grateful for their exceptional, timely, kind, and competent service!

I was dealing with a significant plumbing problem, which initially seemed like a simple blockage but turned out to be a collapsed sewer line. Brayden came to our aid and exerted himself tirelessly to get us back on track. Since I had just become the owner of this property recently, they managed to carry out the required repairs while striving to keep the cost minimal. This tale started with an antiquated residence with equally old plumbing. A convoluted mix of copper and galvanized piping was installed around four decades ago when the house was split into two apartments. The plumbing was a chaotic mess, likely the result of a DIY attempt to give each floor its own water supply. There was a water heater on the second floor and one in the basement. The hot water for the upstairs kitchen sink had to navigate a complex path from the second-floor heater, down to the basement, through the mess of pipes, and then back up to the kitchen. This resulted in wasted water and time waiting for the hot water to reach the sink. The need for a more efficient system, as well as the aging water heaters, sparked the start of this project. Over the past year, I walked through the house with four different plumbers. Two of them proposed to simply replace the water heaters and leave everything else as is. Another plumber suggested moving the second-floor heater to the basement, but his high quote included a clause for additional costs for any unforeseen issues. I got the feeling he didnt really want the job. Brayden from Rapid House Plumbing, however, suggested replacing both water heaters with a Navien on-demand water heater and swapping out all the visible galvanized piping with new PEX tubing. His plan would get rid of the inefficient old water heaters and corroded galvanized pipes, and his quote was comparable to the others. The work day started early, with Brayden and Tracy promptly getting to work. Using their efficient plumbing tools, they quickly removed piles of old plumbing from the basement, replaced the water heaters, and fixed broken or stuck shut-off valves. They worked tirelessly into the evening until hot and cold water was flowing through the new pipes. They wrapped up around 8 p.m. and returned the next day to haul away the remaining old plumbing. They double-checked everything, tidied up, fixed the basement sump-pump connection, and set up the drains for the furnace and washing machine. Thanks to Braydens experience and creativity, we now have an efficient solution to our old, tangled plumbing problem. We have hot water everywhere, improved water pressure throughout the house, no visible corroded or clogged pipes, and a single high-efficiency water heater. We couldnt be happier with the results.

A full 10 STARS! I discovered a leak in my water heater last evening. Thankfully, I managed to turn off my water and started making calls to find a plumber. The quotes I was getting from other companies were sky-high just for a visit. Fortunately, a friend recommended Tracy from Rapid House Plumbing, and in no time, she was at my doorstep, assessing the problem for a very reasonable fee. She called to inform me about the issue and assured me that one of her colleagues, Brayden, would be there shortly to mend the pipe. My pipe was repaired promptly and didnt cost me a fortune! Brayden came highly recommended by a friend and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Brayden and Tracy arrived promptly to assess the issues we were facing. They spotted and pointed out a few additional problems we hadnt noticed, which could have escalated into major issues if neglected. We were extremely thankful for their keen eye and the extra time they took to identify these problems. In no time, they provided a reasonable quote to rectify everything, and we arranged for them to come out and carry out the work. Every task was completed as planned and they even tidied up afterwards. The specific tasks they undertook included fixing a leaky toilet, replacing several aged faucets, installing shut-off valves, changing an external tap, replacing an old well holding tank, fitting a new water filter, and setting up a new sump pump. To be honest, we had been procrastinating getting all these things fixed, mainly due to the daunting task of sifting through numerous plumbers and selecting one. When my basement started flooding due to a burst pipe, i reached out to a plumbing service. i was left on hold for an agonizing four minutes before i could speak to an operator. they informed me it would take around two hours for tracy to arrive. i was stressed as water was pouring out from the broken pipe. the operator didnt seem to understand the urgency of the situation. at this point, i decided to call another plumber. brayden picked up and immediately guided me on how to shut off the main water valve to stop further damage. his knowledge and understanding of my immediate concern were evident. with his guidance, i was able to identify the main water valve and shut it off, which significantly reduced my stress levels. i cannot recommend their services enough! brayden was absolutely fantastic.

Brayden and his crew were fantastic at keeping in touch, setting achievable aims, and tackling my plumbing needs in a pretty timely manner. They basically revamped and reconstructed the sewer system in my brooksville home, and installed a completely new main pipe to link with the towns main. Saying it was a large job might be selling it short. Added perk was that a predicted 3-day job window was finished in just 2 days because of the team being well-coordinated and ready. Definitely, i plan on being a loyal client and ill recommend others to rapid house plumbing.
