We have used their services multiple times, this time we had the pleasure of meeting Dylan who helped stop our leaky hose pipes and even drained my water heater for me, now I know how to do it myself next time! This is the first time I’ve ever used Billy the Sunshine Plumber’s services. My situation was not an emergency, just some toilet repairs. However, the plumber, Dylan, came out in a couple of hours & fixed the problem. Dylan was very professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. He explained what he was going to do & he even showed me the part in the toilet tank that needed to be replaced. What a great plumbing company!! They helped me out of an emergency situation (right before Thanksgiving) in record time. Patty (& Cindy) took my call even though it was late in the day, and Dan the plumber was here within the hour. He resolved the issue (the water into the toilet couldnt be turned off as the knob had broken, and the main water line into the home was broken as well!) in an hours time, & it was very affordable to boot! Ive used Billys previously for a broken water heater, & will absolutely use them again, if/when the need arises. Thank you for providing reliable and honest service!!!

I had a busted pipe pouring water under my home and Billy Sunshine Plumbing sent out a wonderful plumber named Shawn Stokes who got the situation under control, replaced the bad pvc pipes and had the water back on in about an hour. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he had done clearly and I am so grateful to him and Billy Sunshine Electric and I didnt have to sell a kidney to pay the bill as they are very reasonable! After struggling for months to find a plumbing service to even return our phone calls so we could get a broken, leaky faucet replaced, we were referred to Billys by a co-worker. Patty was very professional and courteous on the phone, and she managed to fit us into the schedule right away. Jeremy arrived exactly within the window that Patty gave us, and he very quickly replaced our faucet with no issues. He was polite, mindful, and efficient. And the pricing was very fair, too. Had a small leak in the laundry room. When I called the lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Sent a serviceman out in about 2 1/2 hours. Called to let me know his name, Charlie and when he would be arriving. Charlie looked at the problem explained what should be done so I wouldnt have any problems in the future. Was very nice and professional. Told me the work would take about an hour. It was fixed, cleaned up and wash back in place in little less than an hour. Amazing job done. Cost was very reasonable. I was very happy and if I need a plumber in the future I will definity call Billy the Sunshine plumber and see if Charlie is available.

I looked at the existing faucet connections and knew that the copper tubing connections were going to be a problem during the disconnect. We saw a Billy Sunshine service truck on our street in the morning, so called the Brooksville office to ask for the plumber to stop by and take care of our installation. Jeremy showed up and did the job! One of the existing faucet connections turned out to be a real bear (a tubing nut had been installed cross-threaded)! I woke up to a nightmare, water gushing from a pipe under my house. I ran outside to turn off the water, i couldnt get under the house so i turned it off from the hot water heater. i didnt know who to call so i asked on facebook. was recommended Billy The Sunshine Plumber, called them. said they would be out this afternoon, they called back and said they were on there way. im pretty leery of repair people because of bad experiences . When he got here he introduced himself as Dan. i could tell what kind of person he is just by the way he spoke to me. He was the nicest plumber I ever met. He made me feel at ease. i told him what i had done so far. He went out back fixed it and came back in the house within a half hour. i thought it was going to take him all day! Charley diagnosed my leak being in the cinder block wall. He chopped it out and found the leak was from the elbow of the outside spigot. After repairing the leak he cemented the wall he chopped out and also textured the wall with grout to match the house. I will use Billy The Sunsine Plumber again. Thank you again Charley.
