The Best! plumbed up a whole house water system and filtration. the whole crew was on time, kept a tidy work place and all of them were very polite. they listened to us and did all the work exactly the way we wanted. if you are really lucky, you will get Hans who really knows his stuff!

We had a slab leak in our house in Spring Hill. I called many plumbers a lot of them Just wanted to come out and take a take a look after I had leak detection report. Rich gave me a fair price over the phone to do the repair. He set up a time they guys showed up on time and did the repair same day. They also found some sand got in our pipes so they cleared them out for a reasonable price. I will use rich the plummer again and recommend you use him as well. Thank you Rich and team for taking care of our property.

We had Richs plumbing out yesterday for a last minute emergency late on a Friday Evening. We called at 2 pm and he was there before 4!! He took the time to find the 2nd lid to septic which was under my flower beds and concrete edging. since that spot has not been disturbed even when previously having septic pumped..... which means the last company only cleaned out the fluid side not solids! Well once opened we discover the solids was 💯 solid and looked as of it has NEVER been pumped in the 19 years since being installed!! I will be calling Richs plumbing for all my plumbing needs from here on out!They took the time to tell me exactly what was going on. They do not pump so I did have to call a septic pumping coming out this morning. Very pleased with the company!!

Without a doubt, this was the most impressive plumbing service weve ever had.Hans showed up within two hours of us calling (and just hoping someone could come round before the end of the week) and immediately went to work. He was extremely friendly, listened attentively to what our problem was and jumped right into finding the best solution for the problem.He offered several options for repairing the system and gave us the pros and cons of each and was upfront about all of the pricing. Once we decided which way to go, he fixed the system quickly and thoroughly function-tested everything.Hans also spent the time to show us where the original parts failed and how he improved the system. He also left us with some ideas on how to further upgrade the system down the road when we are ready to remodel.Hans was an absolute professional plumber and a great person. We cant say enough good things about him or the company. Same day service, professional repairs, friendly and a very reasonable price.Im not wishing for additional plumbing problems, but when they happen, we know who we are calling!!
