Wow, what an amazing plumbing service experience with Brooksville Rapid Commercial Plumbers LLC! In our attempt to install a new faucet, we accidentally damaged the main cold water line. Water was gushing out everywhere! Even though we managed to shut off the water, we had a tough time locating the correct fitting and materials to repair the waterline ourselves. Out of desperation, we reached out to the company. We received a response in less than 10 minutes and they tried to guide me through the necessary steps and pinpoint where we had messed up. However, we were beyond the stage of self-help. Brooksville Rapid Commercial Plumbers then arranged for a technician to visit us that very night. Considering our young child had just gone to sleep, we requested if they could come the next morning. Sure enough, before 9am, their service manager, Douglas, was at our doorstep and the pipe was mended in no time at all. Douglas and his plumbing team once again delivered incredible work and service. We rang up to schedule a new dishwasher installation and swiftly got an appointment. When an earlier slot opened up due to a cancellation, they were quick to call and ask if we wanted our job done sooner. Sure, we could have gone with a big-box store for the installation, but we wouldnt have received the same level of service or meticulous attention to detail that we get from Douglas and his crew. Not only did Douglas install the dishwasher, but he also spotted an issue with our drainage system that had been incorrectly installed. The drainage pipes in place before Douglass intervention were very loose, poorly fitted, and on the brink of causing a potential kitchen flood. Douglas identified this issue, explained it to us, and promptly rectified the drainage problem, thus saving us from a potential disaster and potentially costly floor and cabinet repairs. After the installation, Douglas ensured everything was as it was before he started the work, including returning a table I had moved out of his way. He then ran a test on the dishwasher, cleaned up all the installation debris, and even took away the old dishwasher. The service was top-notch! I am so happy with my new dishwasher! The job was assigned to douglas, who was pleasant, patient, and kind. However, the task was larger than anticipated, and they had to come back the following day. They returned with a back hoe and discovered that the pump was encased in tree roots, indicating a much more significant issue. We employed Brooksville Rapid Commercial Plumbers LLC to repipe our entire home. douglas took us on a walkthrough of the whole house, explaining the process in detail. i was a bit anxious about the holes that would be left in the walls after the repiping. But what sets this firm apart is that they also have a dedicated crew specifically for Sheetrock repair and painting. They did a wonderful job, both with the repiping and the repairs. You wouldnt even notice where they had created openings in the walls. douglas is very professional, attentive to detail, and answers questions with patience.
