    Randy gave us an honest estimate for a hot water install, carefully explaining all the details of what needed to be done to bring us up to code.Then, when he did the actual install, he did everything he had promised, and the price didnt change. He also noticed a problem with our washing machine drain, of which we were unaware (no p-trap) and offered to fix it for a reasonable price while he was already here.He was professional, respectful, and cleaned up after himself.     So far, so good. Both Derek and Brett were friendly and professional. They arrived a bit early and worked hard to fix a couple leaks I had, when no other company would even give me an estimate. I truly appreciate this company as every time minus once, they have went above and beyond. Im chalking up the one time the guy that came out didnt even look at the problem and left within minutes as a fluke, and likely doesnt work for them any longer. Anyway, H2O will now also get all of my plumbing business once again. Thanks guys!

    Nancy got me right on the schedule for first thing in the morning when I called in the evening about our problem. Brett came early, knowing we were having a drain problem, and thoroughly checked our lines. He made sure everything was functioning properly before he was finished.     Great experience with this company! The first person I talked to was Nancy. She promptly scheduled a time for me. She was extremely friendly. Today Randy and Brett arrived ahead of schedule (as earlier planned with Nancy). I was pleasantly surprised by how polite they both were. We initially called for a quote, they were very informative and patient, and we said we would call them back once we made a finalized decision. They were very professional, and they didnt bother us, like I mentioned, they were so patient enough to wait for us to get in contact back with them. We called in the later afternoon, and we were able to make an appointment with them for the very next morning. They were so responsive, and they were able to get the parts we needed in a timely manner. They showed up a few minutes early to the appointment time that we arranged, which was so great. When Brian and Brad came the next morning, they got straight to it and were able to fix our problem in great time, right before our business opened. Bryan arrived on time (in fact sooner than promised) was very professional, clean, and was able to eliminate a clog as the reason for the washing machine contents backing up into the shower in the guest bathroom.     Exterior water tap for hose was leaking. Called on a Friday afternoon, Bryan was here Monday morning. Very professional and polite. Entire tap broke off and the cement had to be removed to get to section inside the wall. Replaced broken PVC with copper. Excellent job and left site cleaned. Even supplied names of companies to repair the cement. Plan on using this company for any future plumbing issues.

    I had a leak in the kitchen. I needed someone to come that day where it was a Friday I was told by my usual plumber I may have had to wait until Monday . I Googled and found H2o and they had someone here at a good price and within . 2 hours. Johny was the plumber sent and was very friendly and professional. My husband and I were both very pleased although the faucet that was needed was quite high in the long run it would have cost a lot more for us to go get a new faucet ourselves . If needed we will definitely call them first again for any Work that needs to be done in the future and our old plumber will not have us as a customer anymore after many years of service. Thank you.     Called in the morning, and Bill had Brian come out within 2 hours. According to the technician we had some failed septic pipe. He did the repair and all is good again. More than fair price with a pleasant guy that doesnt mind working. He also found some packing leaking in the bathroom that he fixed while he was in there.     I found H2O here on Google and called them because of all of the great reviews. So often you find yourself a little let down because a company doesnt always live up to their reviews however from the first time I spoke to them my expectations were far exceeded!     Brian and Chandler came out and replaced the guts of two Moen Shower handles. They even had the replacement parts on the truck. No need to run out to get more - NICE.H2O was able to have them come out earlier than I had expected and even called ahead to ask if it was OKAY to arrive early. Heck yeah!At the end of the job, Brian noticed that the tub spout was not caulked and went ahead and did that while also caulking the back-plate of the handle, which they had to remove to get the locking bracket back into place.     Bryan came out to install my faucet. Unfortunately it was defective & the cold water was not coming out with the same pressure as the hot. He tried everything to get it to function properly.He had more patience than I would ever have.     We sent in a work request with an attached photo through their website, then followed up with a phone call. They were here in less than 24 hours and had our leak near the water meter fixed and good as new. The women we talked to on the phone was super friendly and set everything up for us.     I contacted H20 after finding them through Google and told them about my main water line leak I had at my house and told them I was without water in my house due to it. They told me they’d have someone there as soon as they could and they expected someone to be there within 30 minutes. In about 20 minutes Brian was at my door and identified the issue, explained everything to me, showed me what future problems could arise due to the style of plumbing my house has, and did extra work in precaution of anything arising while he was doing the work so it could be identified and I wouldn’t be left stranded without water again. He went straight to work and didn’t stop till he knew he had solved the problem and it would be good to go. He set it all up so I could take watch over it and check to see if any leaks arise in the future and prevent myself from having a nasty plumbing disaster.     Bill was great! We had a high water bill and Hernando County said we had a leak on our side. The water bill was several hundred dollars and I was really scared to call a plumber. This time to get an estimate on cost for rebuilding my shower, my moms toilet, and my toilet. Supervisor named Brian came and quoted us a price of several hundred dollars.Friday, November 22nd, both Brian and Johnny arrived at 11:35 AM. They were here for an hour, fixed all 3 problems, and the price was literally about 1/3 of what the original quote was for.Thank you to H2O Plumbing Solutions!     If you want good, honest service call these guys!!! We just bought our house and a few months later the sink wouldnt work. Brian worked hard for 2 hours trying to figure out why the sink was clogged. Long story short the pipe leading to the main pipe wasnt done properly. They worked with us on the price and kept their word on how much it would cost. They had everthing fixed in one day and the sink works better than when we moved in. I will only call these guys if I ever have plumbing issues again.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. My hot water heater blew at about 4 pm on a Friday and they worked a crew of four men until 10 pm getting a new water heater installed in an almost impossibly right location. This was the third time Ive used them and I will NEVER look to use anyone different.
