We had a complex electric issue where we needed very immediate service in order to determine how serious it was and how we could address it. Muhammed answered immediately and came within 30 minutes. He was extremely thorough and honest about what the issue could be and what the solution would likely entail. He didn’t push an aggressive or costly solution on us, but rather laid out our options, including how to deal with Con Edison. He worked with us and Con Ed to address the issue as quickly and safely as possible, and was very communicative throughout answering all our questions. Everything was fully fixed within 24 hours and I could not speak more highly of Muhammed’s professionalism and service.

Just had Riz Electric installed LED lighting in my house. My wife and I couldnt be happier! I appreciated how he promptly returned my call. He gave me an estimate on the job, after I spoke with my wife I called him to have him put us on his calendar. He showed up when he said he was supposed to. Muhammad and his company Riz Electric came and saved us when a lesser electrician short-circuited the entire power in our apartment (while trying to change an overhead light fixture). Muhammad came at 10pm, and put us at ease with a plan to get the power back on, and even eventually installed the light fixture in question. I strongly recommend Muhammad and his company. He is trustworthy and talented
