I called LED Electricians on Sunday morning to get an estimate on installing 2 light pendants. He answered and gave me lots of info including an estimate. He said he could even come out on the same day (Sunday). He called me on his way and showed up right on time. He was very efficient and was patient as we figured out the height of the pendants. He did a great job and paid lots of attention to details like making sure they were oriented the right way. Id definitely recommend him and would use him again.

I had an electrical issue early In my home. I reached out to this company and Randy showed up early in the morning. He dentified the issue right away, replaced the defective parts and everything was working fairly quickly. He noticed that I had disconnected the washing/dryer because of the electrical issue and it was only me and my wife home with the kids. He offered to help me re-connect the washer/dryer and even make some additional adjustments for the venting for no additional cost. Apart from being cost efficient and quick, he also was kind enough to offer an additional hand. Randy is great! I will definitely call again if needed and would recommend to a friend or family. 👌

We had a short in one of the junction boxes in our basement—not that we knew that until Randy showed up—that was tripping one of circuit breakers and taking out half the outlets on the second floor. Randy had us back up and running in less than two hours. Not only that but one of the outlets that wasnt functioning before now works!I cannot recommend this company enough! Courteous, professional—when we asked what his ETA was Randy told us less than an hour and, lo and behold, he was here in less than an hour!—and knowledgable. Theyre pros!Weve had a tough time in Brooklyn finding a good, honest electrician—the last time we had a short in a junction box, it took some other guy two days and $1400!—but now LED Electricians Tech are our guys! I couldnt be happier.

Randy was very professional and broke down what was needed and why regarding my tenants outlets burning out. The electricians that came in a couple of days prior, referred by a neighbor, told me I needed a ton of repairs in order to get the power restored and possibly HOURS of work needed😑. They were to comeback the next day after the initial inspection and never did… And for that I’m EXTREMELY grateful. Due to a scary experience with electrical shock with an outlet in my apartment bathroom by no personal fault, I sought out a licensed electrician to take a look at the outlet and repair as needed. Due to my management companys delayed and poor handling, I wanted to ensure for my own personal safety that it was safe to use and invoice them for the service. I called and explained the issue at hand with a gentleman by the name of Randy, with whom I would coordinate for the appointment. Randy subsequently would be the electrician to provide service. On the date of service, Randy was punctual and professional. Prior to entering my dwelling on a rainy day, he was prepared with a pair of disposable shoe coverings for entrance/work. This was much appreciated as shoes are not worn in my home beyond the front door regardless of weather conditions or guest. This small, yet professional and sanitary gesture was reflective of the professionalism throughout the appointment. Often, technicians do not do the same. During the appointment Randy gathered any necessary information from me and completed his work. Upon completion, Randy explained what he did, showed me and tested the outlet in my presence. Additionally, he explained possible causes for the shock, and ways to prevent while also answering any questions I had. His clear and concise explanations, along with a brief demonstration left me with a piece of mind to use the outlet once again. The digital payment option was quick and easy, with an accessible receipt and invoice to download instantly. I would highly recommend LED Electricians for electrical work.

We were having a problem with a rental property we have in Brooklyn.The bathroom light and light in stairway goes off by it’s self and comes on by self.Basically it works when it feel to.We got an estimate from another company who was working next door which I wasn’t pleased about .They told me that the neutral wire needed changing and it will cost me $1500.00.I wanted to get another estimate so I did a Google search of electrical company in Brooklyn and a couple came up .When the reviews ,the reviews on LED Electricians was impressive.So I decided to them call .I spoke to Randy on the phone and explained the problem I was having and he gave me estimate cost which was very reasonable .So we made arrangement for Randy to do the job .The day of the Appointment the lights was working but Randy took his time to thoroughly check was going and tightened every outlet and switches .Randy also informed me that my panels needed upgrade which I knew they were outdated.So I told Randy to give me a estimate to replace the panels .After Randy took care of the problem with the lights and did a fantastic job .Randy told me that he will call me with the estimate to upgrade the panels and few days later Randy called me with the estimate to upgrade the 2 panels which was within our budget .And week later Randy came and installed both panels and did excellent job .So thanks again Randy for doing a fantastic job.Devon

Randy is a top notch professional. I was having a problem with Flickering lights in my apartment for 3 weeks. After calling ConEd twice with no luck. He came and quickly diagnosed a problem that 3! Other electricians couldn’t. He explained to me in Layman’s term what the issue was and assisted me on my call to ConEd so that they can come and fix the problem and I wouldn’t have to foot the bill. He did charge for the assessment but I’m just happy that the issue will finally be resolved.
