So far from what I see, the people there were hospitable, they were courteous, I went there in the morning to pay my bill, I was in and out in no time. The place opened a few months after the pandemic mandates rescinded, so it took me some time to see when they reopened, no notion on their website, also paying online is strictly a no, just like pseg or con-ed, I simply cannot give the keys to my bank. -

Pitkin location is great. Cynthia was super helpful and pleasant. No lines and really easy to set up account and appointment. The only location in Brooklyn we could find that had in person customer service. -

I went today Sep 16th at 9 am to open an account and the lady that helped me was very nice. It took her only 10 mins to get my paperwork ready. Also, the instalation of my gas service will be tomorrow. How fast!! -
