I almost never give five stars but in this case I am convinced that the company earned them. I live in an apartment complex that requires lots of documentation before electrical work can be done. Ilya worked with me very patiently to provide the documentation I needed, sometimes communicating with me after hours. The electrician Asset sent arrived on time, was very polite, did a beautiful job and put everything back where he found it. It is rare in Life that a project goes off without a hitch but this was one of those times. Thank you!

Thank you to Ilya and his team (esp Alex). We had Asset install GFCI outlets in our backyard and an outlet on our deck. They did a professional and thorough job, and Ilya always took time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Felt the pricing was fair. This was my second time using Ilyas services. Ilya helpfully responded to multiple texts over several months while we tried to find suitable lights. His team showed up as scheduled and performed multiple light installations and several outlet repairs. They were fantastic. They kept us informed of how the work progressed, and were quiet, careful, and respectful at all times. The pricing was very fair and straightforward, with no surprises. Ilya is the freaking best. Hes fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. Hes easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.I always learn stuff when working with Ilya -- hell explain whats going on, if youre interested. He has informed opinions on what ceiling fans are reliable, what fixtures are worth the money, etc. He called the manufacturer to get to the bottom of my ceiling fan issue. Hell give you options.Recently I had an issue with the wiring for a light fixture. I thought I could it fix myself, with just a little help for safety and peace of mind. Ilya did a video call for 10 minutes and steered me in the right direction, at no charge.

Ilya was awesome. He replaced my electrical panel, grounded the wires, replaced a whole bunch of outlets, installed recessed lighting as well as an outlet and a switch. He was professional, his guys worked very hard (even ran to home depot to get parts/do an exchange when I bought the wrong light), and he was responsive to any issues that arose and made sure we passed the inspection (and took care of the logistics). He also got someone out immediately when we discovered an emergency situation. His estimates were right on target and there were no surprise charges. He kept me updated through the process. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Ilya was quick, reasonably priced and professional, he helped us to troubleshoot and fix our ceiling light fixture, he also helped to install wireless lutron casetta switch since our existing wired switch was in inconvenient location, so instead of cutting walls to relocate existing switch he suggested to use wireless one which came out great!

Ilya was wonderful! We called him after discovering that most of the outlets in our new office werent working. He came by the next day to take a look, gave a very fair quote after just a few hours, and did the work a few days later. He fixed the issue in just about 20-30 minutes and did it quietly, efficiently, and meticulously. Were definitely going to call him back to do additional electrical work!!

Ive used Llya and his team for well over 12 years, first at an industrial location where electric wiring encased in metal was corroded by water leaks. The electricians were creative in solving the problem, professional, prompt and reasonable. Since then, Alex and Dimitri have repaired breakers, installed outdoor fixture (in a tidy, low profile and attractive way), installed junction boxes in a 1929 building that had old wiring and upgraded 2 plug outlets to 4. I have found Ilya and his team to be consummate professionals in their work, careful to protect and clean up work areas and reasonable. Highly recommended!

Ilya and his team have been doing work for me for years. I recommended Them with the utmost confidence. Their prices are fair, and the quality of the work is exceptional. The team is responsive, often responding within an hour or so if not immediately.During my renovation he replaced the breaker panels, added new breaker panels, ran risers, installed a new ground rod, and they arranged with coned to add meters.They completely wired my building, including adding switches and outlets in accordance with our electrical plans. He installed recessed lighting, ceiling lamps, and strip lighting under the cabinets.One of the easiest contractors Ive worked with.
