Greg and Luke updated several electrical outlets including adding an outlet so my new microwave could be easily hung for installation. They also repaired an outlet behind my entertainment center making it safe. Not only did they repair the outlet but took apart old cords, helped me disconnect old electronic equipment, hid and cut the antenna wires. They went out their way to accommodate me. I can’t say enough about these young men that worked quickly, cleaned up and were very respectful. I would highly recommend Tec Electric to handle any of your electrical needs. One happy customer!

Titus and Bill did an excellent job putting in three ceiling fans for us. One was a replacement on a 20 ft. vaulted ceiling in our family room and the other two were put in bedrooms where they replaced the existing light fixtures. They are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and fast. They even went above and beyond by driving to a home improvement store to pick up a specific kind of switch for one of the fans, came back and installed it on the very same day. They took the old fixtures to donate to Habitat for Humanity, and cleaned up after themselves. If youre looking for an electrician, TEC Electric is who you need to contact!

We are extremely impressed with TEC Electric. They are professional, extremely responsive and on time, and they do great work. Our most recent experience was damage from a storm bringing down a power line, causing issues with our outdoor electric wiring. They completely fixed the problem within an hour of being called, and all it cost us was a few peaches off of our peach tree. :) I recommend them 100%.

What we look for in a contractor is having confidence in them and in their work. Titus demonstrated from the first conversation and throughout the installation process that he had pride in his work and would be giving us quality service. He explained everything to us in a manner we understood and treated us with respect and concern for what we thought we needed to understanding what we actually would need. TEC Electrics quote was reasonable and followup thorough. Any time we had a question we got an immediate response and clarification from Austin who always left us feeling like they were on top of what was going on. We looked at three companies when getting quotes and were very pleased with all aspects of TEC Electrics work and service. We would highly recommend this family-based company.

We needed to update old wiring and run some new wiring for our nursery and stairwell. Despite the challenging repair TEC Electric managed to squeeze us in quickly so that we could keep our project deadline. They were honest, on time, and on budget. It is nice to have folks work on your home that obviously care about the work they are doing. Everyone was respectful and they followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and to answer any questions. We will be using TEC Electric for all our future electrical work.

I rarely write reviews, but after having TEC help me with an electrical problem, I am compelled to share my experience. Bill and Titus came to my home to solve an electrical issue, they were very professional, did great quality work, keep me aware of what the problem was and how they were fixing it. The problem was hard to find and they worked late to resolve the issue. Even though it was late, I never felt like they were rushing or cut any corners. They charged a fair price and It was one of the best, if not the best experience I have had with a contractor. It was really outstanding service!

I had a smaller job that required coordination of city and power along with preparing exterior boxes and inside panel. Titus Fox directed the job and Trevor and Carson did the electrical work. The whole crew was professional and efficient. The outside boxes look great and the inside panel went from a rats nest of wires to a neat and organized set of connections. I feel very secure now having my in-laws move with their new service. Thanks TEC, you are my go-to electricians now.

Can not express how highly my wife & I recommend TEC Electric. We just recently purchased new home in Brooklyn MI & needed some electrical work done.Googled nearby electricians & a whole list appeared. I rarely look at reviews (nor write them) but saw TEC Electric had 5 stars so called & made appointment with them. Reviews do work!!!! What an amazing, professional, efficient job Titus did for us!! Now in days you may get good service but lack customer service or vise versa. Believe me...We got BOTH! Thank You Titus for your professionalism and awesome customer service! We added a porch addition to our home recently and had new electrical outlets, a ceiling fan and an outdoor outlet installed. Today Greg and Scott added a new circuit for our porch outlet. A few weeks ago, we also had Greg and Scott install a new plug for a cordless vacuum, and previously, TEC installed new outlets throughout our home. We cant say enough about how pleased we have been been with the workmanship, professionalism and customer service we always receive. Especially noteworthy of Greg and Scott is the pride they take in their work. They always leave their work areas clean and tidy after work is completed. We highly recommend TEC Electric! I recently moved my office to my home and did not have enough electrical outlets/power running to the new office space. I was in a tough spot and had a deadline I had to meet to move the office. I called them late morning on Friday, the owner was out of town and they were super busy, but they managed to send two techs out to my location to assess the issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the problem the same day (due to other commitments), but they sent a crew out the following week (Wednesday) and completed the job while the IT people were moving and setting up my computers. It was a little more to pay than I expected, but considering they squeezed me in during an urgent situation, I cannot complain! I am thankful for their professionalism and responsiveness to my needs (freaking out and being on a tight deadline). Each tech that came out was polite and professional. They cleaned up (vacuumed) their mess before leaving - if you didnt know they were there, you would never be able to tell, thats how well their work was done. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This was our first experience with TEC. I contacted Titus on the recommendation from our previous generator maint. company that was going out of business due to the owner retiring. We were experiencing issues with our whole house generator and I needed someone to look at it quickly....this was about the same time as the ice storm that came through earlier this year. The tech that came out checked the error codes that the generator was throwing out and suggested the parts that needed to be replaced. The parts and labor were estimated to cost about $900. Titus would not let us spend the $900 (which I was gladly prepared to pay) without checking a few other possibilities. He sent the tech back out with instructions on what to check - and it turned out that Titus was right. A minor adjustment was made and generator has been working fine ever since. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism shown by TEC. They very easily could have replaced the unneeded parts and I wouldnt have questioned them at all. They have earned a customer for the long haul and I would gladly recommend them (and have) to our friends and family in the area.

TEC Electric is by far the best Electricians in the area. They installed a backup generator and automatic throw switch for my home. The installation went very well and on time. They took care of all the details including inspection and contacting Consumers. I lost power last night at mid-night, the generator kicked in and I didnt even get out of bed. Life is Good!

We had an emergency situation on our rental property from a branch coming down and pulling down the electrical wire. We live over 300 miles from the home. Our tenants were without electricity and we were having a hard time finding anyone to fix it. We called TEC ELECTRIC and they went out the same day. James came out to service my home with in 30 minutes of me calling with my issue. One of the most polite technicians Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He even removed his boots before entering my home so as not to track water and snow all over the place. His work performance was extremely professional and thorough working from one end of the room to the other and making minor fixes along the way that most repair men would not have. He also took the time to explain in detail what he was doing along the way as well as teaching me the differences in older home wiring compared to newer home wiring. To top it off he only charged me for the service call even though the problem took longer to resolve.
