Scott at CEL Electric is that rare find in NYC - an electrician that knows what he’s doing, took the time to be thoughtful, offers accurate pricing without add-ons, and starts and finishes on time/as planned. He is flexible and adept at working with multiple parties - in my case different apartments and tenants - and kept everyone juggled and happy. His adjacent team that finished up the work of patching, replacing tile, and repainting were also really good and he got them all lined up and scheduled for me. I would heartily recommend him.

Cel electric Re-did my brownstone in Cobble Hill Brooklyn and was. Totally professional and totally worth it,, Their expertise in old buildings really made the transition into Modern Electric very easy for a family who doesnt know too much about electricity,, Everything was explained in detail with no hidden costs,,, Scott was very upfront about pricing and very knowledgeable About the entire field.This was definitely a good experience.

Cel electric is our new go-to electrician. Scott and co. (Shout out to Boris) did an amazing job. First of all, called back immediately and solved the initial problem over FaceTime in minutes, no charge. When we realized there was a more substantial problem he fit us in the next day and took care of it. Really 10 star performance.

So, CEL Electric now did their fifth project for me at my familys 125 yr old brownstone in Cobble Hill Brooklyn....this time we needed to replace a gas clothes dryer in our basement with an electric one. Bought the new unit, then realized we dont have an outlet with the right voltage to run the unit. Meanwile the unit is still in its box outside the house. Called Scott and within a few hours he was there with his assistant and unboxed it, slid it down the basement traps door (too big to fit down our stairs) and knocked out all of the wiring and connections in about an hour. To my astonishment, my daughter was doing laundry that night with no fumes from that nasty old gas dryer (mind you, I told her I thought it might be a few days before she could do her laundry). Could not be happier with their meticulous service, professionalism and punctuality...look no further !!!
