The team was great. They were delayed in traffic and called to let us know they were sitting in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. They arrived, were very polite got down to business without a lot of unnecessary chit chat and resolved our problem with minimal disruption (we had company). We couldn’t be happier!

We are first-time homeowners and live in a modest mobile home. Our water heater “conked out” and we contacted Roto Rooter. Our technician, Patrick L. confirmed our suspicion that it would be best to get a new one. The water heater is located in a tight, closed-off space accessible only through my closet. Patrick measured and found that the water heater was an uncommon size, not readily available everywhere. He made sure that the right size was ordered taking into account our financial position. Once the water heater was available, he installed it in that tight space with expertise. Regardless of it being a challenging task, he always maintained a pleasant demeanor and positive attitude. Upon completion of the installation, Patrick explained the best way to safely maintain our new water heater and answered every one of our questions making sure we understood. The technician got the job done. I was concerned about my kitchen floor with the metal legs of the snake machine vibrating across it. Also, I am curious what the upfront price actually is when I initially signed for the service before he started. Your response to this cost question is requested.
